KYC on good platforms will not be processed carelessly, but very carefully. Because as legit services, they will have to obey regulations, AML and KYC is part of it. So if they do KYC, they have to verify user documents carefully as they don't want their service will be in problems with governments.

This is a nice piece of information about KYC of the casino and explained why casino doesn’t asked KYC during sign up. I thought KYC is a service which being paid in fixed rate and not per verification. This make sense why casino only require KYC when the user account is just need a verification based on his gambling activity.

Yeah i think 2 weeks cool off time is good for your health especially when you know that your balance is safe and secure, and the possibility of your KYC getting approved within that speculated 2 week time is also there most especially if you provide the clear and acceptable format of document submission for KYC since the 2 weeks is the maximum waiting time.

I have been navigating this site and it quite has a good interface. You need to thread the accusations of fraud and make sure to include evidence such as screenshots to make sure that your accusations are true and there is evidence, because just accusations will not convince people that this casino is fraud, especially if your account is a beginner so it could just be you paid to take down another casino, so I thought as another friend recommended. create a thread on the fraud charge board.

There may be many cases that might be resolved either by the team or by waiting for the trustdice team to solve your problem if you do have problems and cases that have not been resolved. it would be better to make accusations according to the evidence. without evidence is the same as accusing without evidence.

It's been more than 5 days since I've been trying to get verified. I didn’t have such a delay with verification in other casinos.

The level of the increase in the push for their case have really reached it highest and their beginning to spread negative fuds already and this is not what Trusdice should neglect because I have read multiple posts from both users all point to Trusdice scamming them and the team if this casino have not respond to them or try to solve this users issues.

You won't get anything from spamming this topic or else where, start an accusation topic with clear and real evidences against Trustdice which has proven to pay every legitimate user for now. You can see in guru casinos website that all their cases have closed and resolved.
You can see my experience also with them even that i don't agree with their terms concerning withdrawing requirements. I completed the wagering requirements and made a withdrawal which been processed instantly. But i didn't spam or accuse them before looking for answers kr contacting their live support
