It really showed that Ludogorests really prepared well for this match more than Roma, because they started using Roma from the first half till the end of the match that made Ludogorests to defeated Roma 2-1 for the favour of Ludogorests. I think Roma coach did not use their last match line up for this match, because they really demonstrated well from their last match that made many people to predicted for their favour in this match but they lose to Ludogorests at the end of the match. Roma really missed their opportunity in this game, because their midfielders really supplied  their strikers opportunity to achieve many goals from the game but they did not use the opportunity well.

Unlike what we expected from the Red Devils in this match, placing Ronaldo as an early starter adds to Manchester United's bad record. the goal was created in the 35th minute from Ronaldo's header, unfortunately had to be ruled out for offside. erik ten hag's strategy this time was not very effective, not much can be expected in this match.
As you said, jadon sancho and bruno fernandes were not played as early starters so that man united struggled to build an attack that brought his performance back down.

I watched Fenerbahçe-Dinamo Kyiv match fully, I think Fenerbahçe played good and well deserved win they got. Although Dynamo Kyiv looked solid in overall defending against Fenerbahçe attacks. Ukrainian squad is fairly lower skill. But they disrupt Fenerbahçe's morale with scoring a goal through quick attacks. I feel like Fenerbahçe will go to next round but I think they won't be able to compete with better teams.

Ronaldo has entered the final stages of his career as a professional footballer, he is not like he used to be who looks very dangerous in front of the opponent's goal. His age has greatly affected his performances on the field, lately he has started to struggle to find his best form so Ten Hag often puts him on the bench.
I don't think Ronaldo was the culprit of the Manchester United defeat, because football is a team game, not an individual game. This time Ronaldo failed to maintain confidence when he was given a share to play as a starter, defeat was inevitable because no Manchester United player was able to break into Real Sociedad's goal.
Ronaldo's decline in performance has further strengthened speculation that his time together with Manchester United will not last long. Ronaldo must accept the fact that he is no longer the first choice, Next match Ten Hag will put Ronaldo back as a substitute due to not being able to show his best performance when given the trust.

Although Bulgarian professional league cannot be compared to the Italian league in terms of quality. But PFC Ludogorets Razgrad has been consistent this season. They have one of the best defenses in the league, which has conceded few goals. This kind of result always happens when the bigger team underrates an unknown club. The game was balanced and they didn't show Roma any respect and they took their goal-scoring opportunities. Roma has been very inconsistent considering their recent result, I am sure Mourinho would find the solution to their attacking failures. 

I am not a big fan of Ronaldo starting but his poor form is due to lack of preseason training, and that’s why he’s not in a proper shape to dictate games and that’s a big reason why he’s warming the benches. Furthermore I feel that the entire team didn’t do enough yesterday, and I’ll expect Ten Hag to heavily rotate once sport resumes again (I’m assuming this week’s games will be postponed).

One of the surprising result for today that Roma has lose from Ludogorets and apparently Ludogorests know how to counter Roma strategy that during the match they successfully locked Dybala movement and he hasn't get many chances to scoring goals and the result 2-1 is deserved to Ludogorests because they playing better and for Roma they only can score 1 goal from 6 shot on goals i think after seeing this statistics there is something problem with their forward line because they looks wasted several opportunity to scoring goals

Another reason that is an issue of discussion is the return of Maguire in defense. The dropping of Maguire actually made the Man United defense look a mess. Arsenal already did there quota to have won there game but Manchester United that played beautifully against Arsenal in the EPL, here allows Real Sociadad to win them in there home. Its shocking but, its football I guess.

It's rather unfortunate that Manchester united lost their first game on the same day the world lost her great Queen. I was rooting for them to win but it did not seem likely considering the fact they couldn't even score a goal. They are one of the strongest contenders for this league title and as such am seeing a recover in the second leg and other matches yet to be played.

honestly they were games in which they had some shocking results, arsenal won and but seeing teams like Roma and manchester united losing was something very shocking for me, I would say that these two teams are short of more players in attack and defense, they still need go through big changes if they want to start seeing big results, roma depends on even 11 to succeed, but their attack can't score many goals, while manchester united is the same thing


after their defeat, i no longer bet on them as favorites to win the europe league, in fact for me they don't have a chance of that

Ronaldo finally showed up in a game however Manchester United couldn't even score one goal today. Interestingly Real Sociedad even won in Old Trafford. It looks like Manchester United didn't take this game as serious as the EPL games. Otherwise they were already in a great form recently and they would win here as well. I don't think that this result would affect the morale much because they are concentrated on their league games these days. But as they are seen as one of the biggest title contenders in the Europa League the expectations from them will still be high.

For sure you cannot rely on cristiano only thesedays.

Prime cristiano has long gone , he plays like he is losing his confidence , the touch he had pretty poor though despite collectively the team playing not so bad , real sociedad just successfully makes united frustrated and as for the result they keep the 1 goal lead till the end of the match.

Manchester united lost their first match, they performed below my expectation today, they had lot's of opportunities but they couldn't secure any goal, they missed all their opportunities.
Even with Ronaldo and Anthony starting the match, Manchester united still couldn't secure even a single goal. Ronaldo lost some opportunities which I don't believe will lose, i think Ronaldo is already getting old and his performance few years ago can't be compared to his current performance. I just hope Manchester united will perform very well in their next match in both Europa and premier league.
