Omonia Nicosia were slight favorites to beat Sheriff Tiraspol but the scoreline shows another story altogether. Sheriff Tiraspol scoring 3 goals while not conceding any, is a surprise and a half. Nicosia managed 9 shots but only managed to get 1 on target, while maintaining 60% of the possession.

Manchester United are 0-1 behind Real Sociedad at home and it is only a few minutes left. Erik Ten Hag seemed to have the leak with 4 wins in a row in the Premier League, but now it looks like they are going to lose the first game in Europe. Newspapers will suddenly start to doubt again. Am not saying defects are good thing or something one should be proud of but I must admit Manchester United didn't play awful they have improved when you compare this game against real sociedad with the ones in the premier League against Brighton and Brentford you will understand what I meant, Manchester United drop some players at the bench that have been starting the previous matches they have been winning, Rashford,Martinez, Sancho and Bruno Fernandez did not start this particular game.
