Both teams have important star names. So clearly one team is not ahead. In my opinion, Paris SG looks far superior thanks to its offensive power. They must have prepared carefully to qualify for the knockout phase, but I don't agree if the quality of the team and players doesn't determine victory, because this factor is really needed and coupled with experience as well as champion metal. As we can see from Ancelotti's (Real Madrid) team, they are strong in these two advantages, so they can give maximum results.

I am not entirely sure that core Barcelona has would be enough. Like players such as pedri, gavi, dembele, de jong, ansu fati, etc etc these are good players but they will never be at the levels of the times when xavi, iniesta and messi played which means that they are not going to get the same championships and titles neither.

This is Champions League thread and the Barcelona I know is already out from the moment they concluded the group stage, they only manage to secured 7 points leaving them behind Inter Milan, and not because Messi wasn't around, it was the coach responsibility, he failed to manage his resources properly because with Messi been on injury on important matches, the Barcelona of then often come out greatly.
