Why don't choose Ukraine?
It is because of thinking like we might see a surprising result. Ukraine are favoured more than Romania as I said. But I think Romania shouldn't be underestimated at the same time. I think of a scenario like this:
Romania to beat Ukraine by a 1-goal difference first. Then Romania to lose to Belgium but to beat Slovakia after. Ukraine to collect 3 points only by beating Slovakia. Let's see.
