Well am of a different opinion on zidane issue, I don't know but I think my theory is that he is actually looking for a team as good and complete as his previous team managed and for now he is still afraid to pick a coaching job because if he is truly eager to feel the thrills of managing and enjoy the excitement that comes with football then he would have certainly been coaching and the worse part is that a whole lot of club have offered him jobs with good pay too but turned all down.
I don't know when Zidane will start his adventure again as a coach, because he took a long break and he always doesn't respond when there are rumors involving his name. I think it's a shame that he took so long to rest, because if he comes back maybe something will change and hopefully he will follow those changes.
Zidane is one of the successful coaches and if I'm not mistaken, he is the only one who managed to win the Champions League 3 times in a row. This is an achievement and it is very natural that now he always gets a lot of interest from big teams to be part of them. However, the problem is that until now he has not said anything about his coaching future.
Manchester United have no plans of letting Ten Hag go,and that's why they let him stay for another year despite not taking the team to champions league last season.Manchester united need a better coach like Zidane for them to be considered premier league Tittle contenders. For now, they are behind Arsenal, Liverpool,Aston Villa, and Totthenham. However, they've given him another chance to correct his mistakes, and try to win something or qualify for champions league next season, else,he might be sacked.
Ten Hag will have a tougher task next season because he has to be able to place the Manchester United team in the top four zone in order to qualify for the Champions League again, even though his position is not good enough when compared to first place and runners-up. But with the squad as it is now, of course Ten Hag's performance deserves to be appreciated if he is able to bring Manchester United into the top four at the end of next season. Because last season Manchester United really suffered in reaching a better position.
In fact, in my opinion, he carried out this difficult task shortly after Manchester United appointed him as coach. In his first season he was considered successful because he was able to take Manchester United to the Champions League, but in his second season he was very disappointing with an unexpected performance, even though he managed to win the FA Cup.
However, overall his performance is not satisfactory this season and he often defends himself, in my opinion this is an unwise thing for a coach to do because they are looking for a scapegoat for their failures.
This season is the season where he has to prove himself, and when he plays badly again I think Manchester United should start considering sacking him.
