Man United has not only been disappointing lately, they have been a complete train wreck. It's like watching a bunch of overpaid toddlers chasing a ball around with no clue what they're doing. "Tactics" of Ten Hag? Please. More of a random mix of teams and formations that change every other week. It's impossible to build a winning team without a clear mission and goal

Ten Hag performance since he joined Manchester United have been below average and they need to do better to what they’ve been playing if they want to excel among others. This is a manager that we all thought will be sacked at the end of the season, but thanks to his performance towards the end of the league and won the FA Cup. That is what is keeping him in the club but for any other reason, he will not be considered as the best coach for Manchester United now.

Quote
Don't even get me started on how Ten Hag always blames his players when they lose. No other words can describe it: bad leadership. A real leader doesn't shame people in public; instead, they take responsibility and rally the troops. He could start by coaching a pee-wee team to get a feel for it. This isn't just a few bad games; it's becoming norm. They seem to be allergic to winning. They really should think about changing careers. Maybe they could become professional bowlers? It would give them a chance to hit something

Hey hey that’s much on him. I know he is always too harsh on the players and don’t wanna take the blame whenever there’s a lose in a match, that is not a good character to be exhibited by a manager. A professional manager is suppose to be ready to take the blame for lack of performance and poor record in a match. Blaming the players won’t solve the problem because you coached them to play that which they’ve played and lost the match.

The two teams that qualified for the Europa League final last season have qualified for the Champions League this season. Also some teams who played in this season's Champions League have qualified for next season's Europa League. As Europa League champions we will see a new team this season. The teams that did not do well this season should plan well for the next season so that the teams can perform well in the next season.
Turnovers like that will always exist in every season because each team will also make more different developments so that when the results at the end of the season are different it will certainly put them in a different place as you said. I'm not at all surprised by this because things like that always depend on the efforts and performance of each team in each season. And Atalanta might also meet Leverkusen again in the Champions League next season if they can both get better results.

One team that should be looked out for very well in this new season in the Europa will have to be Roma, they are one team who's consistency to wanting to win the Europa has been unwavering, every season, they have consistently try to attempt winning the Europa league title but it keeps appearing like they keep having Strong and rough rivals whom they are not able to successfully contend to the point of been able to win them and winning the trophy by the end of the season.

Well, I won't deny that they have been consistent in Europa league appearances but I strongly doubt they will have a shot at it this season. Why? No Jose Mourinho. They need a coach with enough drive to able to push them to achieving that. I'm not saying they aren't a good club but since Jose left the job as coach on January of this month
after losing the Europa to Sevilla, they haven't been able to get a coach that suits them, so far Daniele de Rossi who has a contract with the Gialorossi until 2027 haven't been able to stabilize the team, let's say because he's still new to the job, but being a club legend should give him an edge though.
Roma who were competing for champions league spot this season just lost momentum and managed to grab a Europa league spot thanks to a 6th placed finish and I have my doubts they will be able to survive in the Europa because of the teams who made it to the competition and also they are a bit unstable.
AS Roma is one of the clubs that is always taken into account when they are in the European League, yes, even though they also ultimately had to fail, such as when they lost in the final match to Sevilla in the previous season which made them have to swallow the bitter pill and not be able to get the title. in that season.

Talking about Jose Mourinho, they separated in the middle of this season. However, De Rossi, who was appointed to replace him, in my opinion, did not disappoint and even showed that he could also handle AS Roma. The game he presented could be said to be good even though he still has a lot to improve, but overall it could still be said to be good and not too bad.

Regarding his work in the Europa League, I think he will also learn a lot about what he has to do to make himself able to bring AS Roma to compete in the Europa League. However, in my opinion, their main target at the moment is how he can bring AS Roma to compete in Serie A first before he can bring AS Roma to compete in the Europa League. Because if they can perform well in regular competitions, then chances are they will also play well in European competitions.

Xabi Alonso's belief in staying at Bayer Leverkusen and rejecting offers from other big teams is extraordinary proof that he is a coach who truly has a strong sense of struggle in a team. And this is also to prove that he is capable of making a team extraordinary through new records that they might still be able to achieve next season. But the new challenge for the Bayer Leverkusen team next season will certainly be much tougher than last season because they will be in the Champions League, which is a league with a much hotter level of competition.

Alonso decision to stay at Leverkusen certainly gave a breath of fresh air to Leverkusen fans, remembering that at that time many big teams began to target Alonso as a coach after all his achievements last season, Leverkusen has presented many surprises for all of us, as a mediocre team of course no one expected that Leverkusen could be as great as it is now, besides that of course many doubted Alonso capacity as a previous coach because indeed he Having little experience in coaching a club, but in fact all these doubts can be answered by Alonso by bringing Leverkusen to be championship in Bundesliga without defeat in one season, although Alonso did not manage to win the Europa League trophy but this does not make Alonso popularity decline at this time.

Next season we will see the European league will also use a new format in its competition, so it will indeed make the fierce competition between teams will occur since the league phase began, Leverkusen has of course given us a surprise this season in the European league and I also hope that next season we will again see a surprise in the European league from other mediocre teams who are indeed playing in the European league,  As for Leverkusen, of course they will continue their journey to the Champions League next season and hope Alonso can bring Leverkusen to title contender in the Champions League just like when they played in the Europa League last season.

Dortmund is a team that will perform well in the upcoming season. But they will bring some unexpected results. my prediction is that they are going to win against some very big opponents which was not expected from them but at the same time they might lose or against some relatively weak opponents.

Yeah for sure Borussia Dortmund are going to have some big wins but they will not be able win the Bundesliga trophy next season, don't get me wrong I no that they have tried a lot on this season but there performance is still not good enough to win the Bundesliga considering their rivals, however even if we should evaluate there performance this season you will see that they weren't doing very well at the beginning but it was on the middle of the season they picked form which even helped them to qualify for the champions League next season, so perhaps if not for that pick up performance they had they wouldn't have qualified for the champions League.

For now the only thing I can say about Borussia Dortmund is that they can only qualified for the fifth or the fourth position on the Bundesliga but in terms of second position it will likely be very difficult because the first and second position will certainly be occupied by either Bayern Munich or Bayern Leverkusen because for now they both have the highest performance on the Bundesliga. But however like you said in terms of Borussia Dortmund wining some good matches they will certainly do because in as much as they may not win the league doesn't mean that they are bad in performance.

Mistakes are very common in football, what is unusual is when they often make mistakes. And that's what they show, yes they often make the same mistakes and it doesn't even need to happen.

Of course mistakes are inevitable so long as football is concerned because there are so many matches you will see a players having a good opportunity with keepers one on one but they find it very difficult to score and also sometimes even the goalkeepers also make similar mistake like the match I watched when a goalkeeper was trying to clear the ball when his opponent was very close to him and before he realized himself the ball had already hit his opponent and enter the goal post, so actually there is no way mistakes can be completely avoided but with a good understanding skills it could be reduced.

Xabi Alonso was a little braver. Most coaches would sign with one of their dream teams after such success, but Xabi has an unfinished story. He will try to continue this record with Leverkusen. They have been hungry for games since the final they lost to Atalanta and their players will return from Euro 2024 in better shape. They will play important matches and I think Xabi will be successful next year too, I think so. And everyone will have seen that this was not a chance, but a system and tactical success.

You are right about Manchester united because the team have not really developed to the extent of being tipped to make a head way in the Europa league next season even though they ended well in the premier league last season.

Eric Ten Hàag should utilize this opportunity given to him by Manchester united management and try to make some difference for the team and considering the fact he won the F.A cup last season that granted them automatic ticket to the Europa league means that Ten Haag will be comfortable at Manchester united only if he stops pointing fingers at the players and stop the blame game only then he will be able to build a strong team. He should know that it is his duty to build a good relationship with the players because when a team is underperforming it's always the coach that everyone points fingers at and it is easier to sack a coach than sack the whole players, even if some players may prove pomposity but he should use wisdom and follow them as that is the only way to succeed as a coach.

I think it's natural if you are pessimistic about Man United, that's because you don't see Erik Ten Hag's squad experiencing many injuries this season. It is true that the squad is good but there are many injuries. To be honest, with the hurricane of injuries experienced by Man United this season, he has not completely failed in coaching Man United. In my opinion, Erik Ten Hag's performance with Man United could be said to be quite good, because if the team's condition is like this, there are lots of injuries, if a coach like Zidane trains Man United, he will also be confused and perhaps his performance could be worse.

Man United managed to win the FA Cup trophy and managed to play in the Europa League, this is quite good considering the storm of injuries experienced by the Man United team. It is true that Erik Ten Hag only has one bad thing, every time his team loses he will blame his players. but in my opinion, with the opportunity he gets not to be fired, he will change and prove that he is worthy of coaching Man United. I think the Europa League will be Erik Ten Hag's priority next season.

I believe Leverkusen still has the potential to become Bundesliga champions next season. I put Leverkusen as the first favorite and Munich as the second favorite to win the Bundesliga. But I'm not sure they will be able to win the UCL next season. This season Leverkusen has really impressed in the UEL. They managed to reach the final but unfortunately they lost to Atalanta. Hats off to Alonso who has succeeded in turning a mediocre team like Leverkusen into a very solid squad. Alonso will always be remembered as the coach who came closest to achieving the invincible treble, a prestigious achievement that as far as I know has never been achieved by any coach in Europe, or even in the world.

The praises on Xabi Alonso after the big performance in their last season campaign have been much and a well deserved one for a great performance like that one. I have also seen that the team management and players still have trust in him to lead them to another victory in the coming season. His performance were not over hyped and he deserves every bit of comment given to him now after the season. He ought to have been preparing himself for the next season because it holds a more bigger competition to him which he has to prove to the world that he is capable of achieving victory against and not just a wonder luck coach. His achievements will be written close to his name whenever his name is mentioned in the Bundesliga, a hero indeed which deserves all accolades for a job well done for his team and also a great performance to lead the almost lost team to their first ever victory in a decade.

After the first half of the just concluded season was over, it became clearer to everyone who actually knows football that Xabi Alonso have actually transformed the Bayer Leverkusen team to become one of the strongest teams in Europe so my fear if Bayer Leverkusen management will be able to convince Xabi Alonso to remain at the club beyond the end of last season. Just few months before the end of the season, the young Spanish manager confirmed that he's going to remain at Bayer Leverkusen for at least another year despite offers from the big clubs in Europe including Bayern Munich and Liverpool. To me, his decision to remain at Bayer Leverkusen when he has the opportunity of going to other bigger clubs where he'll have a more enabling environment to continue his career is a true testament that he's not a regular kinda of manager.
Next season, Xabi Alonso will have a rougher season than the one he has in the just concluded season because he'll be facing stronger opponents in Europe but I think he's shown enough tactical strength that suggests his capability already

This new season is going to be an opportunity for them looking at the teams who got to qualify for the Europa in this new season, they don't appear like teams that should really get Rima in a position where they will be unable to attempt in a bet way to win the trophy, unlike last season where they had the likes or Leverkusen and Liverpool to contend which fortunately ended in the hands of Atlanta winning the league even with these big boys present. Most teams present this time are such that can be said to be on the average and can be within the strength of Roma except if some later happen to join them from the champions league.

Leverkusen was the key focus of the Europa league last season especially towards the end of the season so did Liverpool almost all through the season. Looking at what the new coach in Roma have been able to achieve with his team in the short period he took over, I believe it's possible that with him, they will be able to get to be the next center of focus in the Europa this new season and they are definitely going to be able to attempt the league titles, at least be able to make it to the finals of the Europa this season.

Next season will be a difficult challenge for Alonso in maintaining their performance, because after all the rival teams will strengthen their squad very well, so indeed Leverkusen is also required to do the same by bringing in some new players to be able to compete next season, I personally doubt a little if Leverkusen can repeat their glory next season because indeed tighter competition will occur both in the Champions League as well as domestic leagues.

Nobody's denying Xabi Alonso's done a fantastic job at Leverkusen. He made a contending squad out of what was, to be honest, a shambles. They had a real fire in their belly in the Europa League, and thats a testament to Alonso's leadership.  Things change drastically in the Champions League. Its now against the big guys, the world's Bayern Munichs. You need consistency, you need depth, you need that killer instinct.

I like the positivity. But we gotta be realistic. Leverkusen has some way to go still. They need to strengthen their squad, shore up their defense, and maintain that hunger. Who knows if Alonso keeps pushing them and they can accomplish that. Perhaps they can grow to be formidable. It wont, however, happen over night. Lets see if Alonso can truly take them to the next level.

I think so, Bayern Leverkusen have defend almost 100% current composition players and not drastically change with Xabi Alonso tactician because many key players in this season keep staying.
Have consistency performance in this season become most higher unbeaten record until 54 matches all competition I think Bayern Leverkusen will make the same thing their appearance in Champion League next season.

But who will be the next candidate teams in Europe League following impressive performance of Bayern Leverkusen next season? the finalist Europe League teams in this season will participants in Champion League and which one team bigger potential break Bayern Leverkusen unbeaten record in Europe league until reach final round?
Assuming Leverkusen was able to win Atalanta on that finals, it would have being a great record for them in the history of football, but they couldn't make that history as Atalanta thwarted it. Leverkusen is as strong as last season and I don't think that it will be a problem for them to win Bundesliga if they have the determination as they did last season.

Champions league will be a challenge for Leverkusenand Xabi Alonso because they will be playing with tough teams that are more experienced than them in the league. It will be nice if Leverkusen gives us a surprise package in UCL next season with their brilliant performance.

There is no doubt Bayer Leverkusen could be the toughest team in Bundesliga with their consistency and quality with Xabi Alonso is surely looking for the another memorable season even now situation is completely different because we are having them into Champions League and things could be not on same level, but they can go through for the title in domestic league because they are having enough room and their strength is also good beside we are having few teams which are doing their best for improvement but it is looking not easy.

Game is changing quickly with many teams are having ups and downs but as Alonso and Bayer Leverkusen is keeping their squad without changes it's interesting and challenging because now they are having more challenging matches and teams to face.

I think I also see Leverkusen with same lenses. I as much as they continue to maintain the same tempo as they do with Xabi Alonso remaining their genius coach, they will definitely go far even in the next season. Maybe Leverkusen may not be able to repeat the same unbeaten streak like they did this season but they will still go far next season and I so much belive that they can still take the Bundesliga league with this current performance. Xabi Alonso is a team builder and have a fairly strong scouting skills. Something you can relate with Pep Guardiola's performance effects.

Yes, you are correct. Bayern Leverkusen will go far in the Bundesliga, but it will be difficult for them to win the Bundesliga next season because Bayern Munich failed to stop Leverkusen last season; they will do everything they can to stop them next season, and Dortmund were in great form in the Champions League last season and even tried to challenge Real Madrid for the title, but they failed because Madrid were superior to them. In my opinion, Dortmund or Munich are the clubs who can win the league next season; even last season, Leverkusen attempted to defeat Dortmund but failed since they did not have the potential to win, only drawing the game.

I feel that if Dortmund is not in the UCL this season, they will focus on the league and fight Bayern Leverkusen, but they were more focused on the UCL last season. Let's see how next season goes and if Leverkusen or another team wins the title. I believe Xabi Alonso will no longer be as focused on the league because they are also in the Champions League. He will do all necessary to win the trophy, and if he cannot go unbeaten like he did in the league competition, he will most likely lose points. Because even in the Europa League the last time Atalanta defeated them and won the title, and some people are thinking that Leverkusen will definitely won the Europa League since they are better then Atalanta but they fail.

Dortmund is a team that will perform well in the upcoming season. But they will bring some unexpected results. my prediction is that they are going to win against some very big opponents which was not expected from them but at the same time they might lose or against some relatively weak opponents.

Leverkusen is a team that is expected to perform really well in the upcoming season. They are Bundesliga title winners and defending the Bundesliga title successfully is what is expected from them. I think they might be able to do it if they do not face any big problems with injuries.

The performance of Bayern Munich is going to be unpredictable because they have a new coach who is relatively inexperienced. of course, they are expected to compete for the title. But I have no idea how that will go with Vincent Kompany.

Several teams are trying to improve their performance as best as possible and trying to surpass every other team that will be their opponent in the competition, Manchester United for example is starting to make major overhaul.
Ten Hag failed to be fired and he is in the season break with this transfer window looking really very busy with looking for several players who can be used to strengthen Manchester United, from several reports circulating Ten Hag asked for large amount of money for make all his wishes come true.
Several players have been officially offered and Manchester United has made number of attempts to buy for quite fantastic amount of money, if this is successful, perhaps Manchester United will be strong candidate for the Europa League, but who knows what will happen with the changes.
To be honest, I'm not really sure about Manchester United, not because I underestimate them, but the performance they have shown recently has created doubts in my mind regarding their performance next season. I didn't see their form of play, I mean I couldn't see what they were trying to implement from Erik Ten Hag's strategy. I don't know if it's because Erik Ten Hag "can't" formulate a strategy or there's something else.
The problem is that Erik Ten Hag tends to blame the players when Manchester United gets unsatisfactory results. In my opinion, that doesn't reflect a good coach, where usually the coach will try to be the first person who will be ready to defend his players when they make a mistake.
Mistakes are very common in football, what is unusual is when they often make mistakes. And that's what they show, yes they often make the same mistakes and it doesn't even need to happen. Therefore, I doubt them, although I also do not rule out the possibility that they might be able to do better.
