Basically Manchester United got easy opponents in the Europa League, but because of Manchester United's poor performance so far, Manchester United has also been unable to get a win. Although initially Manchester United was a team that was included in the trophy candidate, but in reality Manchester United experienced poor performance and results  in the Premier League and also in the Europa League. Thus, it is certainly very appropriate for Manchester United to fire Erik ten Hag. About who the next Manchester United coach will be, the hope is of course to be able to make Manchester United rise  with good quality and performance in a short time this season.
In the Europa league, the Red Devils have not fought for a prominent spot other than adjusting to major defeats and dissapointing results. Manchester United have failed in all essential phase this season and you think it's good news for the club? It rather consider a little bit late for the club, and drastic measured been taken into action, which one sees Erik Ten Hag relieved from his managerial role and that's one step closer to redeveloping the club. Erik Ten Hag was given enough time to make things right for the club but things got screwed along the way, ofcourse this is not Ajax where he can do those magic and make things happen, this is EPL and making things happen, he has to take things step by step because it's a process.
There is a big difference between the league Ajax plays in and the Premier League. Things may be going the way he expected in Holland, but things didn't go as easily as he expected in the Premier League. Also, I think the Manchester United management gave him too many opportunities. The manager Ten Hag, who didn't take advantage of any of these opportunities, in my opinion, shouldn't have started this year with Manchester United. Fortunately, the management had to accept his change before it was too late.

Who knows if things will begin to turn around for Manchester United now that Ten Hag have been sacked and Ruud van Nistelrooy is now in charge of the team as the intrim coach. Ten Hag has brought down the club performance to a very low level, which is why they are finding it difficult to have two straight consecutive wins. I don't think that there's any hope for United of qualifying to the round of 16, because Ruud van Nistelrooy will need to understand the players capabilities, and blend them into his own game pattern, which might be a big challenge for him.
That is a big hope for Manchester United fans and I am sure they are in a more enthusiastic condition now. Ruud van Nistelrooy has been entrusted to handle Manchester United for the time being before they officially announce a new manager. Hope is still open as long as he can make some changes in the upcoming matches and as you said who knows under him Manchester United will be much better than Erik Ten Hak for a while.
the question is, what if after changing the coach it becomes obvious that the problem of united is not just a coaching problem? The entire team looked tired and uninterested in football and can comfortably give out point even after the sack of Eric Teng hang. Thier performance against Leicester under Ruud Van Nistelrooy who is now thier interim coach should show if what's the problem of United is a coaching problem or more than that. The worse thing to happen is that they lose against Leicester in this match, it will be a very bad start for the new coach and might get fans really worried. They just have to win this knowing that on Sunday is an important fixture against Chelsea who is more of an arch rival that's currently in a better form than united.

This is precisely the 3rd time they have drawn in the Europa League this season from the 3 matches they have played, it is a very unsatisfactory record achieved by Manchester United. Honestly, I am confused to say whether in this match Manchester United played well so they could hold Fenerbahce to a draw, or Fenerbahce played well so they were able to hold Manchester United to a draw. Because from the beginning, in fact, in the match there were big questions about Manchester United's performance, even though they have a bigger name than Fenerbahce, but in terms of their game they were not that good.
There is nothing special for Manchester United this season and they are still having difficulty showing major changes even though they got several players in the previous transfer market. After experiencing a draw in the Europa League, Manchester United lost again in the Premier League and this made things worse. Fenerbahce is much better because if you look at the quality of the players, the average is below Manchester United players and Manchester United should be much easier to beat them.
There are so many shortcomings of Manchester United this season that they cannot play optimally like other top clubs, against clubs like Fenerbahce, Porto and Twente Man United were completely unable to conquer them even though they each got 1 point but that was a bad result for a top club, but after the dismissal of Erik Ten Hag hopefully it will bring a better change and Man United can improve their performance again before being eliminated in the Europa League this season.
Already Manchester United is not doing well in any competition then again they sacked their manager which means overall bad effect on Manchester United this season. Ever since it was confirmed last season that Manchester United will play in the Europa League next season but Manchester United fans started to have some expectations that their team would do well in the Europa League. However, Manchester United's performances in the Europa League have disappointed fans throughout. Now if a new manager comes to Manchester United and if he can manage the team well then I would say Manchester United still has a chance to do well in Europa League. They need to perform in the Europa League to finish the season in a respectable position and in the Premier League they need to perform to qualify for the Europa League next season.

Understanding the players is very important so that they can work well together and such an approach needs to be taken by Ruud van Nistelrooy so that the players can be much more consistent in better form.

Yep. Xabi Alonso even refused to move to Bayern Munich or Real Madrid. There is no way that he accepts to move to Man United now. Xabi Alonso also has a contract with Leverkusen, he must wait for the end of the contract if he wants to move. He is a typical of loyal person, he won't easily switch to Man United. Meanwhile Xavi Hernandez, he doesn't manage any team now, he is available to move to any team.

Xab Alonso has remained unchanged about his decision to remain in Bayern Leverkusen so until his contract expires with the club can we know if it will be renewed or he consider moving to other clubs but i also have the feeling that Xabi Alonso may not accept to coach Manchester united reason being that the club needs a lot of works which will be so stressful and exhausting for Xabi Alonso and for the fact that he managed to make Bayern Leverkusen become a better club will also mean that he will prefer to move to a club that is more consistent than Manchester united. Maybe Xavi Hernández can take up the job since he is not coaching any team currently after he was sacked by Barcelona so he is most likely the favourite to be signed by Manchester united.

If you look at Man United's performance in the European arena, it's not just this season that they've been slumping, previous seasons since being coached by Ten Hag have also been like that, there has been no development at all in the European league. Even if you look at it in more detail, Man United since being coached by Ten Hag have only won once in their last 11 matches in Europe. Of course this is Man United's worst record, how out of 11 matches that have been played in the European league, they could only win when they played against Copenhagen which is a weak team, especially this season they played against Porto, Twente and Fenerbace.

This trend is of course very disappointing for a big club like Man United. Under a new coach, whoever the coach is, he must immediately find a solution to improve performance in Europe including in the domestic league. Although coaching does not immediately make big changes, at least a new coach can make the team have character in playing and of course every new coach must be patient with the process.

I think it is time for the club management to sack Ten Hag after he got the chance but he still failed to meet the expectations of the board. The draw against a mediocre team is quite disappointing for the fans even though Manchester United is also considered a mediocre team at the moment. They are ranked 21st in the UEL standings and that is not a good result as they could fail to qualify for the next round. I hope the club management can find a replacement for Ten Hag. So far it seems that Nistelrooy will take over the coaching seat. United draw against teams like Twente or Fenerbahce then they will have a hard time if they meet stronger teams like Lazio, Tottenham or Lyon.

We have not seen better performance than Manchester United in Premier League, even in Europa League matches Manchester United failed to play well. Manchester United can't win a single match in Europe League. The overall performance of this team was very poor. And everyone thinks the decision to fire Ten Hag was the right one. With the help of Ten Hag, this group had no chance of improvement.

It cannot be said for sure whether the new coach of Manchester United will be able to change the overall condition of the team. But it is expected that we may see some stable performance from Manchester United.

Xabi Alonso received several lucrative offers during the summer but he declined them to remain at Bayer Leverkusen and I don't think he'll be making a switch to Manchester United now so if Manchester United should finally decide to sack Erik ten Hag anytime soon, then I think former Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez will be the available option. Xavi in his time at Barcelona really had a impressive spell as he helped them win the Spanish La Liga title in his first full season at the club. I think he'll help improve the performance of Manchester United if he gets the chance to manage the Red Devils but we must wait for the club's management to make their final decision on who to replace Erik ten Hag should they sack him
Now situation is very interesting because we have Manchester United coach post with many big names are trying to have, rumours are clearly indicating Xabi Alonso is also under radar of Manchester United management but most chances he will prefer to stay at the Bayer Leverkusen because he is doing good job while win title in last season and currently having second and third spot which is surely not bad as we have long season ahead which can bring more change as well.

But, if he leaves this surely it's going to be problem for his career and Bayer Leverkusen as well so it's time for him to take good decision wisely which will help him in future and also give him good confidence for fighting hard for big games as well my strong feeling is most chances he will be stayed here and complete his tenure which will be good for the all stakeholders.

FYI, Man United has sacked Ten Hag. Now, Man United is managing by Van Nistelrooy as an interim coach. According to some news, Man United is negotiating with Xavi Hernandez but we don't know if Xavi will accept the offer. Xavi is surely quite good option for the next coach. He actually did well job in Barcelona in the season 2022/2023 (he won 2 trophies). Sadly, he failed to maintain it in the season 2023/2024.

News related to Ten Hag's dismissal:
1. Man Utd sack manager Ten Hag
2. Erik ten Hag sacked by Manchester United after two-and-a-half years
3. Man United sack Erik ten Hag; Ruud van Nistelrooy interim

Manchester United fans are very happy that the Ten Hag has been sacked. Because compared to the last two seasons, the performance of Manchester United in this season is more weak. We don't see Manchester United players playing well against smaller teams either. Manchester United is not in the top 10 of the points table. The performance of this team in the Premier League is very weak, at the same time the Manchester United team cannot perform well even in a match of the Europa League.

Manchester United have changed coaches. Ruud van Nistelrooy is the new coach of Manchester United. Not very experienced Ruud van Nistelrooy. Earlier, Ruud van Nistelrooy was the coach of PSV. I thought Manchester United would hire a more experienced coach. However, Ruud van Nistelrooy needs to give the players enough time to adapt. At the same time, United need to develop a stable match strategy. I don't think it can be done very quickly. So it is not right to expect too much from the new coach Ruud van Nistelrooy at the moment.

I think I'm really starting to like the new system Grin. Although it felt strange at first, having each team play against seven different teams has made team choices more fun and has also made it easier for surprise teams to advance to the next rounds. Even though three matches have been played, we still can't say for sure that any team will 'definitely qualify' or 'definitely be eliminated.' This makes both watching the games and betting more enjoyable.

When we look at the current standings, we get an idea of the top 8, but it will probably change completely after the next 5 matches. The last game of the group stage will be played at the end of January, and I’d like to leave a prediction (or maybe just a note) for that time already.

When we take a look at the current standings, I think a few of these teams are only here temporarily. Lazio, Tottenham, Ajax, and Galatasaray are teams that are here now and that I believe will still be here when the group stage ends. Outside of this list;

Actually, I don't have a thought like 'this team will probably finish in the top 8' about any team. But that’s what makes this system great. I remember making a ranking prediction for each group in the old system, and two of my group predictions ended up exactly as I guessed. Right now, I think making predictions would require a very deep analysis. Do you have a top 8? Huh

My Top 8 prediction would be, with no particular order:
Tottenham Hotspur
Ajax
Porto
Lazio
Anderlecht
Eintracht Frankfurt
Athletic Bilbao
Real Sociedad

Only 3 matches were played. 2 more matches and the standing will be more or less clear.

Xabi success with Leverkusen made his name and career stand out as one of the best young coach, there are indeed many rumors related to the interest of several big team to be able to bring in Xabi but there will be lot of competition if Manchester United also has the interest, they must provide an attractive offer and must be able to convince Xabi and this is not easy.
We just see how it goes after this season is over and if Ten Hag is really fired who will replace him, whether they succeed in bringing in Xabi or not, what is clear is that I not sure about this.
Xabi's focus is now on Leverkusen, I don't think he has started to think about his future where he will go, because if he wanted last season to be a very big opportunity for him, but he made the decision to stay with Leverkusen. Well, I don't think he should be confused about looking for a big club if he wants to leave Leverkusen, as long as he has to show the best of his performance. He doesn't have to be a champion again, by being able to stay at the top of the Bundesliga he will still get a lot of interest. However, when his performance is destroyed this season, then maybe interest in him will decrease and some people think his success last season was just luck.

Recently I saw in a new that Manchester United is linked with some xabi deals but I have not confirmed it just yet but I'm hoping it's true, currently I believe he will be a good replacement for Manchester United seeing how well he did managed Barcelona throughout his stay at Barca, Manchester United have not showed signs of sacking their coach just yet so I cannot tell the explanation behind rhe recent coach scout, maybe he will be sacked by the end of the season if they eventually get a better replacement by then. It's funny how some persons away from the management still see him as a good coach but still needs time.
Xabi Alonso is currently one of the most hunted coaches for great teams of Europe and I'm sure United would love to have him but he is also linked with City in case that Guardiola will leave to pursue his dream of training a national team for 2026 world cup and beyond.

At this point its kinda clear that United needs a new coach because even in premier league they are not doing great at all and year after year we see the same poor United ...having great players but cannot make great performances.

Xabi or Xavi?  Huh
I don't see any reason Man United can sign Xabi. Xabi has a contract with Leverkusen until the end of the season. If Man United want to sack Ten Hag soon and replace him with a new coach, Xavi is a more reasonable option. Although Xavi doesn't stay a long time in Barcelona, he could build Barcelona with many talents. He left Barcelona after Barcelona has many talented players. If Man United board want to have a long term project with Man United squad, Xavi is the right coach. Xavi knows well how to build a squad from the scratch. Xavi also has a very tactical person, he knows it because he was the player who became the mastermind of Barcelona attacking. I'm actually very enthusiastic if Man United wants to replace Ten Hag with Xavi. It seems the opportunity of Ten Hag in Man United is over already.
