Onana’s definitely has his own flaws but also he is capable of giving a world class performance, if Manchester United want to sign a goalkeeper it is not bad at least there will be competition between them and it could make Onana more serious than before. The decision is left for the coach to make if he wants Onana as first choice or wants to sign a new goalkeeper.

Before Onana moved to Man United, we saw Onana's extraordinary abilities at Inter Milan. I always see United fans shit on Onana, but then I watch their matches and I wonder why they always shit on him. He's a very important part of their squad. He wins games for them, by making incredible saves yet, the fans still believe he's the problem at United.
I understand that Onana has some foolish moments and that could be due to lack of concentration and discipline but overall, he's not a bad goalkeeper.

The defense and midfield of Manchester United is not good at all, especially the midfield. They don't have a reliable DM and hardworking and reliable CMs and that is why they can't keep the ball and when they don't keep the ball, the defense and keeper suffers for it.
United need a good midfield, wingers and FBs, but they have no need of a new goalkeeper in my opinion. They can get a second choice goal keeper but Onana is still a good goalkeeper. If they sign even the best goalkeeper in the world, their problems won't be solved.

Manchester United's strength to compete in the Premier League may still be quite doubtful because it requires team evaluation to appear more convincing and the only way for them to qualify for the Champions League is to win the European league. Anderlecht should be okay unless they lose both games. I think then it could still become a tight finish as they don't have such a great goal difference, would then have an even worse goal difference why teams behind them would get the chance to close the gap. There are still Tottenham Hotspurs, Ajax and Real Sociedad and I think it is possible they win their games, which would give them 16 points at least. While I agree that they should be in the final round, it is mathematically not safe yet if I am not mistaken.

Agreed, the reason Onana is the main choice to enter the starting lineup, because basically Manchester United does not have another goalkeeper who has better quality than Onana. Thus, Amorim will still choose Onana as Manchester United's main goalkeeper. But yes, I hope the other goalkeepers on the Manchester United bench can develop better in a short time. Because of course, if they can do that then it will be a chance for other goalkeepers in the Manchester United squad to get the chance to play to replace Onana.
