He is a Barcelona legend now and it is time to contribute to some other teams also. It would be really boring to see Messi at Barcelona until the end of his career in my opinion.

Honestly PSG has one of the best paths to glory. They are facing City early on, and even if they somehow ended up losing (which could happen of course) that means they could still finish second in the group, play as much as they can without having to face City again for a while. I do not remember when it was that same group teams could face, was it quarters or semi? In any case that is still a great situation to not face them in elimination for a while. By that time I am assuming that they will have all the players in the team playing perfectly and fit to play.

Right now, they still lack match sharpness unfortunately, Ramos is still injured, and the goalkeeper situation is still weird, I mean Donnaruma should be starting goalkeeper if you ask me. Long story short PSG facing City again on elimination will be when PSG wants and feels ready, which is a big advantage.

And for 2021 Manchester United will also win it again in 2 legs, I'm very sure of that.
The quality and mentality of these two teams are very different in the Champions League and I would not hesitate to say that Manchester United are far more deserving of the favourite. But being the underdog also doesn't mean Young Boys will let Manchester United win easily because this is the biggest competition among all the teams that take part. If defeat become something certain, then Young Boys only need to try to take advantage of all the moments and opportunities to win.

The most delightful game of the first group games can be Barcelona v Bayern Munich. I would like to see a powerful Barcelona here but I assume that we won't. Bayern Munich are highly the favourite side here and they can get a decent win I think. I believe that Lewandowski will be likely to score against them. Bayern Munich are playing like always as we can see in the Bundesliga. They will be one of the most assertive teams for the Champions League title again. And Barcelona are not a big hindrance for them now.

would argue that 2 goals win is far from destroy, but everyone has their own way to see scores

with Ronaldo, United is positioned to be favorite for CL title, but it will be hard to get it, there is solid competition from City, PSG, current champions Chelsea, Bayern, maybe Liverpool, it seems that Spanish clubs will not be close to title this season, and Calcio clubs are not playing important role for almost a decade

We are finally going to start to the new season of the Champions League in only four days. And the first two matches are like this:

Sevilla vs Salzburg
Young Boys vs Manchester United

In the first match, the favourite team are of course Sevilla. They had a really great season the last time in the La Liga and they have started really well now also. They are a way more powerful team than Salzburg. But Salzburg are a team that shouldn't be underestimated ever. They are really strong on offense.
