Manchester United have no plans of letting Ten Hag go,and that's why they let him stay for another year despite not taking the team to champions league last season.Manchester united need a better coach like Zidane for them to be considered premier league Tittle contenders. For now, they are behind Arsenal, Liverpool,Aston Villa, and Totthenham. However, they've given him another chance to correct his mistakes, and try to win something or qualify for champions league next season, else,he might be sacked.
Ten Hag will have a tougher task next season because he has to be able to place the Manchester United team in the top four zone in order to qualify for the Champions League again, even though his position is not good enough when compared to first place and runners-up. But with the squad as it is now, of course Ten Hag's performance deserves to be appreciated if he is able to bring Manchester United into the top four at the end of next season. Because last season Manchester United really suffered in reaching a better position.

I don't know what makes Manchester United believe in ten hag so much that the management continues to entrust him to coach Manchester and even reportedly ten hag will got an offer for a contract extension in the near future, actually Manchester United have tried to get close to Tuchel but they failed to get him because Tuchel wants to rest at this time in coaching the team, the failure to get Tuchel of course makes Manchester United again entrust his team to Ten Hag currently, Manchester United next season will play in the Europa League and of course Ten Hag must be able to provide satisfactory results and achievements for Manchester United if he does not want to be fired from the team.

Playing in the European League is certainly not an easy thing, although indeed the European League is in the second tier of UEFA but indeed the European League is still quite competitive and requires Manchester United to really have a qualified squad in competing, actually currently Manchester United has a pretty good squad, but unfortunately Ten Hag strategy and ability to improve Manchester United's performance is still fairly bad and we can say with a full squad With star players, Ten Hag failed to do so.
It was during the summer of 2022 that Manchester United appointed Erik ten Hag as the club's manager and for two seasons, the Dutchman is yet to deliver a performance that I think should convince the management of Manchester United to still stick with him. Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in Europe in terms of achievements and I think they should have a manager that understands their status not a manager who thinks that winning the League Cup and the English FA Cup in different seasons is enough to help him retain his position at the club. There's a strong report that the club's management is now in talks to extend the contract of Erik ten Hag at Manchester United which to me I think is unnecessary because of his poor performances. The report that they tried to sign Thomas Tuchel but failed I believe is true but I think there are still better managers apart from Thomas Tuchel that can manage Manchester United

Well am of a different opinion on zidane issue, I don't know but I think my theory is that he is actually looking for a team as good and complete as his previous team managed and for now he is still afraid to pick a coaching job because if he is truly eager to feel the thrills of managing and enjoy the excitement that comes with football then he would have certainly been coaching and the worse part is that a whole lot of club have offered him jobs with good pay too but turned all down.
I don't know when Zidane will start his adventure again as a coach, because he took a long break and he always doesn't respond when there are rumors involving his name. I think it's a shame that he took so long to rest, because if he comes back maybe something will change and hopefully he will follow those changes.
Zidane is one of the successful coaches and if I'm not mistaken, he is the only one who managed to win the Champions League 3 times in a row. This is an achievement and it is very natural that now he always gets a lot of interest from big teams to be part of them. However, the problem is that until now he has not said anything about his coaching future.

In fact, in my opinion, he carried out this difficult task shortly after Manchester United appointed him as coach. In his first season he was considered successful because he was able to take Manchester United to the Champions League, but in his second season he was very disappointing with an unexpected performance, even though he managed to win the FA Cup.
However, overall his performance is not satisfactory this season and he often defends himself, in my opinion this is an unwise thing for a coach to do because they are looking for a scapegoat for their failures.
This season is the season where he has to prove himself, and when he plays badly again I think Manchester United should start considering sacking him.

Don't even get me started on how Ten Hag always blames his players when they lose. No other words can describe it: bad leadership. A real leader doesn't shame people in public; instead, they take responsibility and rally the troops. He could start by coaching a pee-wee team to get a feel for it. This isn't just a few bad games; it's becoming norm. They seem to be allergic to winning. They really should think about changing careers. Maybe they could become professional bowlers? It would give them a chance to hit something

Hey hey that’s much on him. I know he is always too harsh on the players and don’t wanna take the blame whenever there’s a lose in a match, that is not a good character to be exhibited by a manager. A professional manager is suppose to be ready to take the blame for lack of performance and poor record in a match. Blaming the players won’t solve the problem because you coached them to play that which they’ve played and lost the match.

Of course is the duty of the manager to make sure that his boys conform to his plan or strategy and if something goes wrong he should be able to take the blame, though I no that in most cases players go against the strategy instructed by the coach but still he has to take the blame because they are paying him to use his coaching skills and improve the performance of the club, so perhaps any coach that's always fund of taking excuses of his failure will always be replaced by another.

In the case of Ten Hag one thing he must understand is that before he joined the club Manchester United was doing very well, though even if they weren't that perfect but they were more better then than now, so is obvious most of there problems are coming from there coaching pattern, imagine they could not even qualify for the champions League this coming season, well let's see if they will improve next season.

I don't think there is any need to compare the two managers, because they are on their own path to fate. Each club has its own challenges, it doesn't necessarily mean that coaching an elite club makes the job easier, everything really depends on mutual trust. Ten Hag hasn't been as lucky as Zidane both as a player and as a coach, I think that statement would be fair enough for both of them. Because after all there is always someone greater, we just need to enjoy them managing a team, and I hope Zidane can make a comeback soon from his rest.

Zidane have been on rest for long and by now he should suffix himself in one of the teams. It will even be better if he has been continuing his study on the career path he chose which is managing teams and not just be on break for so long. If he hasn’t gotten offers from the team he loves to manage the most, he should focus on making himself up and doing in some other clubs. He is a great coach and I expect him to still be that good but you know, when you go on break for too long, you’ll sometimes miss the great quality you once have but I hope he doesn’t. Any club that gets to sign him or any country side, they’ll expect the best from him due to his excellent past records, so he should be on his best even now.

Man United has not only been disappointing lately, they have been a complete train wreck. It's like watching a bunch of overpaid toddlers chasing a ball around with no clue what they're doing. "Tactics" of Ten Hag? Please. More of a random mix of teams and formations that change every other week. It's impossible to build a winning team without a clear mission and goal

Ten Hag performance since he joined Manchester United have been below average and they need to do better to what they’ve been playing if they want to excel among others. This is a manager that we all thought will be sacked at the end of the season, but thanks to his performance towards the end of the league and won the FA Cup. That is what is keeping him in the club but for any other reason, he will not be considered as the best coach for Manchester United now.

But, why when Erik ten Hag got success in his first season by making Manchester United manage to finish in the top four, and then many of the Manchester United fans were also satisfied with the results. With his success in his first season, there was then hope for Erik ten Hag to be able to deliver better results in his second season, but the reality failed. Even worse, Erik ten Hag was rated very poorly in his second season despite the fact that Manchester United was still able to compete well too, and managed to make Manchester United get the FA Cup trophy too. But still, they asked Erik ten Hag to be fired, but when he succeeded in his first season they praised him.

Manchester United is an elite club despite the poor performance they they have experienced in the past few seasons so any manager that is brought to the team is expected to only expected to bring good results by winning trophies, improving the strength and performance of the team then helping the team to qualify to champions league. The Manchester United manager was praised in his first season with Manchester United because despite not winning trophies he worked on the team performance and increased their winning mentality but his second season was full of errors, issues with some players and lots of mistakes as a result of wrong formation and substitutions. Yes he managed to win against Manchester City in the FA finals but that didn't improve the performance of the team and not also finishing in the top 4 is enough reason for him to be fired because I doubt if he can help the team to get better next season.

Zidane is not a good and better coach than Erik Ten Hag, if he is a good coach, then he should explore and go do it with a lower club same way Erik Ten Hag has done and also Xabi Alonso with Bayern Leverkusen. People forget he was also under pressure during his last season in charge of Real Madrid. Immediately he they won the Champions League Competition, he quickly resigned do he would still maintain a beautiful managerial profile.
Zinedine Zidane and Erik Ten Hag are entirely different from the rest. We know the devastating measures that follows when we're talking about these managers. Zinedine Zidane have made accomplishment for important titles for Real Madrid and won the UEFA Champions League title 3 memorable times in a row, he clearly station Real Madrid to be an elite team and we understand the unique form of the club.

While for Erik Ten Hag, he's still consider mediocre despite winning 2 titles in two season for Manchester United. To mention these titles, it become more average because he didn't go in for the top titles. Erik Ten Hag will improved with time but in the mean time, he just have to stick to the current condition of the club and making plans to establish the club's standards.

To be sincere, even with all this record that you mentioned, everyone knows that Zidane is better than Erick ten Hag. If it has already been seen and known to everyone, the difference is already in reality. No one will say he doesn’t believe all the facts that you have already mentioned, although we might still say that Erick ten Hag can be a good manager in some years, but for now, I don’t think he is supposed to be compared with Zidane. but both of them have their own different strengths and patterns to achieve their goals and an interest in others to follow different paths to success, so we are hoping to expect more from them.

Considering what it may cost them laying him off at this time, economically it may not be a really good decision for the team and so it has been put to great consideration looking at the possible economic status of the team at the moment, this are my taughts as to why Manchester united may have most likely kept ten hag till this moment, and if it be that it's a consideration, then I will see it to be reasonable enough but then they should look into his performance too aswell in the new season.

So much importance should be placed on the kind of results he's going to give Manchester united in the next season, because at some point it was looking like he's not even conscious of what he's offering the team, he was rather doing so much of blame games around, having every situation to blame at every point, been a reason they weren't able to win certain games at some points and even not getting through important stages in important games. Ten hag ordinarily should have left Manchester united because his performance isn't such that can be considered a good and beneficial one to the team especially in last season.

They will be playing in the Europa in the new season and I will want to see how well they will be doing with ten hag, fortunately for them, their likely equal is going to be Roma so all things been equal, Manchester united should stand out in the Europa without much struggles.Zidane is a kind of coach that will get the team to be fired up such that they will have no dull spirit or even have the chance to creating excuses for poor results, hopefully in the premier league in this new season, they will improve in this second opportunity given ten hag, as Manchester united isn't ready to replace him at the moment.

The coach is not the major proble for Manchester United, the players are not discipline, no communication, each players want a goal for himself.
The coach said in one of his interview with the press that they don't  play according  to the script ( the players), they will make a discussion  and plan everything  before match  only for them to play what they like... so howvan they progress, besides no caoch will want to coach a team that he won't be able to control, I give credit to Ten hag for still being able to go fats that extent although I think they are changing a  little bit now.

It doesn't make sense, if in the end Manchester United have plans to let Ten Hag go then why would they keep him for one season because in the end wouldn't the sooner be better for the re-adaptation of the coach.

Ten Hag is now retained with the risk that Manchester United must be prepared for all the worst possibilities including disputes between players and coaches but they choose that in the hope that there is at least one trophy back he managed to bring just like the 2 seasons he is coaching now.

Honestly, indeed all actions taken by Manchester United for now have the same risk whether it's keeping Ten Hag or letting him go but if the officials want to look at the long-term situation they should be more objective in making choices and I think keeping Ten Hag is a slightly wrong decision.

It is funny that you think Ten Hag is a better coach because Ten Hag wants to manage Man United. We must consider which one is better from his achievement as a manager. If we compare the trophies that Zidane and Ten Hag ever won, no doubt Zidane won more prestigious trophies. Zidane won the trophy of UCL, La Liga, Fifa World Cup, Uefa Supercup, and he becomes the best coach in the world 2 times.  Wink

Zidane doesn't need to prove he is a better coach by coming to Man United. He ever did it when he became a Real Madrid manager for the first time. At that time, many people also doubt him but he shut up people's critics by winning many prestigious trophies for Real Madrid. This is what Ten Hag should do with Man United!!

There are many indicators to measure a manager success, and in the end only one is selected as the best manager in each season. Apart from that, Zidane certainly has his own considerations when coaching a club, so far Zidane may not have found a suitable team. Many hope that Zidane will coach in the Premier League one day, who knows, in the future we will see him coaching one of the elite clubs there.

Dortmund is a team that will perform well in the upcoming season. But they will bring some unexpected results. my prediction is that they are going to win against some very big opponents which was not expected from them but at the same time they might lose or against some relatively weak opponents.
Yeah for sure Borussia Dortmund are going to have some big wins but they will not be able win the Bundesliga trophy next season, don't get me wrong I no that they have tried a lot on this season but there performance is still not good enough to win the Bundesliga considering their rivals, however even if we should evaluate there performance this season you will see that they weren't doing very well at the beginning but it was on the middle of the season they picked form which even helped them to qualify for the champions League next season, so perhaps if not for that pick up performance they had they wouldn't have qualified for the champions League.

For now the only thing I can say about Borussia Dortmund is that they can only qualified for the fifth or the fourth position on the Bundesliga but in terms of second position it will likely be very difficult because the first and second position will certainly be occupied by either Bayern Munich or Bayern Leverkusen because for now they both have the highest performance on the Bundesliga. But however like you said in terms of Borussia Dortmund wining some good matches they will certainly do because in as much as they may not win the league doesn't mean that they are bad in performance.
Next season I bet that they are going to be third at worst case. Leverkusen and Bayern are still looking strong, but just because Dortmund had one bad season doesn't mean that they are going to stay there. They sold so many players and made so much money because of this, they just feel like they are going to do a lot better and that is going to eb the decision maker.

I think we are going to see the situation changing, we just need them to do a lot better and for that to mean something we should consider how they can improve the squad. Dortmund winning europa wouldn't be that impossible neither too, just being there means that they are going to be the best team or one of the best. All in all I think they are a fine team.

I think it's natural if you are pessimistic about Man United, that's because you don't see Erik Ten Hag's squad experiencing many injuries this season. It is true that the squad is good but there are many injuries. To be honest, with the hurricane of injuries experienced by Man United this season, he has not completely failed in coaching Man United. In my opinion, Erik Ten Hag's performance with Man United could be said to be quite good, because if the team's condition is like this, there are lots of injuries, if a coach like Zidane trains Man United, he will also be confused and perhaps his performance could be worse.

Man United managed to win the FA Cup trophy and managed to play in the Europa League, this is quite good considering the storm of injuries experienced by the Man United team. It is true that Erik Ten Hag only has one bad thing, every time his team loses he will blame his players. but in my opinion, with the opportunity he gets not to be fired, he will change and prove that he is worthy of coaching Man United. I think the Europa League will be Erik Ten Hag's priority next season.

He would come to Manchester United and fumble. I know a couple few that make solid and correct analysis when it comes to football and you're one of them. I don't even have the energy to argue with whoever sees himas a good coach or not, Erik Ten Hag remains the right coach for Manchester United and will lead them to glory.

I don't need him to prove to me no more, I have watched his game and also gone back to analyse his decisons and tactics, he is a great coach, if he was in a club like Bayern Munich and Barcelona, you'd have seen him winning the treble.

Eric Ten Hàag should utilize this opportunity given to him by Manchester united management and try to make some difference for the team and considering the fact he won the F.A cup last season that granted them automatic ticket to the Europa league means that Ten Haag will be comfortable at Manchester united only if he stops pointing fingers at the players and stop the blame game only then he will be able to build a strong team. He should know that it is his duty to build a good relationship with the players because when a team is underperforming it's always the coach that everyone points fingers at and it is easier to sack a coach than sack the whole players, even if some players may prove pomposity but he should use wisdom and follow them as that is the only way to succeed as a coach.
Erik ten Hag got second opportunity become Manchester United manager after his failure performed well in domestic league but secure the UEFA Europe League spot place by winning FA Cup.
Its great opportunity for Manchester United although can't reach the Europe League spot standings in domestic league but get qualify trough FA Cup winning ticket and must perform well for winning Europe League next season.

Erik ten Hag appointing Manchester United former Ruud van Nistelrooy as his assistant manager for next season and he must improving teams performance for winning Europe League trophy and keep in the opportunity for Premier League tittle race. Europe League should be great chance for Manchester United become the winner because most of top teams will participants in Champion League next season.
