There are still 2 matches before they meet and I think for now I will continue to wait and see the progress of the two because it is possible that in these 2 matches there will be some unexpected events such as player injuries which might make the odds change later.
Yes of course. Injuries before their match will definitely affect the odds and the outcome. I was actually monitoring the Modric hamstring situation - he is still doubtful the last time I checked and he's likely to miss the first leg. I think that's one of the reason why RM is the current underdog. He may be old but he is still one of their best midfielders.
I immediately looked for news about this and it is true that the news is that he will be resting due to recovery and it is very likely that he will miss 4 matches including the Copa del Rey final and the first leg with Manchester City.
This is definitely a real loss for Madrid, but in other cases Ancelotti must also hope that other players do not follow, including in this case Benzema, who is always prone when it comes to injuries.
This will be a problem for the midfield even though there are still a number of players who can compete, it will still be a shame.
Actually I'm quite hesitant to make a bet even though Manchester City is the favourite, because as you said, Madrid is playing at home and the Bernabeu is still quite haunted for a club from England until now. So this can also be used as an excuse to be in Madrid, especially with their odds conditions.
I don't care so much about bookies were favoring manchester city in this case. I do know so well history of real madrid in UCL. It can't be underestimated. Im seeing how strong mancheter city right now. KBD and haaland are the key players that owned by manchester city. Beating manchested city meant if real madrid must put the main concern into those guys. It's caused by KDB and haaland are the best duo in EPL. Killing the movement from one of them will be giving difficulty for manchester city to create an attack.
The match will come very soon. I think that there will be many things to happened before the match will be occured.

Yep, basically, sometimes the bets of the Banders still need to be seen, but for other conditions it can still be ignored.
Talking about KDB, the movements and passes that are always made are quite troublesome, therefore the Madrid midfield must try to cover the movement there because in this way the pressure on Madrid can be reduced because the supply from the Manchester City midfield is reduced which makes this good enough for Madrid, of course.

I think that the coaches from any team are already aware of that. It can be seen from how ancelotti and pep were benching their key players. That's a good decision but at the same time those players need time to play as they can use it as training session before the real match will be coming soon. It's very hard to know what kind of plan that already prepared by the coaches from any team. This match is even bigger compared with intermilan vs acmilan.
Now there is Modric who is most likely ruled out for Madrid but on the other hand KDB is also currently having a problem with his leg and he wasn't even in the squad against Fulham but there is still no further announcement on KDB's issue right now.
