I have to say Kasper played one of the best performances from a goalkeeper I have ever seen in my entire life. I mean that was one of the best goalkeeping ever and it was not enough. At the end of the day, all he did was to prevent a bigger goal scoring difference in the game, it would have been a lot more goals and England would have won in the 90 minutes and the game would have been over.
When you are a goalkeeper even when you play the best game many people seen in a decade, that ends up sometimes not enough because you end up with other team being much better. Dude literally saved the penalty, what else do you really expect from him at the end of the day? It was just unlucky and England played a lot better overall. This is the perfect example of "team" game because you can't just have one player being awesome and others not so awesome and end up still winning.

I agree and even though there will be way more English fans I would definitely call this a 50:50 game. Both teams can score anytime. I watched Chiesa a few times in the Seria A, that guy is quick with the ball and his decision making, but also the other Italian offenders can score anytime. Additionally, Italy has some options when it comes to standard situations like corners.
But the same counts for England. They are insane this year when it comes to standards, both free kicks and corners. Maguire is the absolute beast in the air.
Going to be a huge game for sure, I hope it remains exciting till the very last minute. No early decider please.

My man and hero Kane:) I still think the penalty was at best soft,,, and he did take it quite poorly but he made up for it with the rebound. This man is a goalscoring machine and it is so nice to see his reel in the last game. Like Kane of old, smacking shots, cutting through balls. Sterling should be ashamed:)

It depends on which teams are playing this strategy. I remember the times when the confrontations between Real and Barcelona, Inter and Barcelona were held according to this scheme and each match was as interesting as possible. It was during Mourinho's time for the most part. A counterexample is Atletico Madrid - when they play this way, the match usually looks depressing.

90 minute of regular time to be honest the match italy vs spain is very interesting in my opinion. But Italy's strong defense and Spain's failure to create goal opportunities was a bit boring. I don't really like the Italian way of playing because they only rely on defense and counter-attack. I hope England vs Italy will feature an open match in the final although it seems that Italy is defending in its own way.

Given what we have seen during Euro2020 the only reason I see England favored by bookmakers is because they play home. In Italy they would have had probably no choice.
Final result of the game? 2-1 or 3-1 for Italy. You will see.
Reading the British press I can definitely say that the LAST opponent they wanted for the final was Italy.
Coach Gareth Southgate defined it as "the most uncomfortable team that could happen to us in the final".

Previously I thought Italy might still be able to win in the final match later, but after I realized the English team that seemed to have a stronger defense and also, I just realized that England now looks stronger in every line. Also, with the full support of playing at home then I think England will really be champions this time around, considering the aging Italian defender who looks likely to be overwhelmed by England's attacks.
