As long as Atalanta are playing against Bayern Leverkusen the game is not over even when at 90+7'mins is still not over because these guys have a way of changing the outcome of the game. Atalanta are better in their defense and this is the best I have seen since the beginning of this very competition and if it continues this way I don't think Leverkusen are coming back in this game, for Atalanta to win this game is to avoid conceding a goal because a goal is giving Bayern Leverkusen an edge over Atalanta and the German side would dominate until they get an equalizer, but all I know is that tonight is the end of the glorious unbeaten.

It's as if one would say it's Nigerian against Nigerians with both teams having Nigerian stars. Wilfred Boniface on the Bayer Leverkusen side was who almost all football fans was expecting to deliver in this position that Lookman has surprisingly emeged in, giving his team an early brace up goals.

I believe that we need to consider that we are going to end up with a lot better results if given enough chances. Same with Dortmund over at UCL, not many give them a chance, but they still have a chance in the football world sense because it is the finals.

Many people actually expected Leverkusen to dominate the game, and win the game without any trouble, but the match is not going as expected because Leverkusen is losing 2-0 to Atalanta in the first half and there is a good hope for Atalanta because they are playing very well in the first half.

Atalanta have a good defense and a good goalkeeper, which makes it difficult for Leverkusen to penetrate their defense easily. I will not see this as a victory for Atalanta yet because the second half might be a different one.

I don't know what Alonso use to tell his men that always make them come back in the second half to draw or win the match. In this match there must be a winner, so I want to see how Leverkusen will be able to equalize those two goals and win the match, or will Atalanta score more goals to frustrate Leverkusen the more.

Leverkusen also made an extraordinary comeback when they faced Roma in the semi-finals. So it's possible that in the second half Leverkusen will be able to do it again. However, Atalanta's performance was beyond my expectations. I knew they were a strong club but I didn't expect them to be able to break down Leverkusen's defense quite easily in the first half. 2 Goals is clearly an extraordinary achievement for Atalanta. but that doesn't mean they have locked in victory. Because in the second half anything can still happen. And Leverkusen also started to improve their attacks well in the first half. It's just that I hope Xabi Alonso will also pay attention to the gaps in Leverkusen's defense that must be repaired in the second half. I just hope Xabi Alonso will change Amine Adli with Victor Boniface in the early of second half of the match. Xabi Alonso needs to consider playing with 2 strikers to increase the chance of scoring goals. So, it is better to add Patrik Schick as well. Palacios can be replaced by Patrik Schick, it won't bring too much impact on the midfield because I see Leverkusen has strong midfielders. What they need is to strengthen their attacking line!! Leverkusen needs to play more offensive and more aggressive in the second half of the match.

Against the expectations of many, the Europa League final is going in favour of Atalanta. The Nigerian international, Ademola Lookman have become a nightmare to Bayern Leverkusen following his two early goals. Now Leverkusen is two goals down and still facing serious pressure from Atalanta. Perhaps they understand the importance of remaining resolute until the end.

 Defensively, Bayer Leverkusen are not really secured else those two goals won't have found the net to give Atalanta a two goal lead. Atalanta are having a poor season in their league and are in 5th place, so they are particularly motivated to win the Europa League this season, given that they are up against a team who have not lost once this season they will be particularly pleased to beat them and be the only team to do so this season. At the moment Leverkusen are losing 2-0, sometimes attacking, but their realisation is terrible. But we all know that the true time of this team comes after the 90th minute

It seems like the root of Leverkusen's problem is that they still don't have enough experience in big matches like the European League Final. Even though their performance has been very good from the start of the season until now. but in the final match ability is not the only thing needed. But the player's mentality is also very necessary in this case. And Atalanta seems to be more experienced and has a more mature mentality in big matches.

Wow Ademola Lookman has done it again scoring two goals before the first half end against the undisputed team of the season, i will be happy to see Bayer Leverkusen being defeated but still my mind are not at rest because of how dangerous Bayer Leverkusen can be with the last minute goal which is what they can do best. Many people will be disappointed if the result end up like this because they all trust Bayer Leverkusen will win base on their consistency and also their records of unbeaten. Let see the end of first half.

Will the unbeaten record end this evening?

Ademola Lukuman has already put Atalanta in front with a goal in the 12th minute of the game, the Leverkusen defender was relaxed and Lukuman was lucky to kick the ball to the back of the net.

Just now, Lukuman has double the led to make it 2-0. I think people’s instinct on Leverkusen is going down because the underrated Atalanta is doing something very great tonight.

Some surprises seems to be happening at the Europa league finals between Atalanta and Bayern Leverkusen as Leverkusen is already losing by 2:0 in 26 minutes and the goals was scored by A. Lookman as he scored the two goals. No one saw this coming at all but Leverkusen will need to buckle up now before Atalanta makes it 3:0 before halftime, what a surprise in just the early minutes of this finals today but let's see how the match we go because Leverkusen is known for coming from behind to draw and even win matches so let's see if same thing will happen because the game is not going in their favour right now.
