Mbappe was seen as a huge signing for Real Madrid, so we need to consider him as very important key figure on that team and when his team loses 4-0 then he has a role in this as well, he has to do better to not lose like this.

Obviously all 11 were guilty, including the staff as well. But in this case, when a player gets paid as much as he does, maybe he needs to do better as well. Regardless of where the game is been played, I don’t think Bayer Leverkusen’s team of this season based on their performance so far can easily defeat Liverpool. Their performance dropped drastically this season, they hardly win matches and even in the Bundesliga they are not among the title contenders based on their form and performance this season. However I don’t say that Liverpool will also have an easy win, but their chances of winning Bayer Leverkusen is very high because Arne Slot is ready for every team this season, he started very well as Liverpool head coach and his performances so far in all competitions are commendable; therefore, I am betting on Liverpool to win the game, and again playing at Anfield is another added advantage for Liverpool.

As much as I think there is going to be some changes later because we still have like 5 matches round for every team, that should be 15 additional potential points every team can look for to get a better place before the knockout stage but I'm not sure Leverkusen is like that last season team. They don't have much power to repeat what they did last season. They were already tired right from when they loss to Atlanta in Europa final due to multiple reported injuries of players.

Playing at home does have its own advantages where they can be motivated by others or in front of many fans the game will be a little different atmosphere, I know Leverkusen will go to Anfield so we have to be ready when the match is there, however Liverpool is now tough even though Jurgen Klopp left.

I haven't looked at the betting odds market yet, will probably pick Liverpool in this match specific single bet and others will parlay in multiple matches.

You are right because both competitions are different and might produce different results when both team meets. It has happened on many occasions where two teams will meet in their league and one will win but when they meet in external tournament in the same year, the reverse would be the case. Base on recent records, Real Madrid is still better experienced and prepared for champions league than Barcelona and if they happen to meet, I will bet on Madrid to win even though it is looking like Barcelona have a solid team at the moment. Although I will not underestimate Barcelona this season because there are signs that they might be aiming to win the champions league as well as the Spanish La Liga.

I don’t know what Liverpool performance will be like this season in the Champions League, so I’m still finding it difficult to predict how they will perform in this match. I have seen Bayer Leverkusen performance in the Champions League, and they are doing well. Liverpool performance in the Premier League is great; they are doing well, but sometimes a team cannot be good in all competitions they participate in.

Playing at home against AC Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu which is believed to be the fortress Real Madrid, I don't think AC Milan stands any chance of getting a result against the reigning Spanish and European champions. They'll need a miracle to get a win against Real Madrid in that game which is why majority of gamblers are already staking on a straight win for the Spanish giants. Real Madrid might not be able to successfully defend the Spanish La Liga this season, but I think they'll definitely do their best to retain the European Cup which is why I believe they'll always be at their best when playing in Europe this season.
