Yes playing Dice with the max win rate would be one of the easiest ways to fulfill this wager requirement.

So the 5x wagering for the 1st deposit is also applied to sports as well?
I do think you to re-think about this terms, make it standard like what is used by other casino (1-2x) would be better IMO.
Anyway your explanation is a bit different from what is answered by your support agent since your support agent did not mention "first deposit".
The answer from the support can be interpreted as that every deposit must be wagered 5x in order to request withdrawal.

If you aren't already aware, they have a 5x wagering requirement on your deposit. This means you won't be able to cash out your winnings immediately after placing your intended bet.

Just a heads-up since you created an account there.

If you can, would you mind me asking what prompted you to deposit there (if you're already familiar with the wagering requirements)?

1st deposit, 2nd deposit 1 millionth deposit does not matter, it is a scam to force innocent  depositors to wager 5x.
Why don't you mention it right there in your thread  or at deposit page in bold letters.

Really? A 5x wagering requirement on the raw deposit is essentially daylight robbery by the casino. I don't understand why people would deposit and play there. The industry standard is typically 1x.  I will personally not deposit a single cent, and I would advise others to do the same. There are far better alternatives available.

Thanks for sharing this and it provides more transparency for the case. Again, I respect your team's care on customer by hiding unnecessary information and stick with your writing in ToS.

It is commonly written in many platforms' ToS, but customers who have problems, usually because of their violations against ToS, don't mind about that rule to protect customer's privacy. They usually ask the customer care team to share information about their case, publicly, which is not allowed in ToS and by regulator, like you disclosed here.

Clean up the case by the TrustDice team side and with engagement of a regulator is very good. By assessment through a regulator, I believe there is no bias in the investigation and decision-making procedure from TrustDice team.

Mistakes and bias can be made sometimes from staffs but if one case already goes to many staffs, to regulators, with a same conclusion, the case should be closed without doubt of inaccuracy.
You are right, this is actually the first time I am getting to know that a regulator can actually get involved in a case between a casino and the player, and if trustdice actually pulled this one through, then indeed they must be commended for their seriousness in seeing that an issue with their player is resolved amicably to the satisfaction of the both parties involved, and also for taking a transparent and fair for all approach.

But again on the other hand, how was it known that a regulator actually joined in solving the case?, I mean, its very possible for a casino to hire anybody to join in a chat or forum discussion, and tell the person to claim that he or she works as a regulator, and the other parties involved in the case will not have any choice but to  believe the imposter to be who he claimed he is.

So, was there any way the regulator was verified by the other parties?, for assurance that indeed, a regulator joined in resolving the case?

The user has made a typo in the top level domain part though. But he/she has written it correctly in the post description. AFAIK, you aren't going to post anything on the scam accusation board. The user has also made a post on the 'Economics' board. But you have to give the clarification to the complaint either on the scam accusation thread or in this thread (your ANN thread). Because the Economics board isn’t the place to discuss such things.

My colleague is in discussion with CasinoGuru regarding this player's duplicate account violation.
Thank you for the response. I had no idea that the user has already submitted a complaint on CasinoGuru (actually I hadn't checked the mediators). Perhaps, the user has created scam accusation here as your team took long time to give a response there. I hope the mediator will do the judgement transparently by hearing from both parties.

BTW, another user has created a scam accusation against TrustDice yesterday: ⛓📍⚡Scam trustdice.io closed my account after winning 7800§
As far as I can see, the user hasn't submitted any complaint to any mediators yet. The reason for that user account lock is saying "unacceptable behavior". Did the user take benefits from slow feed?

Thank you for bringing the other case to our attention. I am not aware of it and I encourage the complainant to file a case on either CasinoGuru or AskGamblers, where my colleague will respond.

Well, nice to see the problem was fast answered by the trustdice guys, lets see how all this ended, is a strange case because the ammount is very low as far as i can read in the casinoguru complaint so i think Trustdice is  very sure about what happen on this case.

Anyways i want to see the truth and hope to all ended good for both parts.
