I've sent 0.1 tBTC on chain. I'll send the 0.04 LNtBTC when the channel is ready. My existing channels have the capacity spread out over multiple channels, and Eclair doesn't allow me to send LN to myself.
I don't know anywhere to use LN test coins to enable anyone to have inbound capacity. Someone must have been able to connect to my Éclair testnet wallet.

May I suggest making the Testnet thing a faucet, where the user can return any amount he wants (or nothing) for testing? If you post a Testnet LN request I'll happily fund this. It may make it easier to get started with LN.
If I'm reading this correctly, you'd like to fund testnet bitcoins that I then hand out to anyone who makes a testnet LN request.

Thanks for the tag - I'm sure there are many combinations that a scammer could try out - I've had a couple of people PM me to give me the heads up, so I point them in the direction of the feedback/trust. I've been careful to ensure I don't give my main account reciprocal trust/trust but some on DT giving it neutral is appreciated.
