Not sure what happened to Manchester City during this game because as far as we can see from their performance in the premier league and their position in the league they could have had a high chance to beat Leipzig in the first game. Leipzig is the 4th team in their league and I didn't expect to see this team being able to stop a team like Manchester City, however, the game was in Red Bull Arena and they benefit while playing at home against Manchester City.

If City continue to play dull ball control (while ignoring Haaland) and Leipzig defend well then I assume the game will end 0-0 and shootout. The only "fun" scenario I see for this game is if City score first and Leipzig are forced to go ahead. As we have seen, they know how to do it and then both teams will have chances to score a goal. If Leipzig scores first, then it will close in the same way and we will not see anything interesting.

You overestimated Manchester City's current strength. They are not in particularly good form and Leipzig have actually been playing well for weeks, so it was foreseeable that it would be difficult for City. In the second leg, however, Pep will definitely use proper tactics and City will advance, but Leipzig is not without a chance!
This has always been the case, that most people always overestimate Manchester City. Maybe because of the influence of English media, but when it comes to the European league, they are just a bunch of brilliant individual players with no proper coordination. Any team with good coordination can beat them on an average day.

I will boldly predict that Manchester City will not Lift the Champions's League trophy again this season.

Regardless of success Manchester City, they only get a draw in the first match of the round 16 of the Champions League. They get these results from a team like Leipzig, what will happen if they meet other strong teams like Paris Saint Germain, Real Madrid, or even Bayern Munich. That's a concern for fans
Regardless of whether Manchester City's performance improves or not when playing home match later, it is still a mystery even though previously Manchester City have satisfactory statistics in home match, surprises could happen in the second leg of Manchester City vs Leipzig.

Can't expected with consistency performance from Manchester City in Primer League after held draw by RB Leipzig on Champion League and difficult predicting about that match have been draw. Second leg become crucial because the fourth Bundesliga standing team still have chance lead to next round.

Manchester City have benefit on second leg and seems has potential for winning the match, but RB Leipzig is unpredictable team and any potential make it surprised after success held in draw for the first leg match.

Liverpool will probably play better then in the 1st leg because Real Madrid will start a weaker 1st team to try and prevent injuries to their most important players but Liverpool are not in good form and are in crisis so I do not expect them to win if Real Madrid put out a weaker team. 3 goal cushion away from home is too much to expect from this Liverpool team who struggle to keep clean sheets so I expect Real Madrid to get at least 1 goal in the 2nd leg.
I can't trust Liverpool now, they have been a very difficult team to trust. In the Premier League they still haven't been able to find their best form of play, in the Champions League although there was hope after they were 2 goals ahead, but in the end they couldn't prevent the 5 goals Real Madrid created. It is not impossible that the Santiago Bernabeu will be the place for their defeat to Real Madrid for the umpteenth time.
I have to say after seeing Real Madrid in action, maybe they are not leading La Liga like they did for a while now, and they may "look" worse compared to last year, but after the first game I can say that they are actually still the leading candidate to win.

I should remind myself every year that whenever Real plays in UCL, they are a candidate to win it, sure they don't win it every time, they won like 14 out of 40+ seasons, which means most likely they don't, but looking at the current roster and what it has achieved? Nobody has won this many UCL titles in their entire career, there are so many teams that didn't win a title as much as some players here, it's wild.

It is very difficult for Liverpool to turn things around in the second leg later, moreover they will play at Santiago Bernabue which is the headquarters for Real Madrid. I hope there will be many surprises by Liverpool in the second leg later, it's not impossible for them to turn things around the same as they did for Barcelona. I can only pray for the best results for Liverpool. 3 goals is a very difficult margin, but hope the magic is in their favor, fingers crossed.

In the last game they lost with a 5-2 result which was not good at all for Liverpool and their coach Klopp because I think time after time he is getting near to the exit doors of Liverpool because of his performance, on the other hand, the last game was in Anfield and Liverpool played this match at home against Real Madrid that's why we excited more from them, while this time they have to play in Santiago Bernabéu and they need three goals.
I don't really want to admit this but with the current conditions Liverpool really can't do much.
Now their condition is very depressed in the Champions League and in the EPL so indeed with conditions like this the possibility of Klopp leaving will be even greater.
He's a good coach but when it doesn't lift Liverpool out of a slump it's still a failure no matter what.

Manchester City is a very strong team. Pep Guardiola's second successful team is Manchester City. Most importantly, there is a great understanding among the players of the team due to which the team is able to perform exceptionally well.

Regardless of success Manchester City, they only get a draw in the first match of the round 16 of the Champions League. Leipzig now stands in fourth position in their domestic League and also finished fourth last season before advancing to the Champions Leagues, proving that they are formidable and for them to take on Manchester City should not surprise anyone, it was a fair match to be honest. The same Paris Saint-German team lost to Bayern in the first leg despite fielding their whole squad, and to say Mane was absent from the game was more gratifying to watch.

I'm not too satisfied with matches that ended with a draw and a goal difference, it will be difficult to predict the next moves and what teams will pull out next but Real Madrid against Liverpool has no doubt about the team that will qualify to the next stage.

About Liverpool chances in the second leg if i am not mistaken the rule for away goals has been removed since last season and because Liverpool lost with scores 5-2 from Real Madrid which mean if Liverpool want to qualified i think they should be win at least with 4 goals margin or more and against big team such as Real Madrid i think it just like mission impossible for Liverpool and indeed on season 2019 Liverpool has been make epic comeback from Barcelona with win 4-0 after lose 3-0 in the first leg but the current situations were very different for them even in my opinion probably Liverpool will lost again at Real Madrid home ground

I think in the second leg later Manchester City and Bayern Munich still have a chance to qualify for the next round. But for two other English clubs such as Chelsea and Spurs will fall in this round. Maybe both Chelsea and Spurs still haven't found their best form in this competition, but what is certain is that I hope the second leg match will be very exciting and will provide unexpected surprises.
What struck me off was Chelsea vs Dortmund. Dortmund's 1-0 win in the first leg does not guarantee exactly they will continue. Chelsea still have plenty of opportunities to make things happen. Because the second leg they will play at Stamford Bridge. If you look at the game during the First Leg, it should be the second leg that Chelsea were able to win. They can play well, they are capable of possession of the ball. I hope Kante can already play because there is still a two-week gap left. I think Jao Felix will again be Potter's mainstay player.

Maybe we should take Napoli seriously in this tournament. In the group they also played impressively and if you look at how they are doing in the league, they are the best team in Italy. If you are the best team in Italy with great force majeure, then you can also win the CL, right? I think City would have a really hard time against Napoli. I think maybe Napoli is even better at the moment. Napoli also won the first match comfortably, so we will definitely see that in the quarterfinals. And with the draw anything can happen once. It would be nice if Napoli would already see against City of Munchen.

If you look at the condition of the actual team, Benfica is also very comfortable now because with an aggregate of 2-0 and the second leg will be played at home, this will clearly be a real favourite.
Talking about Bayern-PSG actually in this case I still feel Bayern will win again in the second leg this time.
What is certain is that in the second leg, their match will be more open than before.
In the match between PSG and Bayern Munich, Bayern Munich has a higher chance to win. Because the balance of PSG team is not right, the team has great problems from midfielders to defense. On the other hand, Neymar Jr.'s injury will have a great impact on the team's attack.
I think it's not only about balance but indeed in every way PSG lost except in terms of players.
A torn ligament injury was really not expected and of course this is also another obstacle for PSG.
It's possible to play it safe too but with the current conditions I think Bayern when playing at home will be more all out now.

I have no doubt that City will qualify, they are on a great run, I also see that Haaland will be with a great attitude, Pep Guardiola will not miss this opportunity, they cannot lose, City last season were not very lucky, this time they have all to vindicate themselves and the truth is I don't think they disappoint their fans.

Now what you say about Kevin de Bruyne I fully agree, it is difficult because the midfield is always important, especially to set up the attack, Haaland is the main objective, he is the one who has to score the goals, the android has to do it and shine.

You see the clubs and side with Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, I cannot and will never advice anyone to despise that club not even when they're not in a good form because with Godspeed that's when they do play beautiful football.
I still have a place in my mind that feels like Paris St Germans are moving next to the next round. Bayern Munich need to hurt Parisans if they're to win that game. They didn't do enough during the first meeting. With Kylian Mbappe around they should be ready to run at all times.

Manchester City should head to the next level, Pep Guardiola stay so much years at the German League ans Bossed all of them club. Leipzig would be properly handled. Erling Haaland gives them a better chance while attacking but he lacks proper passes from the past few games.
Pep Guardiola is an incredibly wise coach. When he was in Barcelona he made the Barcelona team impossibly strong. After that, he trained the players of the team in Manchester City and took the team to a unique peak.

I think he should get directly fired if he does not manage to eliminate a mediocre team like Leipzig, mediocre when compared to Man.City because Leipzig is a good team and they even caused a big surprise in the group stages when they won against Real Madrid.I saw the last game which ended 1-1 in Leipzig home and it was an extremely boring game and I was surprised at the fact that City completely slowed down their temp during the second half leaving everything to be decided in the return leg, that is why I think Guardiola should be sacked if he does not qualify further.
Manchester City is a very strong team. Pep Guardiola's second successful team is Manchester City. Most importantly, there is a great understanding among the players of the team due to which the team is able to perform exceptionally well.
Nobody is saying that Manchester City are a bad team or that their coach is not managing them well. The fact is that Salzburg this season, and even last season, are showing good results that are capable of battling with any title club. What happened in the first game was a surprise to many fans. I think the next game could be just as interesting.

Yes, indeed Manchester City is a strong team and has been ranked 2nd in the standings in the Premier League this season.
We can also see that Manchester City has pretty good game statistics so they can always play well in every match.
For now Manchester City is playing against Bournemouth and it's still in the early minutes. I'm sure Manchester City can win the match easily because Bournemouth is just a team that isn't worth it when compared to Manchester City.
With Manchester City's victory tonight, it can also make him have additional points so that he can get closer to chasing the first position in the standings which is still held by Arsenal, who are 4 points ahead of Manchester City.

Manchester City must pay more attention to their match in the second leg of the Champions League, although they are still the superior team, Leipzig can show fierce resistance to them in the first leg. If they make a mistake in the second meeting then Leipzig will punish them with a defeat that will knock them out, because I see that Leipzig has the ability to do that.

We all know, that it looks like Liverpool doesn't have a big chance when carrying out their match at the Santiago Bernabeu. I don't expect much, that in the match it will give us a surprise. maybe the game will still be interesting and exciting for us to watch, because I'm sure Klopp will try hard to awaken the mentality and spirit of his players. and IMO, that's all his squad needs. because, the problem that happened to Liverpool was not because they did not have good player depth. however, Liverpool's players played subpar.

But, it is better for Klopp to focus his team on playing optimally in his Domestic League. at least, they still have a chance to catch up with their points and have to finish in the top four of the Premier League. and if Liverpool are knocked out in the last 16 round later, Klopp can maximize his team to get back on track with victory in the domestic league.

Regardless of the great result and the big win in the first game, I really don't think that Real will send a weaker team in return and rest the main players.
Such a thing is done in the group stage of the competition when placement in the knockout stage is already assured, and not in the knockout stage of the competition.
Bigger surprises happened in the Champions League, do you remember Liverpool's 4-0 win against Barcelona after losing the first leg by 3 goals difference?
Chelsea almost kicked Real out of the Champions League last season after, like Liverpool, they lost the first home game by 3 goals.
Real will not rest any player and the best team will play against Liverpool, I have no doubts about that.
I expect a difficult and uncertain match, but Real is too experienced a team not to take advantage of such a good result from the first match.
