The time Arsenal has to face Bayern Munich is very limited, because before facing Bayern Munich in the UCL there are 3 tough matches and it will drain the players energy. So I'm quite worried if Arteta has difficulty making many rotations. At the end of the month against Man City, you definitely need a solid composition of players and of course the main squad must be deployed. The next 2 matches are no less important because they are an opportunity to get 3 points and Arteta cannot underestimate his opponent.

So based on a fairly busy schedule, I wouldn't expect much if even a draw against Bayern Munich would be good enough. However the issue of dark history is also a shadow for Arsenal players, as if Bayern Munich will use it to break the spirit of their opponents.

Actually with the look of things Arsenal may likely be kicked out by Bayern Munich on the champions League quarters finals because Bayern Munich are always more favourable than Arsenal on champions league that's why they have more good history on champions league than Arsenal, although is been a while Bayern Munich meet Arsenal but I think Bayern Munich has more opportunity over Arsenal on that match and also considering the fact that champions league is not like premier League that are more easy for Arsenal to perform really good but in champions league the matches are mostly difficult because all the clubs are very strong, although I'm not disputing the fact that Arsenal is not in there good form but the truth is that Bayern Munich is a very consistent team when it comes to the champions League matches and also if you you check there last meeting with Liverpool you will see how good Bayern Munich is and beating Liverpool at the end, so if bayern Munich could perform that good it may likely not going to take much time for them to win Arsenal. So I would just say that Arsenal should focus more on there premier League matches so that there attention will not be divided.

I have had a look and I couldn't believe that the bookmakers seem to have big faith in Arsenal and valued them as the real favorite. To give you an idea, they put Arsenal at 1.99, so let's say at 2.0, and they put Bayern Munich at 3.59.

I agree that the odds for Bayern Munich winning this game should be relatively high as it is a game away from home and it is against the team that is leading the Premier League. But given how the game developed recently for Bayern, do you think that Arsenal winning the game at 1.99 is correctly marked by the bookmakers? Even if it is marginal, it is a bit below 2.0 and I did expect something with a 2. coming first.

I don't think that Arsenal's chances of winning that game are that high. At least I wouldn't bet on it at those odds. I think it is always a good indicator to think about potential odds that someone would be willing to put money on an outcome and for me this would be more between 2.5 and 3.0, but it would definitely not be worth it when you get just under 2.0.
Regardless all of the previous meeting records between Arsenal and Bayern Munich for the first leg match it will be held at Arsenal home ground and based on the odds i can see Arsenal is the favourite with odds @2.05 and Bayern Munich as underdog status with odds @3.55 and i think why the bookmakers putting Arsenal is the favourite is because during this season since group stages Arsenal has good records when they playing at home and their records is 4 wins and scores 11 goals and still cleansheet and from these records too we can see Arsenal is very strong during playing at Emirates Stadium and this is big challenge for Bayern Munich whether they can able to beat Arsenal in the first leg or Arsenal who possibly can beat them

Just like i said before Arsenal have to hard struggling for quarterfinal stages because they have to fight against Bayern Munich which this team always being an the favourite in this competition for each season and this also the first tested for Arsenal playing against strong opponent because if they can able to beat Bayern Munich then Arsenal is deserved to called as champion candidate but Arsenal have to beware of Bayern Munich because possibly they will go all in for this match because the chances to gets the trophy for Bayern Munich only through an this competition

It is a mammoth task for both English Premier League clubs to make it to the next round. Some time ago Bayern Munich was devastated because they couldn't handle all the problems within their team correctly and Leverkusen made use of that opportunity and ran away from them in the Bundesliga. But they have now realized that there is some backdoor to save this season and to restore their international reputation. If they can make it into the Champions League final, I think it would be the best way for them to make the people forget about their bad performance in the Bundesliga and in the DFB Pokal. I think that Bayern has the stronger team here and Manchester City is roughly equal to Real Madrid, maybe some advantage over them, but definitely not a lot.
From here we will see how ambitious Arteta's men are to beat Bayern Munich. Indeed, the chances of both are 50:50 because they are equally strong, but in this case Bayern Munich will focus their energy only on the Champions League after they no longer have a chance in the Bundesliga. Of course, this is quite a tough job for Bayern Munich this season because if they fail in the Champions League then they will be fasting for title this season. Apart from that, if you look at Arsenal performance, of course they have the ambition to become champions because their progress in the Champions League this season has succeeded in overcoming many obstacles and for that I hope Arsenal can achieve the target they want.

If you look at Manchester City, this is not much different from Arsenal because Manchester City has stronger opponents. I still hesitate to say that Manchester City will succeed in beating Real Madrid and vice versa. The big advantage may come from the strength of the players who will be fielded later because if one of the teams loses a core player due to injury perhaps it will make it more difficult for them to provide strong resistance. And seeing this, one of them will be able to take advantage of this opportunity to find  victory.

I totally agree with your sentiment here that their chances of winning that game is not that high, due to the fact that the performance of Bayern Munich have improved quite a lot in their past outing of recent, and another thing I feels like they aren't putting into consideration when giving this odd is their head to head record, because Bayern Munich have always have the upper hand between them, and in the champions league, experience is one vital thing that is needed to be successful, and this arsenal team lack that, though nothing is impossible, but I see Bayern Munich dominating them and even progressing to the next round of the competition.

Although Manchester City, Real Madrid are opponents of each other, we definitely consider these two teams as strong rivals in the Champions League. Along with Manchester City and Real Madrid, Bayern Munich are quite strong in the Champions League tournament this season and we can list Arsenal as the favorites for the Champions League competition. Arsenal have been consistent since the start of the season but they need to be a bit more consistent as the upcoming matches are definitely tough and if Real Madrid can't perform in line with Manchester City and Bayern Munich in the upcoming matches then Bayern Munich won't do well. If Manchester City and Real Madrid qualify for the semi-finals, I would like to see Arsenal and Bayern Munich qualify for the semi-finals.  Because if all the strong teams lose in the quarter final then the final match will not be good at all.
If Bayern and Real Madrid qualify for the semi-finals, it means that all teams from the Premier League will only be knocked out in the quarter-finals. I personally see that Arsenal's performance can actually be said to be above Bayern's at the moment. But I want to see Bayern go further. Because I want to see Harry Kane have good achievements at his new club. Because he hasn't had any big achievements while at Spurs for quite a long time. So this is an opportunity for Harry Kane to get the best award in his career with Bayern in the UCL.

The Man City vs Real Madrid match may be difficult to predict. But it seems that there are quite a lot of people who see Man City's potential as a favorite. Whoever wins I don't think will be any surprise. But if Man City loses then Real Madrid will definitely be very feared in the semi-finals and all clubs will definitely hope not to meet Real Madrid in the semi-finals.

Which of the Bayern Munich are you talking about? The same ones that beat minor Lazio, they didn't even win Lazio not until they had to aggressively make a come back in the second league, if they are that good, I'm not sure Bayern Leverkusen would give them 10 points back because if it was that easy for Leverkusen to shake Bundesliga that way and Bayern is that good as you said, they should probably be above by 15 points in their domestic league but the are not, sitting in the second place.

I won't be surprised if Arsenal say goodbye to the tournament in this phase. It is still going to be a successful run for them anyway. The opponent is Bayern Munich now and their job is quite difficult. If Arsenal play the same as the Porto matchup then there is a big problem for them. Bayern Munich might seem like they aren't the same as the previous season but they wouldn't be forgiving against vulnerable opponents anyway.

Honestly I don't expect a huge score between these teams this time. Arsenal have made big progress thanks to Arteta. I expect to see them fighting back decently.  Smiley  But when it comes to my favourite it is still Bayern Munich though.

I know right, Arsenal is not used to be here so we are not programmed to think they are capable of pulling surprises to their fans but what if Arsenal becomes like the rest of the teams that are good. You can't see a team at the top of the Premier League and consider their performance as average, they are more than average team which is why I have a vote of confidence in them, at least to send Bayern Munich back to Bundesliga where they belong.

I just don't like how faith brought them to the same side with Real Madrid because I'm anticipating for Manchester United to go home and Madrid will proceed to the semi final and then face the next opponents but I don't want to see them face Real Madrid, that's going to be a suicide to them. If perhaps a reshuffle is allow after the Quarter final, that will be my final wish in this tournament so they can demonstrate that they are good but I know Madrid will win them in the final match anyways. This big match was like a final match between two strong clubs that dominate the Champions League, I also didn't expect the meeting between the two to be held in the quarter-finals, I thought the two would meet in the final or at least in the semifinals. But in my opinion, the clubs that are playing in the quarter-finals have equal opponents. Manchester City and Real Madrid are equal opponents in the Champions League and even last season Manchester City looked like a very strong club in beating Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and also Inter Milan.

And Manchester City wants to repeat the same thing by eliminating Real Madrid earlier in the quarter-finals, by eliminating Real Madrid Manchester City will find it easier to win the Champions League title, but Real Madrid is not a club that is easy to beat just because Real Madrid's performance is better this season, Manchester City must be prepared to face counterattacks in seeking revenge.

Whoever the club passes to the semifinals, I think one of them will face Bayern Munich. If Bayern Munich passes and can get rid of Arsenal, because the strength of the three clubs seems equal, it is quite difficult to predict who will win because these three clubs are very ambitious to win Champions League title.
The heavyweight of matches is the final before final in the UCL. This match is between the 2 best teams in the Ucl in the past 2 years and these 2 teams are the most recent winners of the competition.Funny enough, anyone that eliminates the other will probably go ahead to win the trophy as currently I’m not seeing any of the other 6 teams still in the competition being able to stop any of these 2 teams. They’re quite similar in terms if player’s strength and also coaching abilities. The 2 coaches are knows for their wide level of being tactical and that’s a plus for the teams in match. Also i feel the main focus for the match will be the 2 old Dortmund friends Jude and Erling.

These 2 players are going to be the point men for their teams in this encounter as the success lf their team mostly rely more on their shoulders and how they chose to perform in the match. That not withstanding, both clubs still have players who can decide to take the shine when you least don’t expect. Man City will want to real win the UCL again back to back and they are looking forward to defeating City again and I think they’ll be coming to frustrate Madrid to a draw at the Santiago. I think Ancelotti should be able to get the best tactics to help this Madrid side.

I have high hopes on Madrid being able to go through as in my books they’re currently better than the team Man City faced last season. If Madrid goes through I don’t think Bayern will be able to stop them and as such whosoever they meet in the final.Madrid are better placed when compared to City, Arsenal and Bayern to be able to win the title and I think that’s what’s going to play down at the end of the day. It will probably be 15 UCL for Madrid at the end of the season.

Every elite team will always find a way to reach the top this season. Gunners performance have not pleased me because they're just consistent for a season and the next season, they're no where to be found. Perhaps they've change and when I say that, we can be looking at the new Gunners this season. Expects the long winnings and also doing exceptionally brilliant from Arsenal. Mikel Arteta and his team should be enlisted to be among the club's to reach significant UCL finals. The UEFA Champions League is not even consider the league.
I agree about that but maybe Arsenal this season is quite different. We know that it will not be easy for Arsenal to reach the quarterfinals and they have to work hard to get rid of Porto first. After being confirmed for qualifying for the quarterfinals, Arsenal once again had to meet again with a past they didn't want to meet and that was Bayern Munich. Arsenal must be quite annoyed at why it has to be Bayern Munich but that's how the draw works and they have to accept the result.

On the other hand, I think it is quite difficult if you have to put Arsenal into the final round and the remaining strong teams have very little chance. But it doesn't rule out the possibility that they could reach the semifinals but of course they have to beat Bayern Munich first and that will be a challenge for all the players. Last season real madrid have CF, namely karim benzema was beaten 4-0 and 1-1 in the champion league. now benzema has left and his cf replacement is far inferior to benzema, only a joselu as a substitute for benzema. so if the performance is normal and there are no surprises, surely manchester city can beat and remove real madrid from the champion league again.
The Real Madrid coach is not a fool when it comes to placing players and also when it comes to choosing players to replace players who have left the Real Madrid team. Currently, everyone still admits that Manchester City is a team that is quite strong in the Champions League and also in the Premier League itself, but everyone probably still hasn't forgotten that Real Madrid is a very successful team in the Champions League so that at the moment it is still quite dangerous for other teams in terms of title contention.

Considering how impressively consistent Arsenal have been since the start of the season, I don't think it'll be wrong to consider them as a strong contender for the UEFA Champions League title this season but I think there are three more four clubs that are still in the competition that I'll rather consider as favourites ahead of Arsenal and that's because I think the players at Arsenal doesn't have much experience in the competition.

It's really hard to believe. I tell you that if Arsenal was often bottled trophies, I doubt they will be able to do so this season. It's hard to believe Arsenal won't make the same mistakes as previous seasons. Arsenal may still struggle in the upcoming games against bayern munich soon. I don't trust this club. Arsenal is not even able building my confidence to trust it.
I've noticed that many people were saying the same thing as you in the previous seasons. They hoped for something different to happen to Arsenal, but nothing happened till almost two decades. Arsenal continues to bottle it. This makes me very skeptical about Arsenal's chances of winning the competition soon especially UCL coz this is the hardest competition where best of the best team is competing to get the most prestigious trophy. I'm expecting the same outcome as last season, but no more. Arsenal failed in the Europa League last season with almost the same squad. How is it possible to win the UCL, where so many great clubs compete to be the best?

On the other hand, I think it is quite difficult if you have to put Arsenal into the final round and the remaining strong teams have very little chance. This has very small chances. Bayern has good WR against Arsenal, and this is my point to call Bayern more favorable to win the game compared to Arsenal right now. I remind you that Bayern humiliated Arsenal the last time, and that momentum will happen again soon.
I have no reason to pick Arsenal in this match. Bayern is likely to be able to kick Arsenal out of UCL soon. I'm sure the fans will be once again blaming Arteta once it happens.
Arsenal is able to pass Bayern and go to the semi-final.

I personally can't put City as favorites to win back 2 back UCL as this is something that rarely happens in this competition. City has a great team but also fights for EPL title which might be an important factor in UCL and Real Madrid is the best team that knows how to speculate games like this and won't be surprised to see Real qualifying further but on the same time I can't see them winning the trophy either.

I will stick with my theory that whoever eliminated Porto in the last years , ended up winning UCL so this year , Arsenal should be one.  Cool
Arsenal does have a chance of becoming champions and Manchester City is also the same, but you should know that these two Premier League representatives have quite strong opponents in the quarter-finals where Arsenal will face Bayern Munich and Manchester City will face Real Madrid. If the two representatives from the Premier League manage to beat their opponents in the quarter-finals, that's when we believe that they are very ready to win the UCL trophy. But don't underestimate Bayern Munich because they have also been very consistent in the Champions League this season where they have a great coach and their players are also very high quality. But for me of course I am still quite confident that Manchester City will be successful in gaining success this season because as long as Pep Guardiola is there I think they have a greater mentality in achieving their targets.

Apart from that, PSG cannot be underestimated, they managed to advance with their best performance by eliminating their opponents. Psg will face Barcelona and in this match we will see Luis Enrique face his former team where he coached Barcelona in the 2014 to 2017 season. For this reason, this match may be quite interesting because whoever makes it to the semifinals will of course have ambition to become champion. Psg is indeed targeting the champions league trophy and I hope they can succeed in doing it.

Teams like Real Madrid, Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germaine I think possess stronger quality players that'll help them win the UEFA Champions League title ahead of Arsenal. Again Arsenal are in strong contention to win the English Premier League title this season which I think will make their players to suffer fatigue as the season gets to the final weeks

But Real Madrid has added Bellingham to the team who knows if he can make a difference knowing that Bellingham and Erling Haaland were very influential when they were at Dortmund and they will meet in the UCL which will definitely be quite a fierce battle for both of them. Surprises can still happen because even though Benzema is not in the team, Real Madrid still performs well in La Liga, whereas last season when Benzema was still there, Real Madrid did not win the league title or the UCL.

Real Madrid and Manchester City will meet each other already on the quarter-final of the Champions League competition Undecided. It is actually a little sad for me. I really wanted these two to actually meet each other later in the competition. But it is what it is. Now we will have seen crazy things happen previously between Real Madrid and Manchester City in the Champions League competition.

The thing is on paper to me it looks like Manchester City has the upper hand. But at the same time, we have seen Real Madrid bring in crazy performances in the Champions League, even against Manchester City. So I think anything goes in this class. And remember this is going to be played over two legs. So both of the teams are going to have genuine chances. But I still think Manchester City should be better ready for the competition.
I thought I would see these two teams meet in the final but in fact they had to meet earlier, I probably saw a lot where the strengths of these two teams don't seem to be much different, they both have the same strength, I don't mean to underestimate Madrid but Manchester City is probably much better. OK, but that doesn't mean Madrid can't overcome Manchester City at home in the first leg. Madrid must be able to win the match in the first leg if they want to progress to the next round.

But I know that it might be difficult for Madrid to beat Mancester City, Ancelotti might learn from last season's defeat, especially now that Madrid has several talented young players who can fill the void and can show their best game to the maximum in order to win. beating Manchester City in the first leg, Guardiola certainly doesn't want to underestimate Madrid, of course he will direct his team to play carefully at Madrid's home ground where maybe they can play better than usual. But if I was asked to choose between the two, I would definitely choose Manchester City which will win this match or the result will be a draw in the first leg.
You sound very sure, and have must trust on City winning Real Madrid, which I don't think it will be easy for City to win Madrid. I cannot tell who qualify to the next round, but you should also consider that Real Madrid does not have home or away in UCL. They can win anywhere, so you saying they must make sure they win at home is somehow.

The two teams are very strong, and because City won last season does not mean that they have higher advantage over Real Madrid. You should also consider the change in players in Real Madrid squad, and I think that it is on that match day that we would know who is stronger. City was unable to win Liverpool, and they were praying for a draw in that match. Like you have forgotten that City is not as strong as last season.

Well, Manchester City might not be as strong of a squad as last season, but they are still very strong. I think I should clarify that this was just my personal opinion. On paper, both of the teams have the capability of beating each other.

I would like to point out one thing that you said,
snip
If we look at the level of consistency and performance during this season, I actually think that Man City will be superior to Real Madrid. It's just that Real Madrid is a giant club and is also the club that has won the most titles in the Champions League. So they have far superior experience in facing every strong team in the Champions League. And Real Madrid is currently stronger than last season. Because the evidence is that currently Real Madrid can be said to be quite safe at the top of the Laliga standings. And Real Madrid looks like it will lift the Laliga trophy this season. So it can be said that Real Madrid's performance can really make Man City difficult. Although I still think Man City will be the favorite. But if I think longer, Real Madrid could actually surprise us by beating Man City. Because Real Madrid has a strong ambition to take revenge against Man City on the field, especially in the UCL.

I think if we keep thinking that just because Real Madrid has been able to perform really well in the Champions League, they are going to do it again, it is going to be wrong. We have to think about how the team is performing right now. And right now both Real Madrid and Manchester City are performing really well. Even though I said that Manchester City is the stronger one, that is simply my opinion. I think the team which plays better on the given day is going to be the winner. And any prediction can be wrong.

I also agree that Man City will win this match. I agree that Real Madrid is a strong team, but compared to their current strength, they will be a strong team in the domestic tournament. As for the Champions League, they are just one of the championship candidates for this season.

Yes, it seems like this is the match that fans and bettors have been waiting for and if you choose City to bet on in the match, it is because you are of the opinion that City will win this match because in your opinion City is a team that has strong defensive strength. sturdy. So strong that several times in the match City only conceded a few goals, as said yes, what is clear is that this will have a big impact on the match, maybe many will choose City over Madrid.
In fact, for matches like this, I tend not to make any bets because sometimes the odds that are owned can actually be tricky because with matches that are sometimes difficult for us to guess, it makes the assessment in betting less objective.
I personally prefer to skip matches like this and prefer to switch to matches that are still possible to do and get benefits rather than making bets in matches that cannot be too guessed like this.

Although this does offer quite attractive odds in the end, it can still make us lose what is at stake so I sometimes don't want to be in such a situation and prefer a condition that is certain.
The odds of this match are still quite interesting actually but then again it could be a trap because indeed all possibilities in a big match like this are still very possible to happen.

It's hard to say a team that won Champions League and two other titles last season, still are in good positions to win Premier League this season, are weak in Champions League quarter final round now.

Facing Real Madrid in Champions League is not a strange and new experience with Manchester City. They actually played against Real Madrid many times, and in the past, they lost before winning last season to go straightly to the title.

This season, they will meet each other on their ways to the final match again. I see both teams are strong and it's hard to pick what team are stronger. Small details in their two quarter final matches can make difference on what team will be the winner eventually.

I know a lot of people think Manchester City are the favorites instead of Real Madrid. Actually, I think so too, but at this level, the result is open to all kinds of outcomes. Manchester City won this draw last year. But the year before that, Real Madrid won. In both draws Manchester City were the favorites but we saw different results. This match could also have an unexpected result.

As for the Champions League, they are just one of the championship candidates for this season. Coach Ancelotti is very experienced, but his students are still rookies who need more time to hone and perfect. I am still confident in asserting that Man City has the highest chance of winning the Champions League this season with 32%.

do you remember that Real Madrid could also score more in the first leg and maintain the aggregate score in the second leg like several seasons ago?
well, from the history of the meeting it can be taken into consideration to see the team's chances of qualifying for the next round and I don't doubt the performance of Guardiola team, but I also believe that Ancelotti is one of the smart coaches who can beat his strongest opponent.
you said that Ancelotti is a very experienced coach and that is the fact, even though the Madrid players do not all have experience in the UCL, with his experience the coach can bring Real Madrid through to the semi finals and believe me, Ancelotti also knows the weaknesses of Guardiola strategy and can exploit the weaknesses to beat Man City.
IMO, the chances of these two teams are 50:50.
