everything that has been done by manchester city in the champions league makes us believe that they can beat the reigning champions and reach the final for this season. If we look at Manchester City performance, there is not the slightest doubt for them for the semifinals this season, they are even highly favored and will be able to provide strong resistance for the defending champion.

Real madrid has a gap that they have to maximize in the first leg which I think they have to be able to stop the movement from the attackers of Manchester City. if this can be done by real madrid defense then they can continue their reign as the most successful team in ucl.

At the moment they are the favourites, it would be great to keep that in shape but usually looking at the First Leg for them on the road is down to Pep whether to start with a bang or hold off for the second Leg with a bang.

Real madrid is currently in the first position in group F with a total points of 13.
While Manchester city is currently in first position in group G with a total points of 14.

I must admit that this is a tough match, and one that would be really interesting to watch, Real Madrid have been up and doing, Manchester city on the other hand and currently one the industry's best, this is really a tricky one when it comes to knowing the right team to bet on, but all the same, it doesn't matter which team scores first, or how many goals scored, I think Manchester city will not loose this match, it can either be a draw, or win for Manchester city.
This is my prediction.

This tournament will be a different one from the last one, Manchester City having Haaland this season will be different outcome from last season champions league. Manchester City are the favourite likely to win champions league this season, Manchester city are capable of producing more goals.

This is a very crucial match for Pep, After saveral attempts he has made in trying to bring home Champions League trophy to City. I do think this game will be part of things that will determine Pep Gardiola's future and stay as Manchester City Boss , which at the end of the season might decide to rest, after putting a lot of efforts to bring home this trophy, as they are going to face the major contender of the cup Real Madrid.

Champions League has been pep's major target for city since he took over the job and after spending some years at Bayern Munich without lifting the trophy, Plus after wining series of premier league cup with City. Also this game will mostly determine who will win the champions league as both teams are the only major contenders left in the compition.
