Chelsea is doing what any other team might find very deficult to do now. Fielding a starting 11 that's totally different from the one that started thier last league game starting from the keeper to the players and still getting a good result as this with her second team? It's just incredible.
We have to give huge thumbs up to maresca for what he's doing with the boys and how he's managing this young talents. If things goes the part we are currently observing, in the coming years, these players will be at the top of thier game and the Chelsea team will have one of the strongest compilation of players.
Looking at the quality depth in Chelsea's squad, I wasn't surprised that the manager decided to name a starting XI that was completely different from the one that started their 4:2 win against Brighton on this same Stamford Bridge ground and was able to get win against Gent with the same scoreline. This goes a long way to explain how improved Chelsea is at the moment and why they'll continue to improve under the new manager. Yeah you've said it all but I don't think I agree with when you said colwill is one of the problems at that Chelsea defensive line, I watch Chelsea matches weeks in, weeks out. Colwill is the heart of that Chelsea defense right now. My opinion is for maresca to pair both Colwill and Tosin at that central defense and he should stick to the pairing. Sanchez since pre season he has been a big problem, making errors, slowing the build and so many more. When Chelsea played last weekend against bournemouth he was the man behind the 2 goals they conceded and some day he is going to bring the team down. He do makes some incredible saves but he needs to balance his game so the players and coach can have confidence in him.
Maresca is doing a really good work and with this I can see some glimpse that Chelsea will definitely do better than last season because the players have improved and the team As a whole have improved too so I think Chelsea this season will do well.

Palmer has been an important player in Chelsea's victories this season, and I don't think the team would be able to defeat any strong opponent without him. Gent is a poor team from a small league, if Chelsea had used a stronger second squad, they wouldn't have conceded two goals, and Chelsea would have won with a clean sheet. I wish we had 5 Turkish teams in European tournaments this season. But Trabzonspor failed to qualify for league phase because of their really poor performance. I wanted this for country coefficient as I said before. Our league can get more quota to join these tournaments directly. We have only Başakşehir competing in the Conference League and the rest are in the Europa League. I didn't like Başakşehir's game previously so they might also get eliminated like Trabzonspor. 
Well even if they are up to five teams I don't think they can meet up to the standard of what other teams are currently showing and like you said they might just end up being eliminated. Of all the Turkish teams in the European competition, I can only boast of two teams which are the likes of fernabache and Galatasaray who have been doing exceedingly well in terms of their gameplay and performance when it comes to these competition.

Chelsea performance was not encouraging at all because if not for the fight leg that they had a win, I don’t think it will be a nice turn up for them because I already have hope on them that they will win that game yesterday, but when I start seeing the way they are playing, I completely lose hope on them, and they still end up losing the game, but thanks to the victory in the first leg that still makes them lead.
Even though we also want to see Chelsea with a trophy, it seems like they are not ready this season also because their performances are dangling. They will play a good performance and still play a poor performance, so I don’t think they will still do something tangible this season again, but let's still put eyes on them if they will do something tangible.
The inconsistent form of the Chelsea football club could be attributed to the emergence of the new coach who came onboard this season and ever since have been trying to get things right. So far they have been able to get some important wins which places them above teams like Manchester united and Tottenham and only need to improve more and win more games so as to secure a place in European competition next season.Even though we also want to see Chelsea with a trophy, it seems like they are not ready this season also because their performances are dangling. They is one fact about Chelsea, which I can still believe is that even though they have an inconsistent performance, they will do a better performance this season, that make me sure that their performance will be more better than Manchester United and Tottenham. Because if you make some bow on that game that they are presently playing at premier league you will have the hope that they will be able to achieve the trophy in European competition but we can still have a fully assurance on them because anything is capable of happening and we can’t tell so we just still have to put eyes on them.

Başakşehir unfortunately lost 2-1 to Rapid Vienna at home. Başakşehir started the Conference League with a defeat.
Başakşehir started the match well but couldn't continue it.
All the goals in the match were scored within 3-4 minutes. Louis Schaub's first goal was beautiful.
I hope Başakşehir prepares better for their next opponent and wins.

Chelsea is playing very well in the Premier League, they have made many signings and from what I see they are producing good results, with so many players that Chelsea has, the coach can make many rotations so as not to harm the Premier League games that Chelsea will play and from the news that I could read, in the next Conference League game, the Chelsea coach will make rotations. The Chelsea coach will not put Cole Palmer to play, but I would expect the Chelsea coach to field the same players as last game, as if Chelsea had created a specific team for Conference League games and another team just for the Premier League.
