Resting all their starters will be problematic but resting a few of them should not pose too much of a problem as on their bench they have good players which can manage an advantage of three scores, so as long as Real Madrid can contain the attack of Liverpool during he first 20 to 25 minutes they should be fine, as Liverpool players will begin to get desperate and they will have no option but to take higher risks and that is when Real Madrid could counterattack them and crush their hopes for a comeback.

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti will never forget the miracle of Istanbul when the same Liverpool can back from three goals down against his team AS Milan. Liverpool scored three goals is six minutes and ended up winning the match on penalties. Ancelotti will never rest any of his star players because it is not over until they win the match. I am sure Real Madrid will play with the same intensity and hunger like they did in their last game.

Yes, Ancelotti is a coach who is quite experienced. Of course, he would never make a hasty decision. I'm sure Don Carlo won't make many changes to the composition of his players in the second leg even though his team is already superior with a large aggregate. Maybe some senior players like Modric, Kroos and Benzema will start from the bench in order to maintain their fitness and avoid the risk of injury, due to the age factor which will make them very vulnerable to that.

I see Real Madrid very tired, the World Cup and all the commitments are weakening them

in my opinion he should focus only on the cup and let the Liga lose a little, in the end it is the Champions League that brings the money, which is needed to do everything

At least I'd do that, and then I'd think about the league

I think Real Madrid will go down with the full squad in the second leg because ancelotti always focuses well on every game they play. even though on one hand they have excelled in the first leg, the second leg will be a differentiator when the opponent will be more aggressive in attacking. 90% real madrid have already qualified for the next round. There is no miracle for liverpool when playing at home to real madrid.

maybe what's more interesting is the Bayern Munich vs PSG match in the second leg later. because Bayern only won narrowly in the first leg and it was not safe enough for them because PSG could catch up and turn things around in the second leg later. I hope Lionel Messi can make a big contribution in the second leg later.

PSG losing at home is a huge disadvantage for them. Bayern Munich will do everything to draw at home. I don't think they will push too hard because I think they need to rotate too. Because all 3 teams have the same points in the league and the championship race will start to heat up from now on. Since the points are close to each other, Bayern Munich should also give importance to the league. PSG is a bit more relaxed in this regard and there is not much reason to rotate. I would say they are a bit more comfortable in the league title race.

Teams that win away will be more comfortable playing at home. Especially the teams that beat them by difference.
Real Madrid might have the most comfortable Champions League match at home. Because they have the power of winning 5-2 away. Napoli will have the same power. Since they also beat them by 2 points away, they will definitely play their home game with less stress.
They can rest some of their players which will stop them from getting injured and their players will not be overworked. Winning away by a big margin makes future games easier and not only the one that you play at home. Real Madrid I thought had too many issues with aging players and injuries but because they have the cushion of 3 goals they can rest a lot of their 1st team players without fear of losing the game and can focus on the next stage of the Champions League.
It would be very risky for Real Madrid if they rest many of their main players in the second leg later. I understand that with the 3 goal advantage they have at the moment, maybe their task will be easier, but that doesn't mean they have to do something very risky. Liverpool are in a bad state, but they are also not impossible to do something very shocking, they also have memories of making a comeback in the Champions League with 3 goals down as well.

I absolutely agree, they won't want to lose the championship race in the league. Accordingly, some players will be rested as a rotation and they will plan accordingly. Real Madrid is in the title race and they won't want to lose it.
For Napoli, it doesn't really matter. It's completely up to the coach's decision. They are already more comfortable in the league. So maybe they can have a complete rotation or they can rest 5-6 players from the first 11.
Do you mean Real Madrid are in the title race for the La Liga or to win the Champions League? Barcelona are a good amount of points ahead of Real Madrid in the league so I do not think Real Madrid will focus on the La Liga as much as the Champions League. Real Madrid even with their injuries are probably top 2 strongest in the Champions League and now they have this 3 goals cushion they can manage the games easier. They can still win in the La Liga but Barcelona has won their last 5 games and they do not look like they will lose and they would need to lose multiple times for Real Madrid to catch up. Real Madrid have won their last 4 games.
I think they are still in the race for both the champions league and the league. I don't think the 8 point gap is too big to close. Barcelona may have been eliminated from Europe, but they may be demoralized and have a chance to lose points in a row. We need to think about every possibility. At the moment barcelona yes they need to focus on the league but we don't know if they will be able to focus. That's why I think real madrid has a chance in both competitions.

This is only in the first leg, we don't know later in the second leg at home to Manchester City, maybe the game will be even more impressive and they will perform even better there are players not who are replaced whether Pep Guardiola prepares him for the second leg?

Erling Haaland was indeed closely guarded so that the Leipzig defense was not given space in the absence of Bruyne as the organizer of the attack going forward. Manchester City's game was a little less dominant, but we have to see for the second leg.
Manchester City's chances are still very big to qualify for the next round, because this season Manchester City is so strong when playing at home, only one club has been able to beat Manchester City at home, namely Brentford, playing at home will be a strength for Manchester City, moreover this will be decisive match to qualify for the next round. Pep Guardiola already has a specific strategy for the second leg, but what still confuses me in the first leg is that he didn't replace any of his players.

In the absence of Kevin De Bruyne in the first leg, no one was able to organize attacks and made a measured pass to Erling Haaland not optimal, so it was difficult for Erling Haaland to open space to score a goal. In my opinion, this is what Pep Guardiola has to maximize, if you want to maximize the second leg to win.

Tottenham are having another similar season to the previous ones now. They actually made a great start but things started to be upside down for them at a point. They started to show some weaknesses in defense especially which led them to draw or lose many matches. Now they are trying to stay in top four in the English Premier League at least for joining the Champions League again. And here they are still a part of this tournament now. They didn't get a favourable result against Milan in San Siro.

However I still believe in Tottenham to turn the tide and eliminate Milan. But it won't be easy. I think the regular time of the rematch will end with Tottenham's advantage by one goal. After that Tottenham will make it to the victory by penalties at worst.

Napoli's current creation is doing incredibly well. The team players have been able to build themselves up brilliantly. One of the achievements of the team coach.
I saw the game live and Napoli just played very organised and almost without mistakes. They are a real nice team, everyone could see that. But it was not an extremely good performance, i think Napoli will play better in Italy. Not only in Serie A they are the best, who will stop them in the Champions League? I would like to see Real Madrid vs Napoli, but now the second game against Frankfurt. A result of 3:1 would not surprise me.
They have always been a team that is solid and have good flair in attack but they are missing world class players to make the difference in the later stages of the Champions League and that is why they never win it. They are always in the late stages because they are a very good team but when they go against the bigger teams they do not have the same types of players that can turn a game on its head and win it in a moments notice.

Are Real Madrid still the favorites for you after demolishing Liverpool? It is hard to predict for I because Liverpool are probably the weakest team in form in the Champions League with only Club Brugge and Benfica close to them. All the other teams are champions of their league or have previously won the Champions League before. Bayern look like they need rest and I think that will impact them but Real Madrid looked good and looked unbeatable in the 2nd half. I expect Club Brugge to get knocked out next and Benfica will progress but get knocked out the game after.

There's no guarantee that real madrid will be facing napoli. If real madrid will be facing the winner from the PSG against bayern and this will also become another great match.
The winner from last 16 will be drawing again to know what matches that will come. I think that the possibility is quite small at this moment considering about real madrid can face any club that will be winning last 16.
At this point, we are going to see only great teams. Looking at the matchups, Milan vs Spurs is "weaker" compared to games like PSG vs Bayern, but still a good team, Benfica vs Brugge is definitely weaker, but aside from that the all look good.

I would say that there will be at least 3 games that will be between two great teams, and it is going to be incredibly fun to watch as well but going to be pretty tough to bet on at the same time. If Bayern or PSG or Napoli faces Real, who could you bet that would make sense? They all can win, all four of them have that possibility, we are just going to make a prediction and assume but it is going to be tough.

Once Real Madrid sealed their qualification against Liverpool next week, there is a possibility that they will meet Napoli on the next round of the game if Napoli qualifies against Frankfort and that will be a superb game of the tournament, the outcome will be unpredictable considering their both forms.

I think we all want to see this game right ? Napoli , on how are they looking right now , I can say firm that they will beat Real Madrid probably on both games as few people realize in what form Napoli actually is and how hard is to play against them right now. Sure , Real is the master of comebacks and can pull a victory out of nowhere but not against this Napoli.
Napoli's current creation is doing incredibly well. The team players have been able to build themselves up brilliantly. One of the achievements of the team coach.

The situation is based on what they've been through this season, right
This is Napoli's first season in the last three seasons playing until reach the round 16 of the Champions League, of course we need to see their mentality first. Especially the comparison with a team like Real Madrid, one of the kings of the Champions League. Madrid's experience and competitive mentality need not be doubted in the Champions League

The condition of the Liverpool team is very bad. Once upon a time when Liverpool had Sadio Mane, the team was able to perform incredibly well, but after Sadio Mane left the team, Salah is not able to do great things on his own. Losing by such a big margin to Real Madrid is a real shame.

Liverpool's mistake was not only selling mane but also often making Gomez a starter, he is a very careless defender. the main thing is that all parts of Liverpool are really problematic, apart from a selfish front line, the midfield is also very lazy and not creative.

The Napoli team is currently performing exceptionally well. Napoli team has been able to secure victory in the past matches. Napoli have great potential to do well this season.

I really like the strategy that Spalletti made for his team (Napoli) when using the 4-3-3 formation, all pieces (attack - mid - back) get very creative. Napoli's striker trio (kvarat - osimhen - lozano) is very scary for every opponent because of the compactness they show. with the extraordinary quality shown by the Napoli players, I'm sure they will be able to advance to the semi-finals and even the UCL final.
