Dortmund is the best team in this group, they will finish first, Beşiktaş second and Ajax third under normal circumstances. But Beşiktaş have 12 players missing so Ajax will probably win the game. Beşiktaş couldn't even find any players in their usual positions, only goalkeepers are healthy. You will see left back as central defender, left back as left winger, central midfielder as central defender etc. It will be total chaos unfortunately. Ajax is lucky that Beşiktaş don't have Pjanic, Teixeira, Ghezzal, Larin, N'koudou, Vida, Wellinton, Montero, Atiba... This didn't happen to any team in whole football history.

Milan vs Atletico Madrid should be a really tough game for both of these teams. Considering the recent performances, Milan seem as one step ahead of their competitor. But Atletico Madrid are a really tough opponent to beat in this tournament. But they lost their last La Liga game which was against an easy game against Alaves. Because of that, maybe they can have some difficulty in fighting back against Milan. As Milan are in a great shape, I see them being closer to a win with a 1-goal difference.

I could be wrong but I fail to see how Ajax is stronger than Dortmund. These teams are strong and in same level. I think Ajax and Dortmund have better quality than Besiktas. Besiktas will cause troubles to Ajax and Dortmund but I don't believe that they will be able to beat either Ajax or Dortmund in this group.

Ajax and Dortmund will go next but what team will end with the first position, I don't know to be honest.

Why is there Thursday matches in Champions League? Did I miss something? It used to be Tuesday and Wednesday only, we watch Europa League in Thursday. Is it designed specifically for this week?
There are great games this week, I'll watch Ajax and Beşiktaş match Tuesday, PSG and City Wednesday, Juve and Chelsea Thursday. Maybe 3 days for Champions League is better for TV coverage. But the problem is there is no room for Europa League and Conference League then.

In Serie A, Milan was still able to hold Juventus to a draw even they played without Ibrahimovic. I am sure when Milan meets Atletico, they can show a game that makes it difficult for Atletico, playing at home and the results of the last 5 matches in Serie A will improve AC Milan's mentality. However, for Atletico, it is likely to be difficult, especially since they are also under their best performance in La Liga.

Despite these results, and also thinking they could win, I think the Champions League game is always different.

this is what I like about the England club team they are full of surprises and very strong when compared to teams from other leagues. the possibility is very big for Chelsea and MU to win easily

The new match week is going to start with Ajax - Besiktas and Shakhtar - Inter games.

Ajax are highly favoured against Besiktas in their home game. As you can remember easily, Ajax just completely destroyed Sporting in an away game by 5-1. On the other hand Besiktas were beaten by Dortmund by 2-1. I expect Ajax to play very dominant against Besiktas and beat them also. But this time, there might not be a that high goal difference at the end.

Inter are the favourite team in their away game against Shakhtar. Inter are in a very great shape in the Serie A. But they lost to Real Madrid here by 1-0. They would like to beat Shakhtar and get their first win. Shakhtar were beaten by Sheriff by 2-0 in their first group game. I don't think that they have much chance against Inter in this one.

It seems to me that Mbappe is a conflict-free player and the main reason for his transition is that he has already "outgrown" PSG, he needs to move into a serious championship and a great club in order to leave a milestone in history about himself. As for Neymar and Messi, then probably the tension between them will not be so acute because, unlike the situation with the transition to Barcelona, he has already proved everything to everyone and he is unlikely to feel in the shadow of Messi, rather the opposite.
