I see trustdice making a good try to catch the people who was victim of Betnomi exit Scam, really good to see a site making an effort to health the damage made by others.

And before anyone said that, yes i know its not for free and charity, they can win a lot in new users. But still a good move.
Yeah, its indeed a good move to say the least, and good thing you mentioned its not for free or charity, yes indeed, anyone who was a victim to the betnomi scam have the option of trying out their luck with the bonus offer from Trustdice, I don't do not know exactly how the bonus was designed to function, but with the wager requirement in place, gamblers should better not set their hopes high, because what i see here is that some of this guys, I mean the lucky ones might win good money through this bonus, and the not so lucky ones might lose money too, that is what gambling is all about after all, so i am personally wishing everyone that will be participating a good luck.

     -    But as far as I know, that free bonus of 25 dollars is no longer working for those who sign up now. Because I tried, I didn't receive 25 dollars in my wallet to bet on their platform game. So, that means I still have to make a deposit to be able to play, which I still understood because it's normal in a casino here in crypto.

How to get free 25$ bonus in Trustdice? If it’s not applicable for the new users i mean who will created new account right now. But i have an old account which is created may be back in 2020, i didn’t log in my account for the several years, now i will get this bonus? or i have to deposit some money.

Started playing on Trustdice 2 weeks ago. At first I lost a lot and all was fine (quick payouts, good service), then when I started to go on a winning run things slowed down. Withdrawals started to get rejected and I had to complete KYC (no problem), then a couple days later also even a Zoom video call (weird, but okay still within the rules). And now even after completing these 2 things my withdrawal still is being rejected without any reason mentioned. So I went into livechat and they say KYC is still not fully completed.
Will update here on what they ask next, but truly this site asks a lot for someone who is not using VPN, not from a banned country, never took a bonus etc.

I hope I get lucky at Trustdice,  even if I only deposit 20 dollars, even if it's only 50 dollars, that's fine with me. I'll take out my $30 winnings right away, then come back another time that same day.

It gives victims of Betnomi scam exit another fund to gamble and this is generous as well as kind to heal pain of those victims.

On TrustDice side, they wisely and cleverly use their marketing budget to aim at a right gambler group. This mean their marketing budget will be distributed to actual active gamblers, not cheaters only want to exploit the casino for bonus. So this approach helps them to use their marketing budget more effectively.

Hello, I was a bit sceptical about the offer to say least but I registered now and it turned out to be a very well-designed and rewarding welcome no deposit bonus. I haven't tried the withdrawal for now but it seems to be a very fair bonus I haven't seen so often now at other casinos.

Glad to hear you like our speciality! We spent months to tailor the entire user experience and journey of the $25 welcome bonus.
And you are right, this is a type of bonus that's only available at TrustDice in the entire crypto gambling space Smiley

We appreciate your suggestion. However unfortunately that's not a financially feasible option for any crypto casino to implement.

KYC analysis isn't free. You either hire a KYC manager or work with a KYC verification company with whom the operator needs to pay for each verification. Casinos need to balance their financial sustainability and the needs of their users in order to stay competitive in this market where bonuses are becoming increasingly generous.

Most fiat casinos, especially those being required to conduct KYC when the player first sign up, can only offer less generous bonus and demand higher house edge partially for this reason.
KYC on good platforms will not be processed carelessly, but very carefully. Because as legit services, they will have to obey regulations, AML and KYC is part of it. So if they do KYC, they have to verify user documents carefully as they don't want their service will be in problems with governments.

If it is a scam site, KYC will be easily because they don't verify anything, just ask users to submit documents and steal those documents to sell for money. Difference between legit services and scam ones.

Your explanation clears many things, Coinbox1.

You raised an important point. Personally, I would suggest against submitting KYC documents to an operator you know little about. Always do your own research and check the license before doing it as I have heard of fake casino sites designed solely to obtain KYC documents for free and sell them on the dark web. If a "casino" has no valid license, no digital footprints, but asks for your KYC documents right at the sign up, then it is likely a scam.

The internet & blockchain world is a wild and free place, and we should all stay vigilant.

I definitely agree with your statement.

KYC documents are essential elements of privacy and identity of a person. Blindly giving it away to someone you know little can put you at risk of identity theft and breached security. If you are planning on submitting your KYC documents, make sure you have done your research and decided that you are fully committing to this website.

Remember that KYC documents are one of the few requisites that most gambling websites ask. That is why it is better to actually decide which gambling website you are willing to submit it.

I was seeing the main page of trustdice and its really well designed, with links to all the patflorms where Trustdice its available to reach, like here in the forum.

Another thing i noticed for really good, its after a lot of years in the business they are one of the few who keeps offering the faucet. I know they are very lows ammount , but still a thing.
Yes, it's true what you said, everything looks very neatly arranged so that beginners won't get lost playing on this site and getting to know how it works, so we can quickly access where we want, not as confusing as some other casinos, I also often use their faucet to play. although very small I have to realize that the faucet is given free.

After all, it's impossible for them to give a large amount of free faucets because that's tantamount to donating money to their users, whereas they want to get wins from their users to maintain this site and business, so it's also not possible to give large amounts of free faucets, just just use it to test the game and don't expect from the faucet to withdraw money from there.  Grin

The amount you can claim in faucet will increase as you play more in fact.

This is a nice piece of information about KYC of the casino and explained why casino doesn’t asked KYC during sign up. I thought KYC is a service which being paid in fixed rate and not per verification. This make sense why casino only require KYC when the user account is just need a verification based on his gambling activity.

I’m confused on the wager max win and max bet on this bonus term that stated below:

6. Wager max bet: 0.0001 BTC / 0.0016 ETH / 2 USDT / 2 USDC / 300 JPY / 2 EUR
7. Wager max win: 0.0033 BTC / 0.033 ETH / 150 USDT / 150 USDC / 21,000 JPY / 150 EUR

6.) Is this mean that bet above the value of max bet will be counted as the max bet only or that bet is not included to wager?

7.) What's the meaning of wager max win, Is this means that player that joined participate on this giveaway will have a max win cap on their bet?

Sorry if my question is dumb. This is my first time seeing this terms on bonus. Just making sure I understand the terms properly before I deposit.
