Firing the coach is always the first solution the team leadership targets when the club does not have good results to appease public opinion. 3 years is not a short time but not long enough to rebuild and build a strong club again. We can see that it took Jugen Klopp nearly a decade to rebuild Liverpool and help them regain their old glory.
Maybe the team's leadership does not have enough patience with Xavi, and the football philosophy he will build for Barca in the near future is not popular with them or the fans. To be fair, the mark Xavi left behind is not really clear, but he does not deserve to be treated like that by his students and the board of directors.
Losing 1-0 to Porto in the first leg was really unfortunate for Arsenal as they played quite overwhelmingly but did not score a goal. Playing Manchester City to win against Copenhagen will be a small odd, but if you want to increase Manchester City's odds against Copenhagen, you can play Manchester City to win and over 3.5 goals or Manchester City to win Copenhagen in the first half. 

Big teams that play at home during the second leg of the Champions League do have a greater chance of scoring more goals. But big teams who won by a few goals in the first leg also don't need to score more goals if they are able to secure themselves to qualify for the next round of the Champions League. Because there are still many rounds that the big teams have to go through with bigger challenges in the next round, so any team must also be able to protect their key players so that they don't get injured early.

City was always producing a lot of goals against mediocre club when it was playing at home. Even the game against united as tougher game compared to the copenhagen will be winning by city soon.I don't see copenhagen as an obstacle for manchester city.
The result is very clear if manchester city will be winning the game. I would prefer to take city as my bet instead of total over which is also possible for that will not happen. The fact, we have more guaranteed for city to win the second leg and it's playing at home.
I do aware how crazy manchester city it was playing at etihad stadium. City's home was always becoming the scary place for its opponent to win against it.


Over 2.5 looks good but there is still quite challenging to pick this. Over 2.75 is still possible to happen. Arsenal were lucky to have conceded only one goal in that game, and hopefully coming to the second leg game they will be able to beat their opponent team FC Port having seen their performance got improved lately, though that the Portugal team side is really a tough opponent side to face, but I kind of think they will come to England to likely lock horns with gunners because that will be the perfect thing to do in this game coming to England on the second leg contest. Furthermore, Arsenal have got good home record this season and it will be an interesting match for the gunners because they are good at scoring goals.

Now after losing first leg match at Porto things are looking much better, and we have again Arsenal at their best in game against Newcastle United where their attackers done good job and able to score 4 goals now they are going to have few games before second leg match at Emirates Stadium and in these games they can use their new strategy which will help them against Porto, and also they will be able to have better result after this defeat which bring them down, but surely things can take good turn for them.

Now we have to check how things will be work for the Porto because if they will come with their defensive approach surely this could be not ideal after winning first leg game at home they surely also have to be aggressive which will surely help them and also bring Arsenal under pressure which needs to win this game at all cost.

In fact, what Xavi did made Barcelona improve because without financial support it was actually much more difficult to build a stronger team. Relying on B team academy players is not a solution but Xavi has no choice and he even managed to bring Barcelona the title last season.

Now after losing first game against Lazio mostly are feeling they will be able to fight back but still this could be not easy for them because now Lazio will be on advantage and try their best for having another good result and chance for the next round, but Bayern Munich is surely not easy challenge for any team with still few good players are able to handle this all.

I think most people on social media exaggerated the result and even though Napoli won convincingly, their opponent was also a weak team. Of course, Napoli must get rid of Barcelona first in the second leg and remember that the aggregate is still a draw for both of them, but the other challenges for Napoli will not stop there because this time it is their turn to visit Barcelona's headquarters. Now both teams have about 2 weeks left before deciding their final fate and we know that both teams will maintain their current performance in order to compete optimally and avoid undesirable results.

It was only the Copenhagen and Manchester City match that played over 2.5 goals in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 first leg. Barcelona has many problems that are going to hurt them for years to come and sacking Xavi could be more counterintuitive for the team. It could personally be a good thing for Xavi Hernandez as he could venture to new places with better control for the team he forms.

Three seasons ago, when Xavi came to Barcelona as their temporary solution, they did not expect him to help them winning La Liga but he did it with them last season. After success in past season, they expect to win Champions League this season and honestly it is not fair for Xavi.

Barcelona play worse than the last season and nearly fail against Real Madrid in La Liga this season but with many young players, many injuries, Xavi did not have best squad for Barcelona to perform best. In addition, young players need time to grow and to strengthen their mentality to deal with pressure. It is easy to sack Xavi but it will not guarantee that a new coach will help them to gain better success. We saw what happened with Barcelona after Enrique, they struggled some seasons before Xavi came and helped them to achieve La Liga title.

Don't point blaming fingers to Xavi Hernandez, instead follow up the team's board and president that have failed the club, really one of the huge mistakes made by them. Barcelona have been suffering crucial challenges right from time. There's specially no other means of resolving their problems of hefty debts place on the burdens of the team. I'm quite aware of the financial crisis in the club and I must say, it's huge embarrassing to see an elite team like Barcelona not able to sign the prominent players on their Rader, rather they keep making forceful moves that sometime are spotted by FIFA and brings another punishment for them.

I also expected Arsenal to win the first Leg but I was also not sure if Arsenal was going to win the match because of the past record Arsenal had against Porto in Portugal. FC Porto defeated Arsenal in their last two home match, while Arsenal also defeated them in their last home match as well, as a result, I regard the match as a match that both team have equal opportunity to qualify.
Arsenal performance in the first leg was not bad, they did well from the begin but relaxed at the end and conceded a goal at the end. It was a good game as Arsenal did not lose with plenty goals, the second led will determine the successor.

Defending their goal will be a bit hard for them because you can see how many goals Arsenal have scored this year, the Arsenal’s front line is active, all the players are willing to score goals and some Arsenal injured players are back and fully fit; I am expecting Arsenal to win the match because Arsenal defeated FC Porto 5-0 the last time they visited Emirate stadium.

Bayern Munich stats this current season dropped. They even starts flopping in compulsory games, and this have started to grown doubts in the minds of their supporters but if we check on the players, Bayern Munich players are pretty in shape, then what exactly is bringing decline in matches? There's a whole lot the Bavarians are going through this season. Old age is not the current issue of Bayern Munich. They have what it takes to continue displaying stellar performance in matches but due to fatigues and incompetent actions from the handles of Thomas Tuchel, he have to settled for all the challenges.

I wouldn't be that quick here and say that Arsenal should win that game. The odds will be favoring Arsenal for sure and there is good reason why that is. Arsenal has a huge incentive to win that game obviously because it is their only chance to still qualify for the next round in the Champions League, yet they have made their experience with teams from Portugal in recent times in UEFA competitions.

Porto is difficult to play against and the late goal they scored was a surprise for everyone, yet it is part of their qualities that they can score a goal from a distance and they are all brilliant football players. It will come down to Porto waiting for their chances in the second leg, but  still Arsenal will play a high pressure game and there will be lots of ball possession for them. Efficiency will be at the center of their approach. If they can take advantage of their superiority, I think they will make it to the next round. But I would not count on Porto not scoring a goal as that can happen all the time.

The club under performing has nothing to do with age and how old these players are doing, I do think some of these old players are not in good terms with Thomas Tuchel and it has affected themselves off and on the field of play. I believe players who are currently or who made moves for him to leave the club are nothing else from older players who's had a good relationship and background.

No Robert Lewandoski is no excuse though, they now have the perfect replacement for the Polish international captain. Harry Kane has anyways done good numbers for Bayern Munich and they jave not regretted a single day signing him. He's currently having Twenty three if not four Bundesliga League goals and it's good as much as they can create these chances for him.

Davies, Kimmich and Tels all have been linked with a move to leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season.

FC Porto is a big team in the Portuguese league, just like Arsenal is in the Premier League. The match is supposed to be a very high-spirited match in the first place, but because people regard the Premier League to hub the best teams in Europe rather than the Portuguese league, they can't help but conclude that Arsenal will win this game over FC Porto. FC Porto stunned everyone by securing a last-minute victory over Arsenal at their home. It was a shocking defeat for Arsenal.

I'm also looking forward to the second match of this game, which will be intense for both teams. Arsenal will want to equalise the one goal and add more to secure qualification to the next round, and they will approach the game with full confidence because they will be playing at home. While FC Porto will try to defend their one goal and, if possible, add more goals to defend until the end. At first, I will see Arsenal as the best team to win, but after what FC Porto did in their first leg match, I will put them both on equal footing and allow them to decide who will advance to the next round.
