At first reading your post, the promo looks attractive but after checking the whole terms I find that there is 40x wagering requirement for the prize from the wheel fortune. It makes the promo less attractive although the requirement to take a part is easy and cheap enough. It is basically like a reload/deposit bonus but with different style/system where the bonus is random.
You are right, in the: Things to Know point No. 6 it is stated that the Wager requirement: 40 times for new users will obviously be difficult to add when making a deposit does not activate the bonus part that you want to take. But for those who have been playing for a long time, it might not be difficult to qualify.

Trustdice promotions are starting to widen a bit, and according to their Twitter channel recently from July 1st to 15th there is a promotion for users who deposit $10 to get 1 play of Wheel of Fortune. I think it's pretty fun, maybe after this week's campaign payout, I'll give it a try. This is the condition if you are interested in joining.
Quote
How to participate:
1. Make a deposit at least 0.3 mBTC / 0.005 ETH / 1000 JPY / 10 EUR / 10 USDC / 10 USDT to get 1 play of Wheel of Fortune.

2. Wager 1 mBTC / 0.012 ETH / 5000 JPY / 50 EUR / 50 USDC / 50 USDT to get 1 play of Wheel of Fortune.

It is a good promotion and still have time to join. Requirement is just $10 deposit and in return, one chance to play Wheel of Fortune. Great enough!

I think TrustDice.win team should consider and assign resource to verify their Twitter account: https://twitter.com/Trust_Dice

I know the verified blue badge does not decide quality and reputation of a casino but if you have it, it is a plus point and you can join this club [Guide] Twitter Verified (blue badge) Sportsbooks and Casinos

Well it's a promotion with small capital for anyone to join. There's still plenty of time left and I wish us luck. I believe TrustDice will thrive, they must already have plans to do a verified Twitter or maybe it's on the way. Because judging from the potential for promotions, it just takes more interaction to see some other promotions in order to continue to attract fans.

If everything turns out to be proven then that would really be the ending of any casinos or businesses out there but it turns out that some accusations are just simply trolling or trying out to ruin other sites reputation but the community arent that dumb to believe into something which hadnt been proved out which it would be mostly be ignored thats why anyone who do make out some accusations couldnt really get that sympathy unless if its been proven out but if not then expect that you would be ignored.
Accusations must be valid to make sense. Flag must be supported enough by DT members to make sense. If accusations or flags are invalid, they are not make sense and can not affect reputation of a casino.

I implied about bad impression on new users of a casino, new members in the forum. They are not experienced enough, they don't understand how trust, trust feedback, flag, scam accusation on the forum are assessed as valid or invalid. It is like when you a not a crypto investor but hear someone say "Crypto is scam", you will absorb it as a barrier to enter into crypto market.

As we can see, casino owners and other team members will not be caught off guard by people trying to take advantage in an illegitimate way. So after all these cases were revealed and proven the actions taken made them have to accept severe consequences. Getting kicked out of the casino and locking the account is the best option. Out there, every casino will do the same if it finds scammers using such fraudulent schemes.
Depends on their rules but it is fair enough to freeze account, ban it, reject withdrawal request if that account cheats the system and abuse bonuses, contests for financial incentives. It sucks if you abuse the casino, win big and request withdrawal and fail through investigation and mediation involvement if there is. In some cases, casinos allow cheaters to withdraw their initial deposit but reject withdrawal for big win from cheating.

I am not sure what is solution of TrustDice on it but I believe there is no legit accusation after you cheat a casino. Cheaters are on a negative side because of cheating. Starting with a null hypothesis as innocent but if cheating is proven, Tos breaking is proven, failure of your case is probably ending.

Good thing that this is the only thing that a scammer/abuser might get. This gambling site is still kind but if that happens to other stricter gambling sites I think they will be reported to the authority and will charge by some fine or else they will get a vacation to jail.
The case was closed finally and it is irreversible so let's consider it as a chance for TrustWin.dice team to prove that their platform is legit. It is a gift even in a crisis but I don't call a minor accusation is a crisis in this case.

Keep moving, I suggest to stop talking about that case in the announcement topic. It boils the announcement topic and makes a whole overview about the casino is worse than it should be treated.

Quote
If only this practice is done by all the gambling sites, I think the abusers will think twice of doing an illegal act and if ever there are still that will do it, the numbers will now be very low which is a good thing so that gambling sites might offer a better bonus system for all because they also know that only legit people will now be able to avail it and in return, they can attract more customers.
Abusers are greed and they don't satisfy with what they successfully claim from cheating, ToS violations. We mostly can not change them and turn them from a bad to good individually.

Many players always try to outsmart these casinos, yes because I have seen it in several occasions. Initially I have alleged strongly that it is due to negligence of T&C by the clients. But on a second thought this appears to be deliberate. Deliberate acts to increase chances of winning.  But since the company has stated it in their T&C, it doesn't matter again if the gambler is not aware of the rules or deliberately skipped it.
They think they can compromise a system on casino and cheat, win and withdraw successfully. It is very stupid. With cheaters, I don't think they use their own money or big own money to bet and cheat. They will try to compromise casino bonus, free spins and some sort of promotion.

It is their responsibility to read event rules, casino's terms and conditions. It is stupid to ignore important rules and come back with invalid scam accusations. Act and play according to ToS is better and save time for stupid activities that lead by greed.

Just want to give you a final update regarding this "jimdemeray" case!

After reviewing the overwhelming evidence, the mediator, aka the Askgambler team, agrees that the user has been using duplicate account.
If an accusation resolves well and matches with original statement of the casino, the final result even through mediator will be strongly. It supports the reputation of the casino too as they honestly with evidence they have and how they manage the case initially.

Only scam casinos will scam users. Legit ones don't because they have reputation to protect. It will help them to get more income from their operation. Scam and steal 10 BTC in a single case, example, is not better than running a casino 2 years and get more than 10 BTC in income.

Kudos TrustDice for this update.

Hi there,
You will receive up to $25 in total in 4 days. More details can be found right here: https://tinyurl.com/2e2v6urv

The basic question is about the tokens generated from our total deposit and the more we play, the more TXT tokens are generated and can then be staked to earn more.

Will TXT give us an advantage in the future and be able to trade it? cause I didn't find it in the FAQ section. So far I've always claimed after I finished playing and staked TXT. Just wondering if it has any value?

Trustdice is now a highly regarded casino, and they are doing a pretty good job on this forum. About 1-month running a campaign and now they have also extended their contract with the campaign manager. A smooth ride for Trustdice. I've played there and as expected there weren't any problems either from the deposit, withdrawal, or support service.

I've been visited the trust dice before and they have a really good front-end material because it is all smooth also with their community chat service they have their users profile too and I'm curious about their banner of 25$ free bonus do we need to wait to get the 25$ to play or just every drop the users can play that immediately as they want?.

Thank you for everyone's interest and we will keep this thread alive!

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to update you guys on the "jimdemeray" case. It now comes to light that this user has been conducting duplicate accounts, which is supported by overwhelming evidence that we uncovered in our further investigation.

Signs of possible duplicate accounts were in fact what triggered a KYC check in the first place. And more anomalies were found when our KYC service provider reviewed the documents. We were therefore suggested to consider the documents fraudulent. And now, with a further, deeper investigation, we have finally pieced together the whole picture of this abuse attempt.

In light of his abusive behavior, we have taken the action to confiscate the whole remaining balance of the account, in accordance with our T&C 3.2:
You are allowed to have only one Member Account. Only one Account for each household, IP, PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Also any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting our support team via the Live Chat. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.

Considering the sensitive nature of all KYC-related issues, we won't be able to post the overwhelming evidence here in public. We however have submitted the evidence to the mediation service, and the "jimdemeray" has yet to comment on our findings.

Hope this helps to clarify the situation, and please contact us if you have any further questions.

Best,
TrustDice Team

Also, not a single thing I have posted is defamatory, each and every word is honest and true.
Oh, and it’s not “good faith” to offer to refund a user’s deposit rather than confiscating their entire balance when they won money on your site legitimately. It just makes you slightly less scummy than the absolute scam sites.

Unfortunately I was there for a while, only betting sports, and had done pretty well. I don’t believe TrustDice is a complete scam but they are definitely doing me, and others, very dirty.
