Why haven't M.United fired Erik ten Hag yet? Is there no other manager? I don't understand the purpose of the M.United management.

I definitely don't think they can win against Bayern and Galatasaray.
Let alone talking about Erik Ten Hag's dismissal, I haven't heard any rumors until now. Their 3rd Champions League defeat should have made the management open their voices about Erik Ten Hag's future at the club, but as we can see they have been silent until now. I don't know what relationship they have with Erik Ten Hag and it's possible they have more than what's written in the cons. Or it could be that they are moving in silence, by which I mean they are starting to approach other coaches but in a quiet way.
This is very likely to happen, considering that management does not want to get pressure from fans if their plans are known in advance. On the other hand, maybe Ten Hag has a special agreement with United regarding his dismissal, this can only be done when Ten Hag loses by a predetermined amount. Everything makes sense, including if the Red Devils management fires Ten Hag in the middle of the season, then they will have to pay a certain amount of compensation. So maybe these considerations made the management and club officials reluctant to end the employment contract with Ten Hag.

What is most unfortunate is when Ten Hag does not change his approach with players, which makes the club only pay their salaries without being able to get a contribution like in the case of Sancho. For me, that is detrimental to the club, because after all, an attitude like that has absolutely no benefits for the team.

Sir Alex Ferguson would also frown upon players who fail to meet up with his standards. Erik Ten Hag is stubborn and so is Jadon Sancho who has refused to apologize to the coach of Manchester United. Since he is in charge, he had to show he's Boss and in charge.
The players have to adapt, during the last days of Wayne Rooney, he complained about how Manchester United players do not take the game seriously after a defeat. They go back partying and dancing which ain't right.

Erik Ten Hag would stay as the coach of Manchester United, he won't be dismissed. Even if Erik Ten Hag fails and lose too much game, the results from last season are enough to be his spine and backing.

You can already forget about Manchester United. They simply have neither the chance nor the desire to play. I'm not even talking about becoming winners.
they simply gave up. The whole club is to blame. Hug is guilty of his negligence and the players are guilty of not wanting to be a team.
With such success as Manchester United, this is a collapse.
I also agree that all elements at Manchester United are to blame, because they were unable to make a comeback this season in a better way. But I also see that all the players who are as strong as Manchester United are still willing to try to be better even though they have still failed in most of the matches they have played this season. And currently there is very little chance of Manchester United qualifying for the next round because the obstacle is a stronger team like Bayern Munich apart from Galatasaray.

Maybe Bayern Munich have won all of their games in Group A until now. But in fact their performance has been quite inconsistent so far. For example Galatasaray could have got points in both of the games they played against them. Because they were really good at putting pressure on Bayern Munich players in both games.

However they were really bad at finishing the goal chances decently which led them to lose both of them. Thomas Muller also made a similar statement on this topic after the latest game between them.

Bayern Munich need to improve their game more if they want to be competitive for the Champions League title.

To be more exact here, Bayern Munich could have lost points in three games actually. The game against Manchester United ended 4-3 and Manchester United was pretty good on that day. Then the game against Copenhagen could have ended in a draw with big chances for Copenhagen in the last minutes and then the game away against Galatasaray, which Bayern Munich won luckily. There is no other explanation but Bayern being lucky because Galatasaray wasn't able to score those goals in the first half and in the beginning of the second half. It looks bette then it is for Bayern Munich.

These are the six teams that have been confirmed to qualify for the round of 16 and their journey will definitely be easier in the remaining group stage matches. Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Inter, Leipzig and Manchester City are regular teams in the top 16 and perhaps seeing Real Sociedad's struggle so far in qualifying with this strong team is certainly a good record for them after being absent from this competition for so long. Real Sociedad managed to eliminate Salzburg and Benfica from Group D competition and they succeeded in placing themselves at the top with the same points as Inter. Real Sociedad's performance in the domestic league and champions league is equally good and they deserve this result.
Real Madrid and Manchester City are my favorite team, I've full confidence in these teams mentioned, they have a brilliant squad and competent coach to lead them to path od glory. These are not only the teams, there are more teams that are fighting really hard to qualify. They're up and ready to kickoff in UCL round of 16. They sacrifice enough work to make this work, consistency in outstanding performance and they're heading into a qualified phase. These teams are competitive and strong on the standings in UEFA Champions League.
Real Madrid and Man City are indeed the teams whose strength is most taken into account. Especially Man City. But for this season I have different hopes. Even though I'm not a Bayern fan. But I want Bayern to win the title this season. I want to see Harry Kane finally lift the trophy in Europe's highest competition with Bayern. He is a talented player and has many achievements but he has been at Tottenham for too long. And I think it's time for this player to achieve the highest achievements in his life with the current club.

But even though I have such hopes, I am quite pessimistic. Because it is very likely that Man City will remain the favorite. In fact, currently Inter Milan are also in their best condition in Serie A. In fact, they are much stronger than last season. Real Madrid has also experienced improvement this season. So everything will become more difficult. But I'm quite surprised that Benfica can't shine like last season.

Manchester United cannot be expected at all, they continuously receive unsatisfactory results, both in the Premier League and in the Champions League. They even have to lose to teams that are considered the weakest in the group they are in.
Erik Ten Hag did lead them to the Champions League last season, but it is certainly not enough, as they still have to show something promising this season. While this season they appear far from what is expected.
Now there will be more pressure from their fans to immediately end cooperation with their current coach, considering what he showed did not provide a hope.

These are teams who have qualified, topping their groups,I am kind of surprised at Liepzig because I didn't expect them to qualify that easy.By next game,we will see the team that will follow them, and I think one of those teams are Dortmund and Arsenal who are currently leading their group with 9 points.I really don't know the team that will win this Champions league trophy because most teams are really inform and are aiming for that tittle as well, teams like City,Bayern,Dortmund,Inter and even Arsenal, they are strong contenders for the champions league tittle.I really don't see City being able to defend this tittle because there are teams who seems stronger than City now.
I think the most surprising team on this list is Real Sociedad after all. Leipzig came out of the group last year and immediately fell to Manchester City, where they finished right behind them. But Real Sociedad is not a frequent guest not only in the 1/8 finals, but also in the group stage of the Champions League. The last match with Benfica Real Sociedad played perfect. Almost everything was decided in the first half, scoring 3 goals and could score more, but did not realize the penalty. Real Sociedad will be interesting to watch in the 1/8 finals.

Yes, Ten Hag is not only guilty of Manchester United's failure but also their players don't really have the abilities that Ten Hag wants to use the strategies and tactics that Ten Hag has given. It seems that Manchester United is not yet fully ready to play in the UCL so they still seem to be need time to learn again so that in the next season when they play in the UCL, they can perform better than this season.

There is no hope of being successful in the UCL, Manchester United should be able to focus more now on the EPL because of course they can start by slowly improving what is lacking in order to complete the style of play that Ten Hag wants, even so Ten Hag is also responsible for Manchester's failure United and he has to fix it or he chooses to resign or be fired.
Firing or resigning will not solve Manchester United's problems.
They need colossal changes, both inside and outside the club.
I mean they need to be more united in their approach to the game. Well, of course, we need to somehow loosen up the players themselves. So to speak, give them a new rhythm of the game. And for this you need to make a couple of luxurious transfers.

I'm also really surprised at the patience of the Mu leadership. Ten Hag has clearly shown his coaching weaknesses, and not only that, he seems quite stubborn and reluctant to admit his mistakes, often putting the blame on the players. It would be a waste of money and time if they continue to let Ten Hag lead. A quick overhaul is needed.
Manchester United has a mountain to climb because their last two matches in the Uefa Champions League are not an easy one for them to play. For me, I do not see Manchester United going to Turkey to beat Galatasaray at home because Manchester United could not beat them at Old Trafford, and Galatasaray will have no fear when playing Manchester United at home because they once beat Man U at home.
There's still a chance Galatasaray might stumble against Mu, but considering Mu's current form and situation, I think the likelihood of that happening is quite low. The battle for the second spot in this group is intense between Galatasaray and Copenhagen, so this presents a good opportunity for Galatasaray to secure the second position, especially with Copenhagen facing Munich.

Everyone involved in the club is not working optimally, I still remember Pep comments after the Manchester derby in Week 10 yesterday, if United wants to be better then they have to have the same vision. Club officials-managers-staff-players must work together and align perceptions, so that achieving goals will be easier, currently the people involved in United don't seem to trust each other. Even though some fans are still optimistic about Ten Hag performance, this does not rule out the fact that some of them are clearly disappointed. Moreover, if their favorite club fails to qualify for the round of 16, it is truly an unimaginable situation.

At least I can still hope that 2 Premier League teams can qualify for the round of 16 instead of just Manchester City. Arsenal and Manchester City are the two best teams from the Premier League who have the opportunity to progress higher in the Champions League this season. Arsenal are not guaranteed to qualify, but they have a big chance of doing so even though the gap between PSV and Lens is only 4 points. It is hard to believe that Arsenal lose the next two matches while Lens and PSG win the next two matches, but one of Lens and PSV will qualify for round of 16.

Barcelona, who represents La Liga, also has a big chance of qualifying if they can win one match from the next two matches. The defeat against Shakhtar was a bit worrying because Barcelona's performance did not match predictions, but they have a better chance than Shakhtar to qualify for the last 16 this season. Apart from Real Madrid and Real Sociedad, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid also have the opportunity to qualify for the round of 16. They'll just have to fight harder to win their next two games, but that's convincing.

Man United has become the weakest team in Group A, and it's a real mess. With matches left against Bayern and Galatasaray, to secure their spot in the next round in UCL alongside Bayern, Man United needs to win against Galatasaray and avoid losing to Bayern. I couldn't help but notice that in yesterday's game, Man United didn't seem to perform any better than Copenhagen. I had a hunch when Rashford got a red card... disaster was looming in the second half.

Being 2-0 up should have made Man United more cautious, as the game was not entirely controlled by Ten Hag's squad. Bruno Fernandes seemed to play fairly well, staying composed even with just 10 players on the field. Maguire's performance was just average, but he was also the reason for the penalty against Man United. I was really happy with both of their performances, even though they weren't MOTM in this match...  their play had a significant impact on several goals that happened.
You can already forget about Manchester United. They simply have neither the chance nor the desire to play. I'm not even talking about becoming winners.

As been expected Real Madrid, Manchester City and Bayern Munich can easily qualified for the next round.

But I think Real Madrid, Inter, Real Sociedad, and Lepizig will not going nowhere since Real Madrid totally depend on Bellingham, Inter only win with small margin, Real Sociedad and Leipzig, we all know they're just strong, but not that strong when they match against tough club.

I definitely don't think they can win against Bayern and Galatasaray.
The current situation is that many expect Ten Hag to be fired after Manchester United's performance has been erratic to date but sacking Ten Hag is not possible now.
Indeed, many fans are demanding at this time but Ten Hag will also not waver, especially now that he has the full support of Manchester United management because they are still confident in Ten Hag's coaching.
On the other hand, firing is also not a good option because in the end there are several possibilities that occur if you bring in a new coach or use an interim coach so firing a coach with compensation and replacing with a new coach is considered to be much more risky.

But indeed I have the view that if mid-season Manchester United is still like this then it is likely that the beliefs of the officials from Manchester United will change.
