Beşiktaş should forget about the derby and focus on the Bodo Glimt match. A win against Bodo Glimt will help Besiktas to shake off the dead soil. Burak Yılmaz needs a win, not only for his own coach career but also for Beşiktaş to come back to life in a depleted team.

Beşiktaş's handicap is that the game will be away from home. I also found it strange, mainly because Beskitas were unlucky in the game against Lugano, they could have won, they have a better defense than Bodø/Glimt who in the last few local league games have conceded goals in every game. I see Besikitas coming out with victory in this game

International breaks bore me a lot as the weekends becomes boring same as the midweek, we have nothing to look forward to , nothing to relax our nerves with and probably go in to some ecstasy of anticipations with so much euphoria coming from our various favourite teams, but then it wouldn't be long after all it's just a weekend.

After this break so much more will be expected of teams and players as it will be assumed they have gotten rest enough to bring back the actions to the pitch and give out the best of performance, they will not be fatigue prone for a while because they must have had some rest enough to take care of their chances of been fatigued in any form.

Most coaches is expected to be using this time to work o their strategies to improve them or better still get a new one which will work better than that which they have been use to before the break. I honestly can't wait for this break to come to an end already as my anticipation are already growing high as regards the quality of performance she should expect after now.

It's not a simple thing to make changes right away, you can't instantly have it like that. I bet that they decided to start looking for who to get next up, and maybe they can get some world known people, as far as I know Bielsa is still free agent for some reason and I have zero clue why nobody hired him so far, I mean he is at Uruguay but that doesn't mean he can't run a club as well, I don't really know. In any case, there are some famous managers who are not with a team yet, hell they could wait and ETH will be fired soon lol.

So if they want to change the manager, if that meeting was regarding the manager then I assume that it can't be right away, let the manager run the club to the ground while the yare looking and talking with some other potential managers and if they can agree on a name and that person agrees, then they can fire the current manager and get that new one. This allows them to have time on their hands to make sure they pick the right person this time.
