The author of this thread is very active on answering concerns here and he always online.
You are right. When I saw the broken image, I checked OP's profile to see if he is still active and, indeed, he was online just few hours before that. That's why I tryed to notify him because I knew he will read my post.

I think    everyone visiting this thread usually don’t check much the OP and and go to the last thread to make post or read an update. It’s odd that the image is broken long time ago while the representative didn’t notice it even though he keeps checking on this thread.
Unfortunately, the same apply to all the threads on the gambling section. The majority of members open the last page and don't read previous replies. This is why you will see them repeating the same thing again and again or asking questions that have been answered before.

Hi there.

Thank you so much.

We noticed this only recently too and looking for a solution in the meantime to provide another image  Smiley

OP, the image in the announcement post does not show up. It's showing the "bitcointalk.org image proxy invalid image" message.
The image is hosted on tinyimg.io which has been closed since July.
I checked the posts made since that date in this thread in case someone else has brought this issue to your attention, but surprisingly, it seems no one has noticed it!
Please, upload the image into another website.

Do you why like some of the gamblling website, is that they don't hesitate to welcome any ideas that is being given to them, since you have noticed this in this platform concerning the image you will see that maybe they will not respond to you but they will fix it out before letting you know, because they know that another person might one way lament on it.

We do encourage you to read the bonuses before trying any of them. The bonuses intend to benefit the players more than the casinos but there are measures put in place like wagering requirements and min deposit amounts to prevent any abuse. TrustDice also tries its best to highlight any NEED TO KNOW INFO before activation of bonuses so be sure to check it out.
I last accessed Trustdice in mid-August. There are some fairly large minimum deposits, different from the very beginning when Trustdice was launched. The increase in the minimum deposit is now holding me back. As a casual gambler I think is it just because of the deposit drinking restrictions that Trustdice seems to prevent abuse. It may be effective but for small gamblers, it will be a bit annoying. I'm not focused on any bonuses, what I want is to play some games that I might be interested in visiting.

One of the biggest problems with most gamblers is that they avoid reading T&Cs and FAQs. As soon as a Casino launches a new promotion without going through the rules and regulations they would start and later on these gamblers would come back with multiple issues and raise complaints. There have been so many topics raised in the forum about the same.
Gamblers should make those a habit to prevent experiencing issues when trying different gambling websites. As a casual gambler, I've learned my lesson before when I registered on a gambling website and it immediately ask for KYC upon registration. KYC verification is not actually a problem for me but I don't see the reason why they would want me to complete it already without even trying their platform. Since then, I read first the T&C even before registering on any website that I would like to try.
There are gambling sites that are like that which ask you a kyc during the sign up process but isn't that great? I mean you can easily avoid them if you are not the type of guy that will give your kyc in exchange of playing a gambling because there are also sites which will only shock you later on or by the time you made a withdrawal but in order to be safe from that scenarios be sure to always read the sites terms and conditions.

When it comes to the terms about the bonuses I think they are being highlighted and you will see them before you start playing for the bonus so it's not possible to missed them not unless if you intend to do so.
Most of the time where players/gamblers are really that too lazy on reading up sites terms and conditions which they do commonly missed out those various important conditions whether about
asking KYC on the time you do register or on the time you do make out withdrawals.

Yes, it do really  sucks big time on whatever platforms or sites that do ask out and telling  that theyre licensed and its needed on doing so and with having lots of options
that we do have in the market then it wont really be that much of a problem for you to find another alternative.

Hi there Smiley

When you signup at TrustDice, we don't ask for KYC so you can remain anonymous.

There are withdrawal requirements. You need to have deposit at least 0.5 mBTC (0.0005 BTC) or other currency equivalents before you can make a withdrawal. You need to wager 5x from the deposit amount too.

- I was going to try to create an account with Trustdice because of the welcome free bonus, but it's over. And then I also read the comments of those who tried to signup on the gambling platform, and according to what I read there are conditions before you receive a free spin and according to others, it is said that 100 spins are not given.

Also, I think it's normal for the gambling platform to ask for condition requirements, maybe to prevent the gambling site from being exploited. That's why I still need to deposit at least 10$ if I'm not mistaken, maybe in the next few days, I'll try to play here on the trust dice platform.

Hi,

Every player that signs up to TrustDice gets a sign up bonus. You can check this on your transactions page. It is a tiny amount but ultimately the goal is to get you to try other bonuses too so be sure to read the terms and conditions too. And yes the requirements is to protect the casino itself.

This is why I would encourage you to read the terms and conditions of any bonuses and then choose if you like what you see.

Recently we launched our Esports Free Bet which I encourage you to read and try out.

I think that's casino is good for those people who never read the casino terms since they're asking the KYC first before they allow you to play. Some people usually blame the casino by saying "why the casino ask KYC after I deposit or withdraw? why they're not asking at the first time before make deposit?". The reason why they're ask you KYC are to prevent this kind drama or they got forced from the regulators.

Welcome offer is still available as you can check here: https://trustdice.win/promotions/$25-bonus While the bonus up to 100 free spins is a different thing so I'm a bit confused as it seems you are talking about welcome bonus then connect it with the free spins. Which welcome free bonus you are referring to that you think is already over? If you are going take any bonus, you should at least read all the terms and conditions first so you wont be confused. If you still feel that you do not really understand it, better to ask live support or try to get info in this topic.

Before a gambler signs up, he must know the T&C of the company, I don't skip it for any reason no matter how long. You must be fully aware of your country's stance on gambling. No one exists in isolation. This piece of advice is for good players and not for cheaters.

This request was rejected as he had previously confirmed in the T&C that it is totally legal for him to play at TrustDice, as below:
2.1.2 It is legal for You to participate in the Games according to applicable laws in the jurisdiction of your residence.
2.2 It is entirely and solely Your responsibility to enquire and ensure that You do not breach laws applicable to you by participating in the Games.

It is also worth noting he doesn't have a problem with the fairness of the game.

We are living in a free world but bound with laws, rules and regulations. Theses rules and laws makes everyone behave a such a way perceived as appropriate either in our personal interests or the interest cof the community, organisation or a country.

It's not great when you have to involve an adjudicator because live chat and emails are ignored.

As for that case, Askgambler were not convinced, since it's still open and you left them hanging. And I'm sure just coincidence all those poorly written reviews for play money happen to be positive. :s

Hello cicadasTR,

It's resolved now
We are glad to hear that your issue has been resolved!

And they’ve just straight up robbed this UK person https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/trustdice-casino-ignoring-me-after-refund-dispute with nothing in T&Cs to back it up.
Regarding the AskGamblers case you mentioned, we would like to point out that your interpretation of this case is rather contrary to the facts.
If you read the thread carefully, you will find out this player demands a full refund of his deposits, that he lost fairly, because he then had a new interpretation of the laws in his jurisdiction. This request was rejected as he had previously confirmed in the T&C that it is totally legal for him to play at TrustDice, as below:
2.1.2 It is legal for You to participate in the Games according to applicable laws in the jurisdiction of your residence.
2.2 It is entirely and solely Your responsibility to enquire and ensure that You do not breach laws applicable to you by participating in the Games.

with nothing in T&Cs to back it up.
This is, again, simply not true. In that thread, for multiple times, we had provided specific T&C clauses that he violated.

Your interpretation of our review campaign is also contrary to the facts. It is not mandatory to submit a positive review, as long as it is an authentic review. More details can be found here: https://forum.trustdice.win/topic/621-write-a-fair-review-get-free-crypto-%F0%9F%A4%91%F0%9F%A4%91%F0%9F%A4%91/

Best,
