Okay, couple hours ago I finally received the message that my KYC is completed. Apparently my message here woke them up. All good now.

I don't need a token or apology, I just need you to finish this verification. "Analyzing" a video verification in which I had to hold my ID in front of a camera and state my name, log in and out of my account etc. is not something that has to take 6 days. Please finish this process today or let me know what is still missing and I will send or verify that.
It's already bad enough that someone who never took a bonus, is not from a forbidden country, has never used a VPN and only played from one and the same laptop has to do a Zoom video verification. The least you can do is make this process as quick as possible and quite frankly, 6 days and counting is rediculous for a simple video call of 5 minutes.

I registered on Trustdice about 3 weeks ago. At first all was fine, quick deposits and withdrawals, and good customer service. But then since last week, things went worse. On September 4th my withdrawal request was rejected for reason of asking me to submit my ID document, which I promptly did. Then the withdrawal was processed. So I though all would be fine moving on. But then two days later another withdrawal request was rejected again, this time I even needed to complete a Zoom video verification call. Which I also completed succesfully on Thursday September 7th.
So now I thought: surely all will be fine moving forward and no withdrawals will ever be rejected, right?
Well no, ever since all of my 6 withdrawal request have been rejected. I have gone into the livechat 3 different times asking why it was rejected and they keep saying KYC does not show up in their system as completed yet. But then I wonder, why does your compliance team not tell me what else they need? I have also sent an email to [email protected] 4 days ago asking what else they might need from me, but ZERO response.

So all in all, my experience has gone from excellent to now bad. I hope all of this is just miscommunication and I give you the chance to make things right. Please set my account to verified and make sure I won't have any withdrawals rejected in the future. Or else tell me what more documents you need from me to complete the verification. I am ready to send you everything you need.

This is the worst experience of my life, they are rude, will reply once a week, only one manager that uses skype only. They will waste your time, and the affiliate manager do nothing is online 1 hour a day (Work from home). Never understood the casinos that treat the affiliates poorly and do not provide any help. They are the one bringing new players to your site.

The owner should fire the whole affiiate's management team instead of writing those weird emails that no one will read.

I believe that he has only one account which is an abandoned account from 2020 and he is asking if he can get the bonus which is not possible in Trustdice bonus rules since it is only reserved for new accounts. However if you didn’t get a bonus first when you signed up you may contact Trustdice support to get help, beside that even having two accounts is not always necessary leading to banning or account closure as long as he is not doing that to take advantage of bonuses or to escape from locked account.
I myself had an experience with Trustdice no deposit bonus and unfortunately I created two accounts one using my email and the other one trying to login using Google account feature that ened up in creating the second account, I have contacted the support right away and they fixed everything. And I also got a profit from that bonus and could withdraw the whole amount after meeting the wagering requirements of my deposit only.

I dont recomended you to do that, you are gonna have so much troubles later if they find you have an old account, i know you dont use that account but the rules on casinos and bookings work in that way. Only make that if you talk with a high employ an him allow you to do that, and also in that way i still dont recomend you to do that.
