Now you can invest. However, do it carefully, do not rush. Wait until the price is at a minimum at a certain point and then invest.

I think you should do both. Invest in crypto and in real estate. The more options you have the better because if one fails, you still have the other one. Its always good to have an investment in real estate because its your back up plan. Do not rush to invest now. I already bought in September Ethereum for $ 200. Then I regretted it. Therefore, it is worth waiting for the price to become as low as possible.
