DO NOT REGISTER TO THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM OF TRUST DICE.
This is the worst experience of my life, they are rude, will reply once a week, only one manager that uses skype only. They will waste your time, and the affiliate manager do nothing is online 1 hour a day (Work from home). Never understood the casinos that treat the affiliates poorly and do not provide any help. They are the one bringing new players to your site.
The owner should fire the whole affiiate's management team instead of writing those weird emails that no one will read.

I registered on Trustdice about 3 weeks ago. At first all was fine, quick deposits and withdrawals, and good customer service. But then since last week, things went worse. On September 4th my withdrawal request was rejected for reason of asking me to submit my ID document, which I promptly did. Then the withdrawal was processed. So I though all would be fine moving on. But then two days later another withdrawal request was rejected again, this time I even needed to complete a Zoom video verification call. Which I also completed succesfully on Thursday September 7th.
So now I thought: surely all will be fine moving forward and no withdrawals will ever be rejected, right?
Well no, ever since all of my 6 withdrawal request have been rejected. I have gone into the livechat 3 different times asking why it was rejected and they keep saying KYC does not show up in their system as completed yet. But then I wonder, why does your compliance team not tell me what else they need? I have also sent an email to
[email protected] 4 days ago asking what else they might need from me, but ZERO response.
So all in all, my experience has gone from excellent to now bad. I hope all of this is just miscommunication and I give you the chance to make things right. Please set my account to verified and make sure I won't have any withdrawals rejected in the future. Or else tell me what more documents you need from me to complete the verification. I am ready to send you everything you need.
