Yes I am with you here. I saw the game Galatasaray-Bayern Munich and if they repeat that game exactly like that a dozen of times, Galatasaray wins it 80% of the time I think. They had far superior chances and dominated the game really for 70 minutes, it was crazy to watch. But they defeated themselves because if you don't turn those opportunities into goals, it is almost inevitable to lose the game against Bayern Munich eventually. They could have had a lead of maybe 2-0 or on a lucky day 3-0. I think if they scored the first goal, Bayern Munich might have collapsed in that game.
Group A stats, Bayern Munich ranked first, Galatasaray sitting second, while Manchester United 4th and Copenhagen sits bottom with just a point. Galatasaray losing 3-1 at the Türk Telekom Stadı was pure humiliation, given their best performance but having unexpected results was not the plan. The Bavarians came prepared and deserved good points after netting three goals against the home team. Galatasaray failed to convert most of their chances to goals, they maintain constant pressure but netting goals against their visitors, was denied.
