Personally I think it's wise to wait especially at a time like when token prices didn't match up to what they use to be either during ICO or even after they first launched on exchange. I think selling when the market price goes down is not the right choice and it is detrimental. However, everything depends on your decision and if the lower purchase price is certainly better.
