Ten Hag has indeed won two trophies during his time in charge of Manchester United and that has been a source of pride for him all this time in the media, but I think with the money that Manchester United have spent so far in supporting him, of course the FA and Carabao trophies are not something that can cover up the fans disappointment with him so far, at the moment the management continues to give him great trust to continue coaching and obviously it indicates they are too blind at the moment in looking condition of the team is so very bad, but even so, the trust that Ten Hag has now gained should be a reference for him to give the best for the fans by winning major trophies such as the Europa League or the Premier League in end season later, I think this will be a big test for Ten Hag in getting his team back on track after a series of poor results in recent weeks.

Manchester United team is consistently performing poorly. However, Manchester United management has not thought of sacking Ten Hag. Manchester United management have spent a lot of money building up the squad to Ten Hag's liking. This is probably why United management is giving Ten Hag plenty of opportunities to improve United's performance. But I don't think Manchester United's performance will improve with Ten Hag. Manchester United's performance in this season is very weak compared to last season. Manchester United is not able to play well even in Europe League matches. The team has failed to win both the Europa League matches.

Knowing that the management has still got some sort of confidence in him has made him almost not really sorry about all of his errors, he's beginning to be bold because at the end of almost every season, he gets to come back with some sort of trophies and then look like he actually achieved something for the season and maybe that's one of the things he's planning on doing and that's why he keeps talking about judging him at the end of the season forgetting that the management may get tired of his failure and terminate his job before the end of the season he's been speaking off in awhile now.
Let's see whether he will win any single trophy this season if that's the case. Ten Hag should know by now that this season is not for him to survive another stay in Manchester United as their head coach by winning the FA Cup or Europa League title for them at least. As he has been lucky all this while, he can find himself not to be lucky this time around. He's forgetting to note that, being lucky in a season to lift any league title doesn't happen all the time as anticipated. There will be seasons when you thought you have the league titles under your control, you end up losing it due to unimagining circumstances. This is what Ten Hag don't seem to understand. He thinks this season would be like last year.

If you compare these two teams, Lazio is better, but as you said Twente is not as bad as imagined. When they can be in the European League, you should be able to see that they are not an ordinary team, but when compared to names like Lazio, they are still slightly below Lazio. However, in the European League like this, this is not a guarantee, because there are many surprises that occur, especially Twente will definitely try their best to do their best. If you look at it at a glance, then I will not deny that I will choose the team that is stronger on paper, that is the easiest way to bet. However, in football it is not that simple, there are many factors that can make a team win a match, luck for example.
I agree it is very clear on paper that Lazio is more superior and they have more experience in the European league but in this match Lazio must visit Twente's headquarters and it must be remembered that they were able to hold Man United to a draw at Old Trafford although it is undeniable that Man United's strength is not at its true level but that is a good motivation for Twente for the next match it is not impossible that they can win the match against Lazio later, football is full of surprises unexpected events will always be present, I believe there are some bettors who bet on Twente even so if I had to choose of course I would avoid this bet, the European league is now very difficult to predict, the superior team can be disappointing.

To be fair Twente isn't as bad as you might think, but could be not great either, I am not entirely sure. I would give Lazio a chance to win of course, but I wouldn't consider Twente to do nothing neither, they may try their best and possibly do something this game too. This is why I have hopes about them having a chance of getting at least a draw.

Europa has been quite complicated so far, I am not sure who will win against who, betting on it is very tough, hell even UCL has been tough and making me lose, so I can't say European competitions are great this season. I haven't checked conference league to be fair, I am not going to lie I don't know what's going on there, maybe it's easier to gamble there, but for these two competitions things are tough.

Ten Hag does know that Manchester United management still believes in him despite his lapses. That's why he keeps reminding everyone that he should be judged by the end of the season not by what the present condition of Manchester United is "poor performance".

I believe that's what Ten Hag is letting everyone know. And it's like he wants Manchester United management to agree to that, let's see whether they will or not, to accept that. To wait until the end of the season before they could make a final decision on Ten Hag's fate.

It's always a rare case for a club to wait until the end of the season before they can decide on the fate of a coach who is having a poor performance in the team. It's always end up as sacking the coach without having prolonged issues. However, let's see how Manchester United handles this with Ten Hag. I just think it will be in the interest of Manchester United.

The faith and trust they have for him will soon be over. Its just a matter time for them to see that he is incapable irrespective of his promises to the club. Time waste for no one. While the club needs progress and trophies they wont wait for one man stuck with his delusion that he will restore glory back to Manchester United for two years. Last season he was lucky to get a trophy, though its not much and this season he is expecting one with this terrible performance from his boys.

From now till the end of the season is enough time for him. The club can wait to see the outcome but once the season is over and no positive result to show forth Ten Hag should be ready to leave the club.

Ten Hag always feels calm even though MU has a bad record after the match is over, in my opinion his attitude is like that because he has full support from management. I don't think the management still trusts him with the coaching position due to his success in delivering trophies at the end of the season. His success last season in the FA Cup was just a stroke of luck in my opinion, it is very unlikely that he will repeat that success again this season if his performance continues like this. Management must be able to see realistically how Chelsea's performance is now after the change of coach. Ten Hag is also still struggling to give his team a win in the Europa League, this situation is adding to MU's suffering and it is very likely that they will be eliminated sooner than expected.

What else can he say, he can't admit that another season under his leadership has started disastrously, much worse than anyone could have expected. He will remember his minor achievements and hope that his good relationship with the management will allow him to stay in the team long enough, until the team starts winning.

But I don't understand what he is waiting for, what should change, I don't see him starting to do something differently that would improve the game, everything remains the same, they have a bad defense that makes a lot of mistakes, and the game is quite chaotic, if you compare it with Arsenal, for example, where well-established defense and attack schemes are clearly visible.

Yep. In the first 2 matches in Europa league, Man United never got a single win. Man United always got a draw result and never showed a promising performance. Although they could make great stats in each match, they always resulted in draw results. It is difficult to expect good performance from Man United because they never showed that they have an ability to win the match. Moreover, they will play against Fenerbahce in the upcoming match, it is also an away match for Man United. I think Man United players will be harder to play in Fenerbahce home. Although Man United must win the match, but it looks like a small chance to win it. TBH, I'm doubtful with Man United.

Manchester United and Fenerbahce have played 6 matches so far and have three wins against each other. In other words, there is a tie. Honestly, the way Manchester United have been playing in recent years and the way they've been playing, I think Fenerbahce will win against Manchester United and take the lead in the number of wins. I don't see any reason why Fenerbahce can't do that because they'll be up against the worst Manchester United in history. I think Jose Mourinho will have a special strategy against Man U. Erik ten Hag is a manager who doesn't learn from his mistakes. I don't know how long they will tolerate this man. The Fenerbahce game could be the beginning of the end for Erik ten Hag.
Manchester United cannot be expected this season, I even see them declining compared to last season. Even though in terms of player composition they have a good composition of players, even more surprising is when Manchester United players who leave can play better in their new teams, so I conclude that there is something wrong at Manchester United, either in management or the coach. Actually, now it is a little visible what is lacking or wrong with Manchester United. I can say that because I see the facts that I said before, namely when players leave and join other teams they can play better and can even be a difference in their new teams.

Manchester United put too big faith in ten hag, but the big challenge and the trust of the management is not able to make good enough his use of it at the moment, their current condition continues to deteriorate and Every season we see if there is no improvement in the Manchester United squad, Although he managed to bring two trophies such as the English League Cup and the FA Cup but their performance is not consistent both in the league and the European league,  reportedly today Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Joel Glazer will have a meeting for discuss Ten Hag future in Manchester, so it is better for us to see what decision they will issue later regarding Ten Hag, but if you look at the results and decisions from last season evaluation, of course the decision to retain or fire Ten Hag is often more complex financially such as the difficulty of finding another coach and also the compensation they reportedly have to pay for Ten Hag for 15 million euros if he be fire.

It depends on the interest of the management and what they represent, if I may ask, what are their standards? Are they happy with club's current status, is there room for improvement? I think the answers to these questions lies in the hands of every stake holder in the club because for me, the club is just a shadow of itself, a mirage, slowly it is becoming a mediocre club and if it weren't so then the management would have been proactive like every other serious minded clubs who do not have tolerance for failure, clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, or Bayern Munich. I think it time the management start taking steps to improving things at Manchester united or soon they would have to struggle to avoid relegation.

Lazio can earn 6 points from 2 matches i think this is good start and these results too makes them can occupy first place and so far Lazio also as the team with the most goal in this competition with scores 7 goals and honestly previously i didn't counted Lazio as the team who possibly can advances to the next round this because their last season performance is not too impressive besides that i think Marco Baroni as their current manager is still lack of experience because during his career as a manager Marco Baroni only spend his time to train small teams in Serie A

Lazio next opponent is Twente and i think Lazio has good chances to gets their 3rd winning in this competition because Twente performance is not really good even at Eredivise Twente still hard struggle to gets the winning results and there was no head to head statistics between these teams because whether it Lazio and Twente never met at Europa league before and regarding the odds i have checked it that Lazio has odds @2.2 which their status as the favourite
They have only met in a friendly match in 2021, and in that match Lazio won with a score of 1-0 but indeed, the head to head cannot be used as a reference to predict their match later in the Europa League. But about Twente, basically Twente is not a strong team in the Eredivisie but even so, that does not mean Lazio will also be able to beat it easily at least not to underestimate the opposing team just because Lazio managed to get good results so far.

But about Twente, basically Twente is not a strong team in the Eredivisie but even so, that does not mean Lazio will also be able to beat it easily at least not to underestimate the opposing team just because Lazio managed to get good results so far.

Indeed, I also admit that Lazio also did not get an easy opponent in the previous two matches, playing away against Kyiv which basically Kyiv is a strong team in Ukraine, but Lazio managed to beat Kyiv with a score of 0-3 and that is quite impressive. In the second match Lazio managed to beat Nice with a score of 4-1 and again, basically Nice is also not a mediocre team in Ligue 1. With Lazio's good results so far then indeed, it makes sense that Lazio will still be favored to win despite playing away in the match against Twente later.
H2H can be a reference to strengthen our predictions but we also have to see how long the distance between the two teams and in what competition the two teams compete. As you said that Twente and Lazio only met during a friendly match and that clearly will not give anything.
On the hand, Lazio does have impressive results but Lazio also has to be careful even though Twente is not too strong but this team can always put up a fight to catch up on points even with a draw.
As before playing away against Man United, Twente was able to hold a draw. After that Twente played at home against Fenerbahçe and the result was also a draw. So betting on one team seems too risky even though Lazio odds are @2.2 but the difference in odds with Twente is not much different. The chance of a draw can happen.

Though it was widely believed that had FC Porto defeated Manchester United in their UEFA Europa League encounter last weekend, Erik ten Hag would've been sacked but I don't think that's true. My opinion is based on the confidence the Dutchman have on the club's management and how's he's been telling the media that he has a long term plan with the club management which is why he's still getting all the backings he's enjoying at the moment. Even after failing to win at Aston Villa yesterday, he still made statements that suggests that he's still very much in charge so wether Harry Maguire had scored that last minute equalizer at Porto last week or not, I feel Manchester United management would've still retained their club manager
I believe Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the other Manchester United bosses have made up their mind to stick with Erik Ten Hag no matter what. While I admire their confidence in the Dutchman, it will be delusional to think that ETH is going to do anything different from what he’s doing right now. I saw a clickbait post online today that said Jim Ratcliffe had fired Erik Ten Hag. I wonder when that is going to happen for real.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the rest can do whatever they like with Manchester united and Ten Hag but one thing that I know for sure is that the fans will not be happy with their decisions of keeping Ten Hag for so long with worst performance. Maybe by the time that after two seasons nothing changes, and the club have lost their prestige of been among the top clubs, the management would wake up from their slumber.

The hand writing is clearly written on the wall that Manchester United club is too big for Ten Hag to manage because he is confused and doesn't know what next to do in order to improve the team but only believes in luck than skill.

I found a very interesting illustration about Ten Hag, Man United, in their last match against Porto.

Source: Ten Hag-maguire

this felt so true because of the new that made the rounds earlier that ten hag was likely going to loose his job if he had lost the game against Porto and that against Aston villa tat was played earlier today. he was already loosing the game against Porto when he made a substitution that got Maguire in and he got the ball behind the net when they had a corner kick and that goal turned out the equalizer for Manchester united just what ten hag needed at the moment so he may get a chance.

Bad Juric. A team that doesn't exist and he talks about impressive improvements.
He lost to amateurs and is also happy with his performance. lol
Or maybe Juric feels that Roma is his own like none of the fans expected anything. That's why he doesn't get mad when losing points and gets excited about nonsense.
Juric doesn't have the charisma to manage the players in the current squad.
Nothing has changed, Roma is still a loser.
It seems a bit harsh to say that Roma are still losers from the results of their two matches in the Europa League this season even though both of them have not been won by the Roma team at this time. And for Juric who you think is bad, he can immediately be replaced with a better one because every team must have an evaluation in order to make better changes in the next match. Currently Roma is indeed in a bad position in the standings because they have not been able to win a match from the two matches they have played, but Roma still has a chance to fix it by winning in the upcoming matches because it is still not too late for any team to rise in the Europa League.
We can't judge a coach based on just a few matches, he was just recruit by Roma not long ago and he certainly needs to adapt to a club like Roma so I think it's natural that Roma hasn't performed optimally, we'll just have to wait and see for the next few matches at least until the middle of the season, it's funny if Roma fires a coach when he's only played 5 matches. But I think this is a kind of punishment for Roma who fired Jose Mourinho even though he was a great coach and was able to bring Roma to compete in the Europa League twice, but Roma dismiss him dishonorably and in the end they chose coaches who only play nice for a while I think Roma's performance is worse this season whether in the UEL or Serie A.
