Hated is a strong word, thankfully I never hated myself for gambling, I mean if we are talking about just gambling, otherwise I do end up hating myself everyday lol. But when we are talking about just gambling, I do not gamble all that much to hate myself.
The worst situation was losing just a bit of money, something I really needed that's true, but in grand scheme of things, it wasn't really half of my salary, I have never lost that much, so when you do not lose even half of your monthly income, you lose less than that, it means no matter how much you needed that money, you end up recovering. This was of course like ten years ago or so, which means that it has no valid feelings left about that one anymore. Be careful, bet small.
Hahaha, that good because you never feel regret and whatever the outcome of gambling, even if you lose and lose certain amount of money, it will still make you happy.
An attitude of self-loathing will usually appear when big failure occurs and this is normal condition for anyone to experience.
Many gamblers blame themselves or even blame others for their losses but this is mistake and if it continues it can also have bad impact.
As gambler, you must have a patient attitude to accept everything that happens in gambling and everything can start when the aim of gambling is to have fun.
Whether we have lot or how little monthly income we have, we still have to have limits when we decide to gamble because otherwise it could get out of control and cause us to make careless actions such as increasing the number of bets.
This is not only related to income in one or two months but also in the long term, when gamblers are used to increasing bets then every time they gamble they will definitely do the same thing and this is clearly very detrimental.
If you can accept it, it not problem and what actually happens is that it is still very rare for gamblers to be able to accept any of their losses.
