Ten Hag ego is one of the reasons Manchester United does not have a good team cohesiveness at the moment, in fact, it is reported that so far there are many players who do not have a good relationship with Ten Hag, over all the attitudes and training patterns and player selection systems that he does at Manchester United, I think ten hag needs to change his training pattern and also his approach to players to be better so that he can bring out the best performance From the players, I think the departure of Ronaldo and Sancho is proof if indeed Ten Hag is a coach who has a bad relationship with good players and makes them leave the team.
It wouldn't be strange if there wasn't a good relationship between the coach and the players. In fact, what's strange is that there are still fans who support Ten Hag there and the management also decided to use him again next season, whether because he succeeded in getting the FA Cup trophy, which made him they maintained it even though if you look at the EPL of course there was a decline in performance and even suffered more defeats last season, I'm not sure that next season they will focus on maintaining consistency because they have to play in the UEL as well as in the EPL.

If Ten Hag gets another chance to stay on this team, he should improve his relationship with all the players so that he can make this team even more solid because adaptation and good communication between players and coaches can make the team better than last season. I think maybe this is the problem where Manchester United always experiences setbacks compared to progress so that this team continues to decline playing in the EPL and is never consistent in maintaining the best ranking in the EPL, but it would be good to see next season how Ten Hag maintains harmony with its players and can also perform well other than in the domestic league, namely at UEL.

We will have to welcome Leverkusen to the Champions league, where they will find it difficult to win all their games from the group stage to the final of the tournament,if they are able to qualify from the group stage. It is true that the champions league is quite different from the Europa league because the teams that play in the Champions league are teams that qualified from 1st position to fourth position, and so if it is like that,it must be hard for a team to win another,so it make the competition more hard and very competitive.
Leverkusen will try their best, but I don't think they can get to quater finals, they might be eliminated from round 16.
This is something that is still not certain to happen to Leverkusen, although it is not wrong to make predictions from now on, but from the ability of Leverkusen, who will still be coached by Xabi Alonso, of course I will not doubt Leverkusen in the Champions League. Although it will be very difficult to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League because the competition there is very different from the competition in any league currently. We will both see how Leverkusen goes about their season next season, especially when they compete in the Champions League with quite good abilities.

So far Manchester can be said to be in the wrong hands, after Ferguson retired, of course we have not seen a coach who can really lift the performance and also the glory of Manchester United as a legendary team in the Premier League, so far we have only seen how ten hag continues to blame his players when their team loses but actually boasts of himself when his team wins,  I think Ten Hag is actually a good coach and should be able to bring Manchester United to be better than before, with condition if he really wants to introspect himself and also lower his ego in coaching Manchester United.

I have the same thought as you that Erik Ten Hag has a very high ego, so that is one factor why they cannot rise very quickly. He was very arrogant when he won as if Manchester United's victory was all the result of his hard work, but when Manchester United lost he seemed to wash his hands and blame the players for the defeat. I don't think a coach like this deserves to be respected, and there may be bigger problems that will result in divisions within the team.
He also does not accept criticism and suggestions, because what he wants is the final decision. What I mean is that a coach must have principles, but he must also be aware of and learn a lot from what other people say. The reason is that if you only feel right, in my opinion that will be very dangerous because there is no more control that you can exercise. As time goes on I see he might be good at currying favor with management and eventually get him retained. Lol

Managers who take the blame are great managers, there are managers out there who blame the players and I hate those type of ones, because that is not good leadership and if you blame your players, even if one of them, then the rest of the squad will not see you as their leader, they will see you as traitor and they will not trust you because tomorrow you can blame another player who knows.

Erik Tan Hag has this issue for example, he has openly talked about some players, like Sancho for example, and how does he expect some of the players to trust him, how does other United players are so sure that they won't be next in line of the target? They cant be, some like Antony will continue liking him because he gave opportunity he doesn't deserve, but that's it.
Its not working for Ten Hag to manage Manchester United like a reality show. Listen, a good leader takes charge, calls the hard decisions, and supports the team. Hag? He throws everyone under the bus faster than you can say "Old Trafford". See Antony, the poor child merely attempting to maintain his good relationship with the boss. The rest of the squad, meantime, is most likely keeping track of the minutes till Ten Hag is fired. You dont develop a winning culture like this. United is gifted, sure, but skill is useless if your coach lacks confidence-building qualities. Ten Hag ought to get up and smell the coffee. Next season is going to be a disaster if he doesnt modify his act.

Correct! The picture below explains everything.

The fundamental problem is that Ten Hag never attempts to reflect on himself. Ten hag frequently exploited his players as scapegoats.
Antony appears to get few opportunities to play in the main squad, and I believe he is losing respect for Ten Hag. Ten hag is also known for using his players as an excuse when he receives poor results.

Ten hag was also rarely open to other people's opinions, which was his poor habit.

Of course is the duty of the manager to make sure that his boys conform to his plan or strategy and if something goes wrong he should be able to take the blame, though I no that in most cases players go against the strategy instructed by the coach but still he has to take the blame because they are paying him to use his coaching skills and improve the performance of the club, so perhaps any coach that's always fund of taking excuses of his failure will always be replaced by another.

In the case of Ten Hag one thing he must understand is that before he joined the club Manchester United was doing very well, though even if they weren't that perfect but they were more better then than now, so is obvious most of there problems are coming from there coaching pattern, imagine they could not even qualify for the champions League this coming season, well let's see if they will improve next season.

Nonsense!! Manchester United was doing bloody what? Manchester United was already in a sinking ship before Erik Ten Hag came on board. I doubt you're a Manchester United fan. Even if you aren't one you should already know the state of Manchester United since the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson.

Not cool with the way y'all slander Erik Ten Hag. It's good to see that the manager knows his worth anyways. Can't believe you're one of them saying the central issue of Manchester United revolves around the manager. Saddening to read and hear such ( SMH )

How were they better? Did they win back to back trophies with any manager? No manager since the end of Sir Alex Ferguson has a better winning rate than Erik Ten Hag not to even find Manchester United in three finals in two seasons. All I see this is complete spamming, because why would you come here just to say such? We've said this p more than a zillion times and folks have found it difficult to learn.

Several teams are trying to improve their performance as best as possible and trying to surpass every other team that will be their opponent in the competition, Manchester United for example is starting to make major overhaul.
Ten Hag failed to be fired and he is in the season break with this transfer window looking really very busy with looking for several players who can be used to strengthen Manchester United, from several reports circulating Ten Hag asked for large amount of money for make all his wishes come true.
Several players have been officially offered and Manchester United has made number of attempts to buy for quite fantastic amount of money, if this is successful, perhaps Manchester United will be strong candidate for the Europa League, but who knows what will happen with the changes.
To be honest, I'm not really sure about Manchester United, not because I underestimate them, but the performance they have shown recently has created doubts in my mind regarding their performance next season. I didn't see their form of play, I mean I couldn't see what they were trying to implement from Erik Ten Hag's strategy. I don't know if it's because Erik Ten Hag "can't" formulate a strategy or there's something else.
The problem is that Erik Ten Hag tends to blame the players when Manchester United gets unsatisfactory results. In my opinion, that doesn't reflect a good coach, where usually the coach will try to be the first person who will be ready to defend his players when they make a mistake.
Mistakes are very common in football, what is unusual is when they often make mistakes. And that's what they show, yes they often make the same mistakes and it doesn't even need to happen. Therefore, I doubt them, although I also do not rule out the possibility that they might be able to do better.
Many people say the same thing that there is no confidence and guarantee to make Manchester United the favorite in the Europa League competition, they look at Manchester United development and there is no fundamental reason to have that belief.
But let talk and evaluate Manchester United efforts in this season changeover break which will also take place during the opening of the summer transfer window, I admit that what Ten Hag is working on and trying to do is quite surprising.
This could be Ten Hag last season and that is the reason why he really seems eager to make changes to convince the team top brass with the aim of regaining their trust as coach worth retaining.

But there is lot of truth in what you say, we can all see how the Manchester United players do not overall seem comfortable playing under the leadership of coach Ten Hag, some are even reported to have left the team if Ten Hag was still the coach.
However, everything has happened and indeed bad sentiments towards Ten Hag often arise, let just follow Manchester United development with Ten Hag in this third season, if he succeeds especially in bringing the team as strong candidate to win the Europa League, then that will be big surprise.

Oh yes, Man United is again having several rumors regarding player purchases. One of them is Manuel Egarte, this defensive midfielder is currently being rumored to be going to Man United. Likewise with Yilmaz, who is rumored to be coming to Man United but negotiations and other plans are still ongoing with Tottenham at least.

Yes, I also heard this rumor, currently Manchester United is looking for a defensive midfielder to replace Casemiro who is likely to be sold by Manchester United. They want to strengthen their performance to play in the Premier League and also the European League. They don't want to repeat last season's bad results which failed in the Champions League at least they have to perform well in the Europa League next season. And yes, it seems like the club is interested in one of PSG's players, Manuel Ugarte, but again, PSG is trying to retain their player by setting a fairly expensive price of 60 million euros because they bought this player previously at a high price, so PSG doesn't want to make a loss. This is clearly quite expensive for a player of his class. I think Manchester United will want to reconsider buying this player.

However, PSG provides a second option if Manchester United doesn't want to buy him, namely a loan option for one season. I think this is better than just buying him because Manchester United needs to know how the player will perform. If they feel it is worth the price, maybe Manchester United is ready to make him permanent next season.

I agree the coach mustn't blame the players. Even if the players who really made the mistakes, the coach must take the responsibility because he is the person who manage the players. The coach who select the players to put on the lineup, and the coach is the person who apply the tactics or strategy in the match. Even the coach who is wanted to buy the players and put them on the squad. So, it is very annoying if the coach blames the players, specifically if the coach is the one who made the real mistakes.

I also realize that Ten Hag already made a lot problems for the club. He has bad relationship with some players and ask the club to kick the players. Ronaldo and Sancho are 2 players who have been kicked from Man United because they have no good relationship with Ten Hag. I don't understand why Ten Hag want to kick them even if these players are useful for the team. I guess Ten Hag doesn't want to get any feedback from the players. He wants the players to accept every decision made by him.

IMO, Ten Hag deserves to be fired. But surprisingly Man United keeps him!  Cheesy

I still don’t understand why fans like you are so obsessed with Ten Hag and him still been a Manchester United manager, it is because Manchester United have looked through various options and Ten Hag is the best manager they can have at the moment. I see all this negativity around Ten Hag having issue with two players been coming from just hating the bald Man. He is the not the first coach to fall out with the players, many coaches fall out with their players too. The greatest manager in the club sir Alex Ferguson had issues with likes of Beckham and Van Nistrooy and even got them sold to maintain peace there.

Ronaldo’s departure had to even do with the club than the manager which is Ten Hag. Sancho who is been defended all of a sudden is what made him leave Manchester city, also at Dortmund they were complains of him coming to train late, so I don’t see the problem been Ten Hag alone

Manchester United poor performance has started for quite sometime now and they’ve been trying to revive that for a while now and even went on and be sacking and bringing new coaches with no much improvement in all of them. Eric Ten Hag is just lucky that he won the FA Cuo for Manchester United last season after defeating Manchester City, if they hadn’t accomplished that and won that trophy, I know they’ll have given him a sack letter by now.
Man United has been experiencing this for a long time. This season they were not able to qualify for the UCL, only for the UEFA Europa League and this was because they won the FA Cup. However, in terms of position, for Man United, they are looking to seize various opportunities to get the players they are targeting.

Oh yes, Man United is again having several rumors regarding player purchases. One of them is Manuel Egarte, this defensive midfielder is currently being rumored to be going to Man United. Any coach, it really does not matter who it is, if he is only blaming the players for his downfall or not being able to bring in good enough results, it should be an instant red flag. I am not saying that it is never the fault of the players. But first of all, he is making so many wrong decisions and so many mistakes. And after that blaming the players directly is not the best thing that he could do. One thing he never does is actually say that he can make mistakes and he has made mistakes. Nobody is saying that a coach should be perfect. Nobody is perfect. People are actually fed up of seeing him blaming the players for not having good results and wasting the money of Manchester United down the drain.

In my opinion, Erik Ten Hag is actually finished and could be fired for the performance he has shown this season, but it turns out he can still survive and will most likely still be given the opportunity by management to remain in the squad to handle Manchester United.

Manchester United have long lost their identity, in the past they were a team that was very feared in the Premier League and even Europe, but now they are an ordinary team and no one is afraid of them seeing that their game still has a lot to improve. . It's been quite disappointing to see them in recent years.

He still has another chance to prove himself worthy of this position, I hope he doesn’t screw that up for himself again. A lot is expected from him now that he got his contract signed again and if he fails to make the team better, he can even be relieved off his duty before the end of the season. Manchester United should put in their best effort in the Europa League they’ve also qualified to, they can also try and win that trophy by putting in the best effort required from them to win the matches .

One team that will be of interest to me in the Europa in this new season will be Manchester united. The reason they are going to be of a great point of concern to me I'd that, they have had a whole lot of inconsistency last season and managed to qualify for the Europa by virtue of winning the FA cup which automatically gives them the Europa league privilege which they naturally didn't qualify for by the end of last season.

It will be really interesting to see how well Manchester united will be able to handle the Europa this new season especially still under the management of Eric Ten Hag. Last season I observed that in his tactics, he understood he was failing in almost every of the other leagues which included the premier league, and the champions league, so he decided to prioritize the FA cup so it doesn't look like he ended the season without a trophy even if it felt like Manchester city did showed some leniency which inturn availed Manchester united the opportunity to winning the trophy.

The Europa league title appears to be a bit higher and competitive because they are going to contend against players drawn from across other leagues across Europe who are considered on the average level. Manchester United will be playing the Europa, the premier league and the FA cup again, probably they will be part of the carabao cup too, I'm really inquisitive how Eric Ten Hag will be able to make the best out of all these games with his declining tactics.

Ten Hag should be able to change his approach to players, so that the Manchester United dressing room will be more harmonious. In fact, a manager must be fair, giving more playing minutes to those who perform better, in addition to adapting to the strategy and opponents they will face. There were lots of rumors that said Manchester United dressing room last season was very chaotic, the players and coaches no longer trusted each other, true or not, this news should not have been allowed to become the subject of excessive public speculation by Ten Hag. Jadon Sancho statement on social media made the rumors turn out to be true, Ten Hag was considered unfair in treating his players. Luckily, Ten Hag is still being retained as manager for next season, hopefully he will make changes in managing his players.

Don't even get me started on how Ten Hag always blames his players when they lose. No other words can describe it: bad leadership. A real leader doesn't shame people in public; instead, they take responsibility and rally the troops. He could start by coaching a pee-wee team to get a feel for it. This isn't just a few bad games; it's becoming norm. They seem to be allergic to winning. They really should think about changing careers. Maybe they could become professional bowlers? It would give them a chance to hit something

Hey hey that’s much on him. I know he is always too harsh on the players and don’t wanna take the blame whenever there’s a lose in a match, that is not a good character to be exhibited by a manager. A professional manager is suppose to be ready to take the blame for lack of performance and poor record in a match. Blaming the players won’t solve the problem because you coached them to play that which they’ve played and lost the match.

It's been quite disappointing to see them in recent years.
Manchester often makes the mistake of buying players who are really useless playing in the EPL, which makes this team continue to be a team that is often ridiculed by opposing teams, so it is not surprising that this team is not like before, where Manchester United was a strong and difficult team so that not everyone This team can beat this team, but in the Ten Hag era, in my opinion, many opposing teams never considered this team as a strong team, in fact this team was seen as a weak team that was easy to beat like other teams.

I'm sure Manchester United's management knows this, that this team is always the object of ridicule from opposing teams, therefore they are giving Ten Hag another opportunity to revive the confidence of this team so that it can become a team that makes things difficult and truly feared by the people. opposing team, even though Ten Hag managed to bring Manchester United to win the FA Cup trophy and qualify for the UEL next season, of course it will be another challenge for Ten Hag that he has to bring a trophy for this team at least in prestigious matches such as UEL or EPL even though it is quite difficult, but Ten Hag must be able to get good players to strengthen the main squad

It was during the summer of 2022 that Manchester United appointed Erik ten Hag as the club's manager and for two seasons, the Dutchman is yet to deliver a performance that I think should convince the management of Manchester United to still stick with him. Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in Europe in terms of achievements and I think they should have a manager that understands their status not a manager who thinks that winning the League Cup and the English FA Cup in different seasons is enough to help him retain his position at the club. There's a strong report that the club's management is now in talks to extend the contract of Erik ten Hag at Manchester United which to me I think is unnecessary because of his poor performances. The report that they tried to sign Thomas Tuchel but failed I believe is true but I think there are still better managers apart from Thomas Tuchel that can manage Manchester United
However, it looks like Manchester United will retain Erik Ten Hag, even though his appearance doesn't bring any hope, I don't know why they can trust Erik Ten Hag that much. Is it because they don't want to take risks because they are worried that even if they bring in a new coach it won't have any effect, or is there something else that makes them consider keeping Erik Ten Hag.
