What is going on with Topcoin in Cryptopia? When I try to deposit or withdraw it says "Maintenance, no connections 18/04/18". What is wrong?

Hey all, I have been taking a much needed break... I have been sorting things out in life, and been in "support" mode for the project. Everything has been kept up with by me, myself, and I for the past couple of years, so... you can imagine I am a bit exhausted.
There have been others interested in helping out, and I appreciate that so much - thank you. I have hopes that we can gather a team around TOP and continue moving it forward soon

How do I unlock my wallet? Can't find the option.

Wallet doesn't have an unlock button. You can open: Help / Debug window / Console and type these:
walletpassphrase "YourPassphraseHere" 9999999
walletpassphrase "YourPassphraseHere" 9999999
Can't understand? wallet adress password 9999999?
go to Help>debug window
type on the CLI: walletpassphrase(space)[yourpassword](space)[some large number](space)true
where the large number equals the number of seconds the wallet will remain unlocked, and the last word indicates that the wallet is being unlocked for staking only
should look like this:
walletpassphrase yourpasswoRd 7777777 true
to completely unlock for 7.77 million seconds:
walletpassphrase yourpasswoRd 7777777 false
But I have only 1 password for my wallet when I encrypted it. What is that second password from?
there is only one password. simply replace yourpasswoRd with your password
so: walletpassphrase yourpasswoRd 28800 true will open the wallet for staking for eight hours
walletpassphrase yourpasswoRd 180 false will completely unlock the wallet for 3 minutes to send ...

Yep, the same question from me about the whitelisting status. I am really hoping for a proper chance to everyone be able to get in.
Actually, I remember this coin I had a lot mined. What happened to Topdude 
If you mine this, be VERY careful as the x12 miner executables have been compiled by the dev. Double the risk of putting unknown software on your machine, because you have the wallet AND the miner. Would be good to compile both from source if you plan on mining this.
