It cannot be said that Real Madrid is performing very well at the moment, so Liverpool can win the Champions League match against Real Madrid as Liverpool are currently in the best form. The result of the match will either go in favor of Real Madrid or it will go in favor of Liverpool but I don't think the result of this match will be a draw. When a strong team performs poorly on a regular basis and their position drops to the bottom of the points table due to poor performance, they can do anything to get back into the good position. Looking forward to a great comeback from Real Madrid. Of course, we will expect Real Madrid to make a strong return to the Champions League with the match against Liverpool and we are looking forward to that.

It would be very surprising that Real Madrid doesn't qualify to the next stage of the competition therefore I can't write them off that they're not going to qualify. Liverpool has been impressive this season both in the premier and champions league. They're looking as a team that has the potential to win one of the league or they can win both too as they haven't shown any weakness and are just winning in the simplest way possible. They're not scoring too much but making sure they get the job down to get all three points. Liverpool next game is going to be against Real Madrid and both teams are tough teams in the champions league, if Liverpool doesn't win, they draw.

Winning all the remaining matches in the current stage would be the best and that could see them qualify for the next stage without having to go through the Play-offs. But if Real Madrid continues to fail to collect full points then Real Madrid will indeed encounter problems. Because competing in the play-off round will only add to their busy match schedule. And that will only make Real Madrid not optimal in Laliga.

I really hope this team recovers soon. And I think Real Madrid will indeed come back and win almost all the remaining matches in the UCL. And I think now Ancelotti has also found the best formation for Real Madrid again. because the 4-3-3 formation always seems to succeed in making Real Madrid win. Like yesterday's match against Osasuna in Laliga and the match against Dortmund last month in UCL.

Although Brest is in a much better position than Real Madrid in the Champions League standings this season, I would not say that Real Madrid is much worse than Brest. Because in the Champions League Real Madrid must still be considered a tough opponent because as long as there is still a chance to achieve better results, Real Madrid will always try to achieve it in the Champions League. Moreover, you yourself know that the pressure in the Champions League is much heavier than other leagues and teams other than Madrid also know that.

IMO, I would think more realistically as @Luzin said.
If Madrid will end up in the play-off round, it is already the coach's plan to give the weaker team a chance to compete strongly and lose energy and run out of ways or strategies. While Ancelotti will be more relaxed in the play-off round to slowly catch up with other teams.
Indeed, the journey becomes longer but I believe what Ancelotti planned is the best way.

And I also agree with @Docnaster if Madrid has the opportunity to get a few more points from the remaining matches. But the problem is that in the remaining matches Madrid has a schedule of 3 away matches and 1 home match. So there are still some surprises that we cannot predict the results.

As I said, I see a potentially much bigger problem in the play-offs. If they finish somewhere between 9th and 24th, the chance that they are going to meet another top team like Bayern is very real. If they want to avoid a blackout, the best shot they have is to win all remaining Champions League games in the first round now. Nobody wants to play two extra games during a stressful season and in a worst case scenario be up against Manchester City or Bayern or Arsenal or AC Milan.

Don't you think Real Madrid have all it takes to avoid participating in the playoffs before reaching the knockout stages of the competition? As the most experienced team in the competition, I still have a strong feeling that Real Madrid will reach the knockout stages directly from the group stages and that I think will be possible if they can win at least three of their remaining four games in the UEFA Champions League this season.

The pressure of the Champions League is very different from the league, although Real Madrid found victory very convincingly, but I am worried about them in the Champions League, because Brest is quite solid in the Champions League, they seem to have found a good mentality compared to PSG in the Champions League, I think it is difficult for Madrid to beat them, especially since Madrid has currently lost several players due to injury, there is a possibility that this season they will not enter the next selection because overall Real Madrid has declined.

I just imagine that they can only get an easy win against Salzburg because this team is not good enough and it seems that Madrid will win easily, but the other 3 matches are very difficult to imagine, Atalanta is quite good with their coach, so is Liverpool and also Brest who are quite good in the Champions League at the moment, I personally doubt that Real Madrid will qualify for the next round.

This new format forces them to face more strong teams compared to the old format. Usually in the old format, we will see them face 3 teams from which we can measure the strength of each team. While here we see them face 8 different teams, also in which there are 8 different strengths. In addition, they also have to compete directly with 35 other teams in the same standings, different from before which only competed with 3 teams. Maybe we also realize that there are more big matches in the Champions League this season with the new format, so a team must work even harder to ensure they can qualify for the next round.

Brest is one team you should never underestimate because they can surprise anyone who look down on them. Although they can be regarded as a small team when compared to Real Madrid and in the champions league where they have little to no experience to play a side that have won the competition back to back. Real Madrid jut had a four zero win this weekend and that could serve as a starting point for them to get back into winnings. So, I am hoping that they will have to win Salzburg and Brest and any of Liverpool and Atalanta, this will make them qualify for the next round in the champions league.  

Injuries have been a big enemy to Real Madrid since the beginning of this season till date. On their last match yesterday against Osasuna, we saw how more players joined the train of injury. This has been their big challenge leading to their inconsistent performance in the past matches, but with the look of how Madrid players was able to win their match yesterday, it shows that they should not be underestimated in this league despite the ugly situation they're going through. They might scale through to the round of 16.

Actually, this new format made me a little confused at first, the draw against the team is quite advantageous because there will be many teams that have the opportunity to enter the knockout phase. It seems that the luck of the draw also affects each team.
Real Madrid is an experienced team, I think the chances of qualifying are still very big. But their steps seem to be longer, maybe because they will go through the Play Off. The competition between Liverpool and Barcelona continues to be in the public spotlight because Barcelona is playing well and so is Liverpool, but in my opinion we cannot forget that Sporting CP is also a tough rival for Liverpool because of course from the standings Sporting CP is the closest to Liverpool and up to Currently Sporting Cp have never lost in the UCL this season and of course this is a very tight competition between Liverpool and Sporting Cp. and what is certain is that currently Sporting CP is better in terms of points when compared to Barcelona. But what is clear is that currently the competition between the 8 teams who are currently in the top 8 of the temporary standings will certainly be fiercely competitive.

Yes, with this new format, of course I think it's more exciting and of course all clubs have to adapt to this new format, but in my opinion, in this new format, a strong team is still a strong team and what makes it difficult for big teams to get to the top is because of their performance. which is not good because if the performance is good then there will definitely be nothing difficult for any team with this new format.

but this season it is very surprising because the favorite team will win and be in a good standings ranking such as being in the top 5, but in reality now many changes have occurred where many people's favorite team will have a good standings ranking it's even less good. One example is Real Madrid, but of course the main cause in my opinion is their declining performance. But of course there are still lots of matches and of course we'll see what surprises will happen in the UCL this season.

As far as this season is concerned, Liverpool is currently the best performing team in Europe so playing against them will definitely be a difficult game for a Real Madrid side who have been struggling to get good results in big games. But if Real Madrid can avoid defeat against Liverpool, then I think they'll be capable of getting a good result against Atalanta while winning their games against Salzburg and Brest.
As the most successful club in the history of the competition and with a manager that's the most successful in the competition as well, I'm still very hopeful that Real Madrid will survive the group stages of the UEFA Champions League

Real Madrid will most likely be alright eventually, but I think there is a chance that they will lose the next two Champions League games against Liverpool and Atalanta. Both games will be hard to win and if they only get 1 or 2 points from these games, I think it is possible that they will have to go through the play-offs and that could become quite problematic as they are not the only top team who may be forced to go for an extra qualification round. So many big names that there is a strong incentive to get into the top 8.

Liverpool are amongst the best clubs in the European top five big leagues this season,  they'll have to step up against Real Madrid who's having too many players out injured.
Atalanta are also literally buzzing,  writing them off would be some dump decision to make, although Real Madrid won them already during the super cup earlier this season.

Salzburg would be the only club most likely to be some easy game. Brest are also buzzing during the Champions league competition.

Barcelona and Bayern Munich aren't on same level this season, Barcelona is almost more likely to be seen as far ahead in their form and performance their season than they have been before meanwhile for Bayern Munich they have a coach who is still trying to gather some experience around the champions League so their game play and productivity is definitely not going to be on same level and Bayern is doing better in their domestic league but the champions League is such they wouldn't be keeping some sorts of expectations on their season.

This season, Liverpool and Atalanta would impose stern tests on Real Madrid side. At present, both are yet to taste defeat in their last four matches and, as ever, Liverpool appear solid and seemingly very consistent. But perhaps more significantly, also the growth of Atalanta who matured into a much stronger team this season— they really look a threat.Liverpool and Atalanta might pose tough tests on Real Madrid in this season's UEFA Champions League. Both have shown impressive performances and are unbeaten in their last four matches. Liverpool have been very solid and consistent, while Atalanta have also matured and become a stronger team...

The last few matches when facing both teams, both Liverpool and Atalanta. Real Madrid managed to record quite good results, winning five times in a row when facing Liverpool and winning three times in a row when facing Atalanta, the last time defeating Atalanta in the super eufa final. However, this season both teams appear different and even stronger. so it could be that in this ucl match meeting, both liverpool and atalanta make a winning record against real madrid.
