Moh Salah's consistency continued in the champions league by contributing one goal against Atletico Madrid and the achievement of three points made Liverpool successfully advance to the round of 16 and have the opportunity to become group winners with maximum points.

Perhaps it could be said for Salah in previous seasons that he lacks consistency and stability and does not play all games at the same level but this season he plays fantastically and is unstoppable in all matches.
I think Salah is currently in the category of 3 or 4 best footballers in the world, and with him Liverpool has a very good chance of winning the Champions League again.
Other obvious favorites are Manchester City, Chelsea, Bayern, PSG and Real.
A very uncertain competition awaits us again.

I felt in this match PSG were not like they used to be and as you said they wasted more chances and this is actually very detrimental.
It's a shame that leipzig's first penalty missed because I really wanted to see them win this game

Liverpool are still the most impressive team in this tournament for me. Because their way of playing is really awesome. I really like to watch teams like their game plan is offensive rather than a defensive one. And Liverpool are one of the best teams when it comes to the offense side. This new formation will definitely put many wingers off and it is not funny. Ole wanted to experiment pairing Marcus Rashford with Christiano Ronaldo. But they didn't not play well together, and it is beginning to show that the team is build around Ronaldo.

The Manchester City vs PSG match will be the match that will determine whether PSG will qualify for the next round easily or not. But I think PSG and Manchester City will both qualify for the next round if the next 2 match end in a draw.

I don't think club brugge will win the next two match in the group stage against PSG and RB Leipzig. However, the possibility of PSG qualifying for the next round will be even greater if the away match vs Manchester City end in a victory so that both Manchester City and PSG will certainly qualify for the next round.

Apparently that's it, nothing guarantees winning chances in football but, you e got to try. Let's face it, the money helps. It helps to get the right or best players but then, it could only work if you've got the right coach for the team too. To instill in the players the right mindset of winning and no limitations to the damages they could cause there opponents. Its still not a guarantee though.
If you take a look at PSG yesterday when the played against RB Leipzig, with the squad in PSG even without Messi featuring in yesterday's game, I naturally thought they would be unmatched by any other team but what do we see, a struggling PSG, just like other teams. I guess that's the beauty of football, you can't have it all figured out.

I have to say that there is a good chance that Milan could still go up, it looks quite possible because the second is not there yet. However Milan is focusing on the league right now and UCL is not their priority, they were not good enough anyway so there is really nothing that they could do to win UCL anyway and by the looks of it they are not good enough anyway, so there is no need for them to put too much energy into it. Just focus on serie A for this season and maybe if they win it then with that money they could greatly improve the team and have a better season in UCL next year.
