If there is indeed a guilty verdict given on the future, I agree that Guardiola cannot simply avoid this by departing from the club and claiming he did not knew anything, basically someone in his position must be aware of what is going on and tacitly agree on it and maybe he was an active participant, what I do not know is what could be the punishment for Manchester City, as we are talking about probably the biggest case of this nature around the world, and as such its punishment should send a message to other teams thinking about doing the same and this does not happen again.

Graham Potter is also among the candidates to succeed the next England national team manager, and I don't think Pep Guardiola will leave Manchester City any time soon. It makes sense for the FA to target Pep Guardiola, they know that the Spanish manager has the ability to lead England to success in the future. Yes he has everything at Manchester city but this is not the first club that pep Guadiola will work out from where he didn’t have everything at his palms. At Barcelona he had the whole football in his hands because he managed or assembled one of the best team that world football will ever experience yet he walked out, so I will say this time around it is no different, what was keeping him was the lack of champions league at city and he has delivered so he can go anywhere now.

I doubt that leaving the City can save his reputation, firstly, he knew where he worked all these years, and secondly, in some interviews he defended the City’s position (that they were innocent of fraud). It's pathetic. The essence of the matter is known to everyone who was at least a little interested in it, but now if all this is officially recognized (although this was done before when they wanted to ban City from Eurocups for 2 years), the reputation of everyone connected with this will be sullied.

It's just a rumor, don't take it seriously. No one wants to take excessive risks while he is in the safe box. Meaning he is leaving City due to the issues on ground not that he is leaving willingly from his heart. If this is true he is saving his prestige from being messed up. It is good that he runs away before the issues is taken up to avoid any consequences that it will bring.

If he leaves will he be free from his action since he is no longer in Premier league that is only what can save him. It means that City might face a big challenge in the near future.

At the moment, the situation is that Guardiola is leaving in the summer of 2025. This is due to the fact that City is accused of cheating and a decision on this case will be made at the beginning of 2025 (accordingly, City may fall into the championship / fined / deprived of Eurocups / receive a transfer ban - none of the options will suit Guardiola).
But the club owner said that the issue has not yet been resolved and he is sure that Guardiola will stay, apparently he is counting on a positive outcome in his confrontation with the Premier League, personally, I hope that he is wrong.

Pep Guardiola since he started his managerial career has never managed a national team and I don't think he's going to do that now with the England national team so I strongly doubt that he'll leave a big club like Manchester City to manage a national team that plays one major tournament every two years. Guardiola is currently contracted with Manchester City and is focused on his job at the moment so I think it's almost impossible he's going to leave the club to sigh for the England national team. Even if Guardiola decides to manage a national team anytime soon, I think it'll be the Spanish national team and not with any other European national team.
England fans complained that Gareth Southgate's style of football was very boring to watch and that's why the English FA are currently trying to bring in a quality manager that plays entertaining yet quality football of which Guardiola does but they can still get other managers that can do that.

This is a new fact after Spain won the trophy, but long before that Spain was not the national team that was widely favored at Euro 2024. France, Germany, England were more favorites to come out as champions, but their performance was far from what was expected, and sometimes they even struggled. to achieve victory. In terms of tactics, I've not actually seen any tactical decision Southgate made at this Euros that made any difference in the play of the England team. Harry Kane was aweful and he never changed in in a single game untill moment when he's totally out of options. Somany things weren't working right in terms of players combination but yet we didn't see any tactical deciton plus he appears as a very stubborn coach who works only with players he personally believes in. The kind of players England have both those that where called up for the euros and othees that weren't are all good players that pep can comfortably work with any day and anytime. Should he take up that position and fail to lead England to victory, thier is absolutely nothing to right him off or look down on him. The other teams that came to the tournament didn't come into the tournament to joke and any serious team that mean business like Germany or Spain could still win in the next euros but fans needs to see that even though they lost, they gave in Thier all. This England team under Southgate only managed to survive into the finals through luck and that's what the likes of pep can change.

He wasn't good enough, he is not tactically brilliant enough to manage themz we could see how they played boring games and even defended during games they should have attacked. I underestimated him honestly at some point because of how poor England played. So much hype around them and stuff, and also how he was linked to Manchester United hass got to be one of the things I found disgusting.

And how well did he do with them?  Some of these ex players of England do want him to stay like Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher. They're both talkatives and I don't pay attention to most of what's said.  With the kind of squad he had, he still found it difficult to win back to back Competition.

Everybody wants Pep Guardiola now, I don't see him doing that though.

England is a country that controls the coach on what they want and that will not help Guardiola to achieve success because he will not be able to make his decisions right. That is one big problem England as a nation has and I don't think that the new coach they will sign will have the freedom to do whatever he likes.

If you are not from England, it will be impossible for you to coach their national team which Guardiola is not from England. Guardiola knows what he wants so he will not dare accept such offer because that might bring down his reputation in the coaching field.

I don't also expect Guardiola to take over either. Why would he leave Manchester City at the moment? I believe he might leave in a couple of years but not right now without saying anything before.

Southgate's football is the thing that is very bad and boring to watch.    But the player quality was so high that England still made it to the finale. Southgate set the bar quite high indeed for the next coach.

By the way there has been some changes in FIFA Men's Ranking after Euro 2024 ended. Spain have gained 5 places thanks to the Euro trophy they got and captured 3rd place. Argentina are still 1st while France are right behind.

It is doubtful that Guardiola will undertake to coach the England national team. Spain really deserves the Euro 2024 trophy because they performed consistently throughout the tournament, and I think they will have a bright future because their squad is currently dominated by young players, which means they still have plenty of time and opportunity to contribute and continue to grow even better.

Whoever the enemy, Spain is always ready, and the most important thing, they have a winning mentality even though there are many young players. So Spain won over England, France and Germany not because of sheer luck but because they were better than their opponents.
