It is our understanding that there are no such regulations, at least not in our jurisdiction (Curaçao). In case you have read any Curaçao court rulings or government documents in which operators are required to complete KYC verification within 48 hours, please feel free to let me know.

KYC verification can take up to 2 weeks and to be fairly honest, that's the industry norm.
The accuracy of verification process is most important, not how long it needs to be completed. I don't know about the industry norm but if the platform always pays to legit users, 48 hours or 2 weeks is not matter.

My suggestion now is to stay calm and wait for the result.
The user should be stay calm and wait for result notification from the TrustDice team. Nothing to do at the moment and the process will done when the Compliance team finish their verification task.

Especially if it relates to big wins, big withdrawals, the verification must be processed carefully to make sure no mistake that can harm the casino and the user.

@coinbox1 what about answering the concern of the 2 user above. They are spamming the forum about their negative experience on your casino. I knew that they are some kind of problematic cases but you should address them properly instead of ignoring it since you reply on other post and skip theirs.

The concern of @Rohang is just minimal compared to the accusation of these 2 members that teaming up already.

Hello there,

It seems my colleague covering TrustPilot has already taken care of your accusation:

However, we do have some terms and conditions that apply to our withdrawals.

5.9 You need to make a deposit of at least 0.5 mBTC (0.0005 BTC) or other currency equivalents before you can make a withdrawal from any winnings you may receive.

5.10 In order to make a withdrawal, a player must wager 5x from the deposit amount.

Unfortunately, I can't help you here since your issue involves refusing to follow T&Cs that you accepted when you registered. My suggestion is to meet the requirement and if you run into any issue after that, I will do my best to help.

Already 3 days have passed, support responds with templates, they don’t want to do KYC. I read reviews on various independent platforms and realized that a casino can ban accounts for far-fetched reasons. For example, I found a review where the player was banned for "Assumptions that the player played from several accounts and used a professional betting scheme and the casino went into the red because of this." Or what do you think, a person sent documents for KYC verification and the document verification team identified fake documents. In the end, they made a mistake when the person provided notarized documents and eventually verified and withdrew the funds. This casino should receive a "Your funds may be scammed" flag on the forum.

With a little investigation i foind that the same OP Coinbox1 is the same one in players chat who asked me to deposit more and accused me of multi accounts when i refused to do so.
Also is the same in live support

Also by cheking the Trustpilot page its obvious so many fake reviews from the owners of truatdice
If someone read the reviews its like from the same person

Well it’s a normal thing and can be better than other casinos that sends 10 or more emails on daily basis, this option of receiving promotions emails can be disabled in two seconds and usually you find a word Unsubscribe with its link at the end of every promotional email you receive.
That’s how casinos attract and get people to play on their casinos or to make them play more which is totally legal and doesn’t push you to anything if you can’t control yourself or you get bothered by them there is always a solution.
If you don’t want to unsubscribe than follow this topic where they announce new promotions always.

I managed to win some money and the casino pulls with verification! According to the regulations, the time for checking documents is 48 hours, it has already passed. In live chat, they say to wait, the KYC verification department does not respond to my letters via mail. After reading reviews about this casino, I found that they have it normal. They ask for documents and can check documents for 2 weeks, be careful, but it’s better not to play here at all!
It’s rare to find no KYC casino, you didn’t read their rules before signing up and making a deposit, Trustdice been good with me and verified my account for a similar case as you. Wait a bit and they will confirm your account

They have a procedure for checking documents up to 48 hours. At the time of my post it was already more than 48 hours, live chat does not own any information. They say to wait, but did not meet the deadlines. I did not receive any letters that they received documents for verification consideration.

The email part of simple, you can unsubscribe from their mailing list if you feel they are spamming you, and then again, I don't know about you, but personally, I do not see anything wrong in the CEO himself mailing the users of his or her company.

And on  the main issue, what type of bonus are you referring to exactly? Is a sign up bonus or a deposit bonus, I will suggest that since the CEO himself use to mail you, you can mail him or her back with the issue, probably he or she will look into it for you, since the customer service representatives don't understand what your issue is.
Or maybe you can pm their representative here on this forum, that is the creator if this thread.
Goodluck.

i dont want to unsubscribe incase there is a really good promo, but getting 2-3 emails everyday for random stuff is not cool at all

I am talking about the new sign up promo where they add 3-4$ everyday for 4 days

Is OP's link safe?
-snip-

Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to your attention. It is indeed the first time we see anything like this. I have forwarded the screenshot to our dev team for investigation.

TrustDice Team

Hello everyone,

I want to give you all a thorough update on this.

Our team treated it with the utmost seriousness and used a variety of security tools to examine our frontend setup. They all believe our website is operating normally, and we were unable to identify any potential problems.
This, for instance, is the result from virustotal.com

Therefore we contacted the Avast team, and they confirmed that this is a false positive. They have taken action to fix the problem. Kudos for their quick response and action!

@Porfirii Please accept our appreciation for bringing this to our attention. We'd like to thank you by giving you a free bonus if you don't mind. Kindly DM me your TrustDice ID and I will arrange it with the team.

Thank you all.
TrustDice Team

It is great to know that it was just a false positive. I have followed the link again and it seems that they've solved it because I've been able to sign in Smiley

Thank you, BTW, for the unexpected reward: I shared the image for everyone's safety and because it seemed strange to me from a well-established casino like yours. Sending DM right now Smiley

Is OP's link safe?

When I clicked on it and I was redirected to the page my antivirus showed me an informational warning message like this one:

My apologies if this is an exceptional case and there is no virus involved here, but it alarmed me so I'm just trying to find out if the link or web are safe. I know Trustdice for other member's signatures and I've always thought that this is a reputable casino.

I hope so that it’s safe bro because I use that link to sign up when I created my account few months ago. So far I didn’t encounter any issue on my bankroll while playing on this casino.

I have malwarebytes that covers my browser security but I don’t encounter this issue when I first click the link and until now.

Thank you for the feedback Coin_trader! It seems that my antivirus is behaving in a more sensitive way than usual, since yesterday he also warned me of another potential danger that was not such. Since I am not very knowledgeable about viruses, I have preferred to share the warning, although it seems that it is only a false alarm, because it's better to be safe than sorry.
