EURO 2021 starts in a few months but qualifying matches for the 2022 World Cup are currently being played so it's easy to get confused and mix it up Grin

Unfortunately, due to Covid, nothing is normal anymore, so the EURO has been postponed for this year and the qualifying matches for the World Cup started before the EURO, which has never happened in history.
If nothing else, at least in just 2 years we will be able to watch the 2 biggest football and sports events in the world Cheesy

Roberto Mancini has managed his work so impressive. He reminds me what Cesare Prandelli did with Azzuri in Euro 2012 but Mancini need an official big tournament to prove his works for the national team.

Euro 2021 (postponed one year from 2020 because of Covid-19) will be a big test for Mancini and Azzuri. I see Mancini is lucky when he took over the national team with not super stars in the squad. I think Mancini is not a good player who can control super stars.

Thriller game in Ukraine - Finland as Ukraine got a red card in the last 2 minutes of the game and then a penalty came right after. I feel bad for them because they dominated the game and had numerous chances to score to make result 2 or 3-0 but a little mistake cost them everything.

I'm surprised how Germany struggled against Romania and this is the game I've watched and let me tell you that Romania had 3 BIG scoring chances and Romania have been saved by the goalkeeper who had amazing interventions to save the ball.

There is no goal post refs in the ongoing Europe qualifiers, watching from different angles the defender was a bit very fast to clear the ball from the goal line and from where the refs were positioned it was impossible to see it very clear. We have seen something more than this in the past.

Now I am not lunatic enough to believe that there is a chance of Albania either winning or drawing the match, but the victory margin is going to be interesting. It is true that it was not a pretty attitude! And I shouldn't have done it.

There's no justification for what he did, he threw the whole country on the ground that's what it means. I do agree that it is not really as big of a deal as people make it out to be. I understand that in a national team game you should be more careful because you are doing something that a whole nation watches, in other games when you play with your club only the fans of your club watches it, so he plays for Juventus and what he does only has impact on juventus fans of Italy which is not really a huge chunk of the nation and it is not even his nation. But, when you are playing in your national team that is more patriotic situation than playing with your team, so you have to be more careful.

However I still think that he didn't do it knowing that it would hurt the people, maybe he did a mistake that is something everyone can agree on, he shouldn't have done it, but we all know that he didn't do it to upset the whole nation that would be stupid, he just unknowingly hurt people when he was frustrated.
