Manchester United have just secured their first win in the Europa League this season, a win they achieved since changing managers. They must keep their performance on the positive track to maintain their chances of qualifying for the last 16.
Yes, their first win in the UEL competition is a good capital for the next match, but Van Nistelrooy, the man behind this temporary success, will be replaced. So, can Amorim maintain this positive progress? if I hope of course I want that but the new coach also needs adaptation so if we see obstacles or unsatisfactory results in one or two matches then that is normal but on the other hand if it continues to fail then Man Utd has made a mistake in releasing Van Nistelrooy.
I would guess because he had good four games with United, Ruud could get a good deal from some other team. I am not saying it would be a top six team, but it could very well be some premier league team, and at worst case maybe a championship team as well. He is has shown that, the team Erik Ten Hag had problems with, is not as bad as they thought it was, and Ruud did a good job with them, which proved to the world that he is a better coach than Erik Ten Hag probably.
This is why I believe he is going to get a better deal, and if it's from a team in European competition that would be good for him. It doesn't have to be from England, he could leave for any team, hell even a swap with Sporting to put him there could very well work.
