Turkish SL only favours elite teams and these clubs are not reluctant, they worked on themselves to achieved this goals which is very important. Weak opponents are vulnerable to Beşiktaş and this gives the club more chances of accumulating three points and push to higher spots on the table. Elite teams have higher probability of winning than the regular clubs. Beşiktaş faces Samsunspor next, a team that are in the relegation and they don't possess the require possibilities to stand a chance to battle with Beşiktaş this season. Perhapes we hope for the possible best outcome.
Even though Samsunspor managed to collect some points in their last match, I don't think they have a chance against Beşiktaş because Beşiktaş has a much better quality squad. They are also more motivated with the new coach. I'm sure the Black Eagles will get 3 points in the Samsunspor match.
Here I have to be agreed with you but still this is going to be tough match for the visitors with their away performance is not ideal just having one win in last five games and conceding 12 goals is surely needed to be improved if they want to have better end in this season Samsunspor is also improving after worst start and now in last few weeks they have two wins and one draw which is bringing them to better level for the rest of this season.

Besiktas is clearly on advantage, but they need to work on their defense which is not giving best now these three points are going to be crucial with top spots competition is wide open and any team can go through for the UEFA competitions.

Goal difference is important but I don't think it will determine the championship. Both teams will lose points, both teams can't continue as they are now. Both teams have European games.

Hasan Arat's projects are really good, we understand that he cares not only about football but also about sports. I hope he can do what he says, it would be very good for Beşiktaş.
The Turkish Super Lig is one league that's been having a wide point margin between their title holder and the other teams but this season both top teams have actually been playing averagely and their end result is more or less thesame with a difference in just the goal margins, It's not so bad though but it'd mean that one team would have to put extra work to their game delivery if they want to secure the trophy.

Fernabache and Galatasaray are good teams with good quality of players and both are capable of making the contest tough. But we await who'd be the greatest of them all, Besiktas on the other hand are trying their best in what they do, they still have greater possibilities of excelling in the league and when efforts are out in the team, it'll yield good outcomes.

Beşiktaş will face Samsunspor in its return match to the league on Sunday. A weaker opponent couldn't have come. It could be a great morale match for Beşiktaş. The team entered the break happily with the victory over Başakşehir. Now we can see a completely different game with the touch of Rıza Çalımbay. Of course, not much will change in 2 weeks, but I think he will at least slowly start to reflect the game in his mind on the field. There are many shortcomings in the team, but young players will have a chance. Some of them played well in the friendly match against Sakaryaspor yesterday. The game seems open to development. There is no need to be desperate.

Fenerbahçe started like this last season and finished the league badly. Fenerbahçe always has this problem, they can't find a solution to this problem.
This year the league will be really competitive, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe are the favorites this year.

Fenerbahce have really been in a good form this season compared to last season though they weren't too bad last season as they finished second. This season they need to continue in this great form and for the fact that they've been scoring more goals in most of their matches will really help them alot, for now they are in same points with Galatassary but Fenerbahce is leading them far on goal difference. Teams that tends to score more goals are most likely to win their matches because if you have good forwards that can finish well by scoring goals then there will really be chances of winning matches.

I don't think it's important that they score a lot of goals, it's important that they win games. Yes Fenerbahçe are scoring a lot of goals this season but that doesn't mean they will be champions.
I think Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper is bad, I think he will score a lot of goals against Galatasaray because our offensive line is strong.
Anyway the important thing is stability.
Judging by the performances of the top two teams in the Turkish Super Lig, I think goals difference might be the decider of who wins the league title this season. Fenerbahce has a been very impressive alongside reigning champions Galatasaray. They're currently on the the same number points after the first 12 games of the season but Fenerbahce is occupying the number one spot because of their better goal difference. For a Fenerbahce to stand a better chance of winning the league title this season, they must score more goals why winning as many marches as possible

This will be a good development because the Besiktas we know before have changed so badly. Their performance in recent seasons is not encouraging in anyway especially in their international games.

I don't know what is happening to the Turkish league in general because even Galasataray that used to be a top team is now struggling to maintain winning.

If there is any reforms that will bring back that competitiveness of before, it will be a welcomed development.

There is no need to be too pessimistic. Beşiktaş, which is said to be having one of its worst seasons, is only 3 games behind the leader. Anything can happen in such a long league. It was bad to be eliminated from Europe early, but this will bring more focus to the league. Rivals may lose points in the league while thinking about their weekday matches. Beşiktaş, on the other hand, can make a comeback by focusing only on the league and the Turkish Cup. After the presidential election is over, we may see a completely different team with a new planning. It's possible to enter the race again with good additions in the Winter transfer season.
If there was no election for presidency ahead I would say there is no hope but you are right. If there will be a new president and especially if he is Arat and if he will start to do those things he promised, we might see a change and there is still indeed hope. In the meantime, Beşiktaş should do whatever it takes to win as much as possible until the half time of the season.

Today, Beşiktaş's presidential candidate Hasan Arat made his launch and revealed his vision. If he can deliver even half of what he promises, the club will take off. The key to sportive success is sustainable revenues and solid infrastructure. For this reason, he explained everything very well, from real estate projects to new sports halls, from stadium improvements to infrastructure investments. I hope he becomes the president of Beşiktaş in the new era and defends the rights of the club. Unfortunately, we are faced with very large gangs, we need to have a strong lobby to deal with them. Türkiye's biggest club should no longer be expected to remain weak against these gangs.

I really liked the new basketball court and its goals regarding basketball. Everyone in Türkiye produces football-oriented projects, we are not used to seeing such things. It looks like he will do things that will suit Beşiktaş.
I don't know if he can achieve his goals, but I think good days will come for Beşiktaş. They can achieve success in every sport Smiley
I was very surprised about the basketball court too. It is great that he already has a plan and project for there. Clubs like big 3 in Türkiye or Barça, Real, Bayern, who have millions of fans, should focus on basketball a lot. It is beneficial for both sports teams of the clubs. It is a great idea for the future of the Beşiktaş.

Fenerbahçe or Galatasaray will not lose three games in a row. But let's imagine that they lose three matches in a row. The reality is that Beşiktaş cannot win 3 games in a row. In this 3-game period they will play against weak teams like Istanbulspor, Samsunspor and Ankaragücü. I don't think their chances of winning these 3 games are very high. Also, after these 3 games they will play Fenerbahçe at home. That will be the match that will allow us to see everything more clearly. Beşiktaş can convince everyone if they win all their games until then. But they can't convince me for now.

I think it's a very good result for Fenerbahçe to get 1 point without conceding a goal against Adana Demirspor, who scored a goal in every match. Moreover, they played away, so if there was a match in the league in which they couldn't get 3 points, this was one of them. Fenerbahçe would have won the match easily if they had been able to take advantage of the scoring opportunities they found. Adana Demirspor played perhaps their worst match in terms of attack. They made many mistakes in defense as well, but Fenerbahçe couldn't take advantage of these opportunities.

There is presidential election excitement in Beşiktaş. The Black Eagles, who won the last match in the league and gained morale, are looking forward to this election the most to look to the future with hope.
Emre Kocadağ announced that he will not be a presidential candidate. It looks like Hasan Arat will be the new president. One wonders what kind of planning he will do. At first, it seems like we will continue with Rıza Çalımbay. If good results continue to come in the league, next season will be the same. But first, it's necessary to finish this season in the best place and, if possible, win the Turkish Cup.
Fenerbahce are a really good club and they went into the match confident despite the opposition always scoring at least a goal in all their fixtures this season, Fernabache’s defense were able to withstand the attacks from Demirspor, they on the other hand, weren’t clinical enough and had a shaky team especially their defense and it was so poor Fernabache couldn’t capitalize on those mistakes and get the ball behind the net to steal all 3 points.

The Presidential election at Besiktas is one not just those living around are looking up to but also the local football team as this is having a breath of fresh and renewed hope for those around her environment, the players morale are all up and they go all out to get the league and give all their best to get the Turkish Cup as that will be a real breath of fresh air in the city.

I feel very sad when I see the situation of Beşiktaş, one of the biggest clubs in Turkey, in the Conference league. I think there is no need to say anything else to understand that the management is mismanaging. When the management changes, I would like Beşiktaş to have important names and especially someone who can bring it to a better place financially.

Beşiktaş played against weak opponents in the European Conference League but didn't get good results. I think their bad results in the league are a normal result. Club president candidates talk about transfers to influence the congress and win the election. But transfer is not the only problem in Beşiktaş. Beşiktaş have structural problems. For example, some football players complain about the pitch after matches. The people in charge of the pitch are not doing their job well. The managers who should supervise them are not doing their job well. All this chaos eventually affects the players. The team is negatively affected because the club is not managed professionally. Beşiktaş's problems cannot be solved with transfers alone.

It is obvious that teams who are not in the euro zone or even if they are but not rich as the five big leagues, will not be able to compete all that well. We are talking about a nation that has 30 to 1 ratio on their currency, their finances are not great, the whole champions of the league gets like a few million euro at most, how could you build a team for just a few million euro per year? That's not enough for even one players salary, a single player makes three times that in the clubs that win the title, it's obvious that financial situation is not good with any of these teams.

So what do they have to do? Smart ones will find players, make them play at Europe as much as they can, and sell them, if you get a whole squad showing itself constantly at Europe (doesn't matter if it's conference or europa or UCL but UCL would be better obviously) then other teams will see your player and buy them, get them for 5, sell them for 15, you just made bank. That's a good move these teams should do.
The financial situation of clubs around Europe is one that needs to be remedied, take for instance a club that's just in the basic league and hasn't got a chance to feature in any of the continental contest, their earnings are small, their player rating is way below normal level, that's why these players find it difficult to be known, when they get an opportunity to join the clubs that feature in the European contests, they literally go extra mile to prove their worth to the team and this paves way for better offers.

No market transaction is taken for granted. It's either you make impact or not and definitely everyone wants to make impact, your earnings will increase and there'll be regard for these players, It'll benefit the team because they actually bought the player at a rate below his standard and then turn back to sell him to teams at a higher rate, that's just the beautiful thing in football business, no player is worthless, he only needs to find himself at the right place at the right time.

Yes, Beşiktaş should definitely get better financially. Hasan Arat announced his project rather strongly. I liked his vision quite a lot. But the task to save Beşiktaş is not easy. It will require an immense amount of economical power to do it. This season almost all of the transfers are utterly horrible. And with a bad team chemistry and behind the scenes drama, the season failed already big time. That's why definitely a new blood is needed for the presidency of the club. A new management with totally new vision could save next seasons. But we can say this season is already over for Beşiktaş, considering the club's usual goals.
A new management is in charge of Beşiktaş's affairs, which is an excellent improvement that is going to enhance the club all around and give them an advantage over their opponents, we expects the best from the new management. Beşiktaş are one of the top teams in the Turkish league, and they will not hesitate to give the highest level of productivity on the field as a means to qualify for important positions. Beşiktaş is fifth, and now is the moment for the team to do everything in their power to produce excellent results in league games.

When new Presidents are looking to get elected, they may over-promise a bit, things are not that easy. I do not know what he promised, but even half would be a wonder is true, because they do not promise stuff thinking that they would do even half, they tell stuff that they know can be done for 10% of them, and the rest would be lovely if they can. Don't get me wrong, no president ever doesn't want to do 100%, they do want to, but when they become the president they realize how insanely difficult it is to do stuff they promised to do and usually fail, only a few does it for real. What was the promises?

I am assuming 99% chance that at least one had to do something with the stadium, almost all grand gestures start with stadium for some reason, have seen it a million times, another would be about youth setup? Because that's what presidents love to do, promise a much better youth team improvements. If he promised these two, he has common promises with 99% of president candidates.

I guess you could say that about almost any club in the soccer world that they are financially in a bad condition, but I think I have heard that for Besiktas it was a bit harder than for others when the Covid pandemic hit. But I can't recall all the details and also can't find too much on the Internet. But it sometimes feels that Turkey was more popular for some very good players years ago than it is now. Is it just a wrong feeling or have there been more stars in the past than there are today?

Better players came in the past, namely star players. There are not many star players in our league right now, there are very good players in Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, but I don't think Beşiktaş has any of them.

Beşiktaş fans wanted only 1 player from Beşiktaş but they couldn't get him because the team's financial situation was not good.

Grin I guess if the fans could decide which players to buy and which to sell without looking at the financials, a lot of teams would be looking differently Wink

Galatasaray, despite having a few seasons that were not as strong in the last five years, are still the name that I think most people recognize around the world when they talk about the Turkish league. That is probably also why they have most of the well known players Turkey.
