Xabi success with Leverkusen made his name and career stand out as one of the best young coach, there are indeed many rumors related to the interest of several big team to be able to bring in Xabi but there will be lot of competition if Manchester United also has the interest, they must provide an attractive offer and must be able to convince Xabi and this is not easy.
We just see how it goes after this season is over and if Ten Hag is really fired who will replace him, whether they succeed in bringing in Xabi or not, what is clear is that I not sure about this.
Xabi's focus is now on Leverkusen, I don't think he has started to think about his future where he will go, because if he wanted last season to be a very big opportunity for him, but he made the decision to stay with Leverkusen. Well, I don't think he should be confused about looking for a big club if he wants to leave Leverkusen, as long as he has to show the best of his performance. He doesn't have to be a champion again, by being able to stay at the top of the Bundesliga he will still get a lot of interest. However, when his performance is destroyed this season, then maybe interest in him will decrease and some people think his success last season was just luck.
Indeed, for now Xabi should focus on Leverkusen and really optimize their performance better considering they face tougher competition, last season they were able to get success because Bayern Munich was also in declining condition but now Bayern Munich is performing well and Leverkusen must also focus on the UCL which is an important competition that they must complete at least better and any team that will be Xabi destination still has to wait for next season to confirm the answer.

In the next Europa League match schedule, the opening brings Besiktas against Malmo FF and this match is very important for both of them because they both have 1 win with 2 losses and this victory can make improve their standings, Besiktas plays with the advantage at home so they can be more sure to save 3 points in full.

I admit that Ten Hag dismissal gives a happy impression because he has given a big score in another competition. But if this is related to the European league match, I don't think I agree if Man United rushes to inaugurate Ruben Amorim as coach before the next European league match starts.
Because a new coach must really experience adaptation and this will worsen the situation that should have improved.
So I would agree more if Ruben Amorim was immediately inaugurated as MU coach but in terms of pursuing the European league match, at least Ruben Amorim must continue to work with Van Nistelrooy to get better results.
I am sure Amorim really needs direction from Ruud van Nistelrooy considering that for now he is the only one who understands the situation and condition of the players after Erik Ten Hag left. So it can be said that his presence will provide a real picture for Amorim to build an initial relationship with the United squad. Amorim needs to adapt to get to know all the United players even though some of them are Bruno who is also Portuguese but overall a quick adaptation is needed in the current situation where the competition is in the middle of the road.

The coming in of Amorim will not be successful if he is not well informed of the recent development in the Manchester United team because he may have seen the situation in the team but he will need not just the assistance of the interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy rather he will need the help and cooperation of the players, the management of the team for him to be able to run the job without issues.
Bruno being the United captain will help to bring bond to the team since Amorim is his country man I think he will have an easy going relationship with the team be he will work with the team very well.

Literally Ruben Amorim may have to work with Van Nistelrooy till almost the end of the season if he would want to achieve great results as implementing a completely new strategy almost immediately will not be productive enough and may get them to struggle through the season and it will still feel like when they still had their former head coach but he can gradually bring in the idea of a new strategy and they will literally get used to it before the season comes to an end. Manchester United can still have a chance in the Europa league if they continue diligently in the spirit of the results they got in their first game after the exit of ETH.

Manchester United have sacked ten hag and finally what the fans expect has come true now, Manchester United performance under ten Hag coaching is very bad not only in the league but in the European league they are one of the teams that have not won at all, I think the change of coach at least gives hope that change will happen at Manchester United later and I think Manchester United must inaugurates Amorin as coach Before the 4th match of the Europa League is played, so that at least Manchester United will experience a change in strategy and also improve their performance to achieve their first victory in the Europa League.

Of course, this dismissal brings happiness to all fans who have wanted Ten Hag to be fired since last season. With this dismissal, it brings a breath of fresh air for Man United so that they can immediately improve the standings under the new coach later, especially in the European league where they have not been able to achieve a single win from the three matches that have been played in the European league, all ending in a draw. This is bad for a team like Man United.

The dismissal of Ten Hag was right, this was proven under Ruud as interim coach, Man United managed to display a satisfactory performance and even achieved a big win. Players like Bruno played well when given freedom, Man United's game has changed and is organized, three players are always there, the distance is not too far. That is what distinguishes it from coach Ten Hag whose game is very chaotic, the game must be from below, the defense line goes down, while the two midfielders are a bit far from the wing position, playmaker, winger, and striker.

I also think so, if Ruben Amorim is appointed as Man United coach then Van Nistelrooy must be his assistant because Van Nistelrooy knows Man United very well so it will make it easier for Ruben Amorim to adapt so he can quickly get chemistry with the players which in the end Man United's hopes of improving the standings and qualifying for the last 16 of the Europa League can be realized.

I think that for now the MU shouldn't get too excited about Ten Hag being replaced, they have already decided and they decided on Ten HAG, so harbouring a possible reason that they could replace him this season would be a smart thing to do but I don't think they will do it, they will continue with Ten Hag until the end and well for now he has to assume his mistakes and move on, Xabi doesn't want to go to the MU, even though it would do him a lot of good, but for now he won't leave a Leverkusen team that is doing well in the UCL, he has neglected the Bundesliga but without a doubt Leverkusen is a team that fulfills him.

Ten Hag has already been sacked and his assistant took charge as the replacement until whenever they would come to agreement for a new manager. Ruud van Nistelrooy who replaced Ten Hag had a good start with a 5-2 win against Leicester City, it was an interesting game play following his new temporal management, much on him due to their next fixture against Chelsea, the match won't be as easy like that of Leicester. The match against Chelsea will be a test if they will be able to sustain before they approve the decision on who becomes the permanent coach, current talks on Ruben Amorim who has agreed on the terms.
After Ten Hag's dismissal by Man United then trained by Ruud van Nerstelrooy for a while and most likely Ruben Amorim will later become the manager of Man United because this issue is the most talked about. It must be admitted that the spirit of Man United's game is back alive again, this is a good start.

RVN for a while clearly made good changes so that Man United's game was good again and they also won big against Leicester City in the League Cup. This is a good start to restore confidence especially in the European league which has never won once.

Man United has changed in the first match after the manager was fired. However, we need to see how their next performance is against Chelsea in the EPL and against PAOK in the European League whether Man United is able to get positive results. If successful, then the players can really work well with the coach and hope that it does not happen again like the previous coach who started well but problems reappeared after the honeymoon period passed.

We hope this is a new revival for Man United. The victory over Leicester City was a sweet victory and they rose again. Hopefully it will affect their position in the league standings in the domestic league and in the European league.

Xabi Alonso received several lucrative offers during the summer but he declined them to remain at Bayer Leverkusen and I don't think he'll be making a switch to Manchester United now so if Manchester United should finally decide to sack Erik ten Hag anytime soon, then I think former Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez will be the available option. Xavi in his time at Barcelona really had a impressive spell as he helped them win the Spanish La Liga title in his first full season at the club. I think he'll help improve the performance of Manchester United if he gets the chance to manage the Red Devils but we must wait for the club's management to make their final decision on who to replace Erik ten Hag should they sack him

In fact, Ruben Amorim is the current frontrunner and has also been very close to becoming Manchester United manager. But for the current interim coach of Manchester United, it is clear that the previous assistant coach was appointed as head coach,  and he is Ruud van Nistelrooy. In the first match, Ruud van Nistelrooy made Manchester United win big in the EFL Cup because Manchester United managed to beat Leicester with a big score of 5-2. But indeed, before I also said that if the scenario of dismissing Erik ten Hag happened,  then it was certain that Ruud van Nistelrooy would become the interim coach. Also, before I said that cases like this more often make teams recover, because scenarios like this also happen quite often when teams have interim coaches, even though in the end they will not be able to be consistent.

Xabi Alonso has a commitment with Leverkusen this season, at least until the end of this season. Because if he wanted to move, he would have moved last season after many offers came to them and even big teams from big leagues were interested in him. However, Xabi Alonso decided to stay. With reasons like that, it is very difficult for us to see Xabi leaving in the middle or even before the middle of this season. He will finish something he has started, he has made a decision and I am sure he is a person who sticks to the decisions he makes. Indeed, this young coach has an attraction for other teams, especially after recording success with Leverkusen.
It is no Rumour that Xabi Alonso has been the target for so many clubs in Europe especially the elite ones like Real Madrid, Manchester United, and even Liverpool but I don't think he would be leaving before the end of the season because he is tied to Bayer Leverkusen till the end of the season and then he would have to evaluate his options and know what decision to take or where to go next to continue his managerial business. Xabi Alonso has proven himself to be a very good coach by winning the German league and the German cup last season and ending up as runners up in the Europa League where they lost to FC Atalanta in the final and ever since he been recognised as one of the emerging coaching prospects in European football and looks like a possible replacement for Carlo Ancelotti if he decides to leave Real Madrid anytime soon.

Xavi Alonso is a superior coach, and any major club would prefer to have a coach like him. Bayern Leverkusen will not want to let Xabi Alonso leave the club because he still has things to win for the club, having won the Bundeliga trophy and even the German Cup, so he is hoping to be in the Champions League after failing to defeat Atalanta in the Europa League final, and no one expected Leverkusen to lose the game because they were in better shape and expected to defeat and win the Europa League trophy, but they failed. Now they are in better shape. In both the league and the UCL, let's see what Xabi Alonso will achieve this season with Leverkusen this time. Because am very impressed with what they are playing in the Champions league and there next game will be against Liverpool, and that game will be very interesting to watch because both of them are in better shap this season in the league and ucl. I think Xabi Alonso will like to win the ucl before he make is decision for leaving Leverkusen and move to any big club in Europe.

As with the question of keeping the previous manager and whether the team’s performance can be guaranteed to be better, at least by changing the manager there is a glimmer of hope that change can be seen. Erik Ten Hak has not been able to handle the egos of Manchester United players and that was evident from the start and there may be other, far more crucial issues that are making Manchester United’s performances worse. Under Ruud Van Nistelrooy Manchester United managed to win the game with a more promising number of goals and I think you can judge that if you watch the game.

At least there is new hope when the previous atmosphere was not going well and we hope Manchester United can return to performing consistently even though they have not got a permanent coach.
Sacking Ten Hag is the best step taken to improve the team's performance, because Ten Hag was not having the tactical idea on how the team can win matches. Even if Manchester united performance will not improve up to expectations, it is better than Ten Hag remains the manager, because this will make United management look for a new coach that can handle the club. It seems that Erik Ten Hag has struggled in arranging strategy in both the Europa League and Premiere League after Manchester United drew several times. The team's success has not been seen this season, perhaps one of the best ways for Manchester United to focus more on finding additional new players on the front line because defeat cannot be tolerated, like it or not, the management has to look for the best for the team.
Rather than spending more money to buy some front line players again, I think it would be better for Manchester United to see a new coach who is rich in tactics this season. Because the Manchester United team does not lack the best players at this time, but they only lack the best tactics from their coach so that the team does not look to be progressing and developing well this season. So the team management who can be very aware of this will certainly do their best because if they only buy players without being equipped with a smart coach, it will also be very useless and they will also experience more losses this season.

It is not easy to bring in a new coach, even one with class and a record of many achievements does not guarantee that Manchester United can immediately skyrocket in performance. What is certain is that they are currently reviewing several names that will replace Ten Hag's role. In addition, it is not certain that the coach they appoint will be willing to handle Manchester United. Moreover, Nistelrooy is currently trusted to handle Manchester United even though he has the status of interim coach. However, his debut paid off when United won over Leicester in the EFL Cup. For now, the focus of the club's management is not to bring in players, but to find a coach or is looking for a coach who is ready and will take United in a better direction. The Ten Hag era is over, IMO, maybe he was overwhelmed to handle a team as big as Manchester United. For now, the interim coach is handling The Red Devil. Moreover, Nistelrooy is one of Manchester United's legends and perhaps he can actually raise the spirit and motivation of Manchester United's players. This week United will host Chelsea in the Premier League competition, host PAOK in the Europa League competition in the 4th session. Interestingly, we see how Nistelrooy led Manchester United while under his tutelage.

the question is, what if after changing the coach it becomes obvious that the problem of united is not just a coaching problem? The entire team looked tired and uninterested in football and can comfortably give out point even after the sack of Eric Teng hang. Thier performance against Leicester under Ruud Van Nistelrooy who is now thier interim coach should show if what's the problem of United is a coaching problem or more than that. The worse thing to happen is that they lose against Leicester in this match, it will be a very bad start for the new coach and might get fans really worried. They just have to win this knowing that on Sunday is an important fixture against Chelsea who is more of an arch rival that's currently in a better form than united.

The 3 draws Manchester United got in the Europa could be as a result of low motivation, incompetence and tactical errors on the side of the coaching crew. It is very obvious that coach Erik Ten Hag has run out of idea and lacks the ingredients of taking the club to glory days considering the result the team has produced in the Europa League this season. Three draws in a row doesn't seem like a coincidence to me, rather it shows how exhausted the manager is and probably doesn't know what next to do to improve the team's performances both in the European competition and in the domestic also where they seem to be struggling too.
.

I think the best option for any struggling team like the case of Manchester United is to introduce a new coach that would probably introduce a new style of play or an unusual strategy that is far more better than that of the former manager, only in such a situation can a struggling team can begin to experience some improvement that can be transformative and also move the club out of the lowest position where they are right now in terms of ranking and otherwise.

I think no other manager has had as many opportunities to prove himself as Ten Hag has had to prove himself for Manchester United.

You have a point on that because there is no manager that has been given such privileges that was giving to him since I started watching those matches because i have seen how most of the clubs behaves towards there coaches they would tension the coach right from his very first match if he is not coaching well they would replace him or give him a deadline to meet up before the season will end but that was not the case of Ten hag it was as if Manchester United management did not even care how he coached the team because already before this time so many questions has been ask if Manchester United management is very okay with the poor results he was bringing to them, well one thing about all this kind of coaching is that if the club management did not say anything the coach will just be relaxed feeling that the management is very pleased with him.
Yes, the opportunity given by Manchester United to Erik ten Hag is very broad, but unfortunately he could not prove the trust that Manchester United tried to give. If we look at what Chelsea did, then Erik Ten Hag got a lot of opportunities. Just imagine, Chelsea can change their coach even 3 times in a season, that's because they are not satisfied enough with the coach's performance. Even when their coach gives good progress like their previous coach, they don't think twice to fire him at the end of the season. Well now Ten Hag has ended the opportunity given to him and I think Manchester United could actually be quicker in making that decision.
Even Ten Hag himself already knows he had failed Man united football club on the contract that he signed , and wouldn't say he wasn't given much of time to try to change things even when he was to be sacked last season, yet he was given another opportunity after last season mess up.

I am sure we are talking about a team that will try to play a lot more with fire. The main reason would be, players who are veterans would know the difference and they would end up also hyping the younger ones up as well.

This is the exact moment any team has to do better, because otherwise they will seem weak and management will start to sell players who are playing badly as well.

There are too many players on this team that sucks, and they should sell them to make room for others. I can literally keep 5 players from this team and fire all the rest, sell them if I can, or just bench them and not play them until they are gone. They need to get some young and very excited players to get them some success, otherwise they won't do well.

What they need right now is some leadership, and Ruud is giving that until Amorim comes, he is an old player who seen high levels so he can help them do as well as they can hope for and just keep the ship going.
