In fact, Amorim made a big challenge by leaving Sporting Lisbon, which was in a great situation, and going to Manchester United. It will be difficult for him because they are playing with players he does not know at all, players he has not worked with before. I think he will gradually put the team into the system and they will be successful. I have full confidence that they will be an important team next year.
Just like when he first set foot in Sporting he also did not know the players in the team and it took him at least a few seasons until finally Sporting's performance improved from year to year, it is very unfortunate that Amorim had to leave the club when he loved it and chose a club that was in chaos and he was forced to build the club from the bottom, I think we need to give Amorim time because changing a club in an instant is not the job of a coach but the job of a magician Cheesy
Amorim is a business man, and wants to show his skills and experience to the world that he knows how to revive a club that's is stumbling. He did it in Sporting and can also do it in United, if he gets his desired players. Amorim is still young and has more talent in him, he needs more time to transform the team and we can start seeing good results from next season.

The new UEFA format for the Europa League makes the competition more competitive and interesting especially football fans whose teams aren't playing in the competition. It's more demanding and exhausting which I makes it more difficult to win but the good thing about it is that at the end, we're surely gonna have a winner.
Because of the little difference in points accumulated by the teams in the competition, I've not been giving much of my attention to the competition but will be more interested when the competition reaches the knockout stages by next year.
The league format was actually aimed at creature more competition and I think that is almost achieved as unlike before the europa is now even more serious and very competitive as it now appears that getting pass the group stage alone isn't an easy one like the former where you have to literally just play against four teams in eight fixtures but this time you get stretched way beyond that and if you don't have the stamina and possible strength,,you may get relegated by the better sides.

This format is the same as that applied in the Champions League, and this new format forces teams to perform more consistently because only eight teams can qualify for the last 16, while those who enter from positions 9 to 24 must fight again to get tickets to the last 16. And through this format we see big teams like Tottenham Spurs, Real Sociedad, AS Roma and Porto fighting hard to get into the top 8 of the standings, and so do the teams in the top 8, they must continue to fight to be able to maintain their position.

In Portugal he rose from the second division to the top division handling Sporting Lisbon, so it was not too difficult for Amorin to adapt. However, it was different when he decided to handle Man United, he was in a completely different place like in Portugal, he was at a more difficult level in the league with competitive competition. Moreover, he is handling Manchester United, a team with a thousand problems, even after Sir Alex Ferguson left, there has not been a coach who is truly capable of handling Manchester United, even though they are famous coaches.

Honestly this is one thing most persons have not put to consideration that Amorim is bee to the team and would need some time to get to know his players very well and so he will need some time.e to get all of that in place but the fans are not  that patient enough,  they want to be seeing results already without wanting to be patient enough for the work to be done and the results gotten. I have always said it from the first day he arrived old Trafford that fans should  lower their expectations as this season little or almost nothing will be done as he will  experience using it to build the team to his dream team.

Leaving in middle of the season surely hurt badly to Sporting CP because now they are on verge on lost title race as Porto and Benfica keeping pressure and their performance is also on downtrend which is big setback for the club after exit of Ruben Amorim we have no improvement in Manchester United as things needed long time and many changes as well which are not easy, but now all is done, and we have problems for both clubs Manchester United trying to revamp which is not coming as they were expecting after arrival of new coach and Sporting is also on third spot in Liga Portugal which is big setback for them.

If we have things on positive note in coming rounds for Manchester United then surely we can expect they could be better team for next season but still this need good work and many changes which are going to have impact on their performance.

Rather than talking about which team could end up being Osimhen's next team, I'm more curious about what Napoli will do for their player. The reason is that they are still insisting on getting a very high selling price from teams that want to get Osimhen, and that is the real problem where no team can accept the price tag that Napoli wants. If this continues, then I don't expect to see Osimhen get a team that can buy him permanently. On the other hand, this is also not beneficial for Osimhen, because his movements are currently very limited by what Napoli is doing.
Osimhen has shown an outstanding performance in the Super League and also the UEL, so that shows his very good adaptation with galatasaray at the moment, even though he is a loan player but he has shown a very significant contribution and even often determines for each of their victories especially after icardi is injured, I think they will try to make osimhen permanent at all costs even though it looks very impossible for osimhen to choose to stay at galatasaray.

Osimhen still has a contract with Napoli until 2027. That means Osimhen has to wait until 2027 before becoming a free agent. This is certainly not a good option if Osimhen feels uncomfortable with Napoli. I don't know why Napoli insists on pricing Osimhen at a very high price. On the other hand, Osimhen's performance with Galatasaray is really extraordinary. Galatasaray has never been defeated in the Turkish Super League and UEL. They have a great chance to qualify for the next round and wait for the winner of the match in the playoff round. Maybe if Napoli can give a good price, Galatasaray will give a permanent contract to Osimhen.
Last season, osimhen had expressed his desire to leave for another team, but napoli rejected osimhen wishes by setting a high price for any team that wanted to recruit him, even at that time,PSG became the leading team who wanted to recruit him but instead napoli preferred to try to sell him to the Arab league at a price that was not different from what PSG had offered, so with thats situation it is clear that Napoli plans to hamper osimhen career, so I think it is impossible for osimhen  back and stay at napoli, even this season he no longer gets napoli squad place and that's why finally osimhen chose to go on loan to galatasaray, because now the relationship between osimhen and napoli has been destroyed.

It’s had to justify anything about a transfer fee when you’re playing for a team like Manchester United. I see Zirkzee for a player that’s giving all his got. He really did get in on the scoring for Manchester United early on in the season but as time goes, the performance drops and that’s how you find a decline in his play. Amad too is one player that’s was doing okay, having games built about him and making some real contributions in goals and assist but, when the rest do your team aren’t pulling as much effort as you are, it just fails. Football is still largely a team effort.
For some reason, I feel that in the last few seasons Manchester United is like a graveyard for players who initially played well before joining Manchester United, and after joining there was a decline that they showed. I don't know whether saying Manchester United is like a graveyard is excessive or not, but that's the word that can describe the performance of the players who joined Manchester United.
As for when they can perform well, but it is not consistent, in one match they show a very good game, but after that there is a big change in the next match.
That's also what makes me agree about the transfer fee for players at Manchester United.
We have long era of success for the Red Devil's under Sir Alex Ferguson, and they won many achievements which bring many good things for them but while they were enjoying these successes they never work on future so now in last one decade we have too many problems and defeats which are badly hurting with this I am adding few words it's not only graveyard of players we have this as graveyard of coaches as well because we have no good results from any coach and things are going from bad to worse.

Now, it's good time they needed to be stick with this new coach and also have changes in players as well because this can give them improvement which needs some solid strategy and good control of coach without solid work and having good decisions we can't expect them to be back in top clubs January is going to be important for them while they are heading for first round of changes.

Many clubs have the same points, they cannot relax because the difference in goal difference alone will make them eliminated faster in this early round.

That's the reality, I also really like the new format like this even though it does, at least make the match schedule even denser. But anyway, that's what makes it even more interesting, because each team will find  it  difficult to maintain the performance and fitness of each player, so the results are not always good for them and then force them  to rotate  players to keep their performance stable. But even so, of course there are still some teams that still succeed with  goodresults and also, their competition to be in the top eight and or to be able to finish in the top eight is also not entirely easy. Although at first maybe the position for the top eight could be an advantage for the top European teams,  but in reality it is still not easy at all.

We are almost nearing the end of this first stage. Indeed initially many talked about the advantages of only strong teams that would be favored with the new format at the beginning of this season. But after seeing what happened, the reality is that the competition will be real to fight for tickets to qualify for the next round.
The tight schedule should not be a problem for teams that are used to rotating their players. But we can see several types of coaches who always use almost the same players in their squad. Of course, it can interfere with player performance, especially if added to the international match defending the national team.
The European League and the Champions League are now running interestingly. Even some of the favored teams are also having difficulty reaching the top 8. It seems that this format will continue to be maintained.

I have also said this, Manchester United has had many coaches and each coach has made many changes to the squad and this has destroyed the team, now to make the team win things again the new coach needs to make big changes to the squad, especially in midfield and attack, Rashford has not been able to be a good striker, I think he should leave the team, they should also sell other attacking players and then the coach should sign players for the long term, in 2 years the team would be ready to win titles

I still have the believe that Manchester United haven't gotten the right manager to pilot the affairs of the club just yet. Else, a befitting manager will come into the club, understudy the current crisis faced by the club and make some bold steps towards addressing them, head-on. I believe there's still something fundamental lacking in the Manchester United team till date and it is their organization and management issue. Because they've suffered long time disorganization from the previous coaches especially from Ten Hag, it is a whole lots of work to get a manager that can build the cohesiveness of the club.

The confidence for progressive status of a team lies ahead of the coach who controls everything. Manchester United is elite team and they wouldn't settle for lesser outcome, rather always upright and straight towards accomplishing his goals. What was he thinking when decided to exits his managerial role in Sporting CP? Taking over the new job which happens to be one of the most challenging managerial job in EPL currently. The high tension for anyone that’s appointed headcoach, the team's management and the supporters expects the very best from him. Ruben Amorim should be given time just like other coaches because working and handling the managerial role is not easy, he's busy making mistakes and also correcting the structure of his game strategy for the club.

Amorim doesn’t even know the player he will be making use of, because it’s just like they don’t even understand the pattern that Amorim is trying to implement. If you check the Premier League table, then you will see that Manchester United is even dropping lower, they were in 13th position before, but now in 14th position. Everyone knows that Amorim is an intelligent coach, but the players are making all his efforts useless, Manchester United will just have to sell lots of their players and will have to sign new players.

Ruben Amorim's style of football is absolutely different from what most of the Manchester United players are used to to so you don't expect them to easily align with the new playing pattern. I expect Manchester United to struggle a bit before perfecting the Portuguese manager's 3-5-1 formation but I have a strong belief that Manchester United will flourish effortlessly when they've fully mastered Amorim ball. The UEFA Europa League competition I don't think will be won this season by Manchester United -snip-
Agree. Man United isn't familiar with the formation of 3 defenders. It is a bit confusing to see Amorim forcing the formation 3-5-1. Man United usually played with 4 defenders, they used 3 midfielders and 3 attackers (2 wingers, 1 CF). So, it is strange if Amorim tries to use the new formation now. The players need to adapt with a new formation and it may bring bad impacts. In same matches, it is very visible that Man United players not comfortable with the new formation. It is impossible to win Europa league trophy of Amorim forces his current approach.

All of Manchester United defensive players are used to playing with 4 defender this because when Ten Hag still at this team Manchester United regularly using this formation and after Amorim arrived he was pushed all of Manchester United defensive players to playing with new formation which using 3 defender and this strategy makes some players is hard to adapt quickly and i have been discuss about this before because i am not sure Amorim strategy while he managing Sporting can be used in Manchester United because until now Manchester United is still hard to find their consistency but for Group stage i think they can qualified but to gets the trophy i think it's a bit impossible for them

If Osimhen transfer to Man United materializes, I'm not sure Man United will be able to survive further in the EUL. So Osimhen can only accept whatever happens in the future if Napoli manages to reach an agreement with Man United.
Several other EPL clubs have shown interest in Osimhen, especially as his performance with Galatasaray continues to improve, but so far only Man United have shown real seriousness in bringing him to Old Trafford. Meanwhile, Galatasaray has not been able to sign him permanently because they are still unable to meet Napoli asking price.
Manchester United's level of seriousness towards Osimhen is indeed great because Manchester United is very determined to release their old players to other teams and buy some great players in order to increase their strength this season. Because for now Manchester United is also quite aware of getting more new players and releasing more of their old players so that there are more significant changes in the team and I will also see if Manchester United can really get Osimhen through the transfer market this season.

There is no doubt that Victor Osimhen has performed well with Napoli. Victor Osimhen is also able to perform very well against Galatasaray this season. Victor Osimhen has scored 9 goals and 3 assists in 11 Super Lig matches. At the same time, Victor Osimhen has scored 3 goals and one assist in 4 Europa League matches. Victor Osimhen is in very good form this season as well. So naturally, several teams will definitely want to add Victor Osimhen to the squad.

Manchester United has appointed a new coach. Amorim will definitely be given a big fund by the United management to strengthen the squad. Manchester United is a rich club. If Amorim thinks that Osimhen is worthy of his squad, then Amorim will definitely try his best to add Osimhen to the squad. I think the most likely thing to see Osimhen in the Manchester United jersey.
Ruben Amorim helped Viktor Gyokeres discover his full potentials so I think he posseses all that's needed to help Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen become one of the best strikers in world football if he succeeds to sign the Nigeria striker to Manchester United but the question is will Osimhen be ready to move to Old Trafford?
Osimhen is currently English his time as a loan player at Galatasaray and have been impressive this season with the Turkish champions but we all know he's very likely to join another club on a permanent basis and when it comes to the English Premier League, he hasn't hidden his desire to play for his boyhood club Chelsea.

Guys you all forget that Osimhen can't play for Manchester United in the Europa League because he already played for Galatsaray this season in the same competition and he can't play for 2 different teams in the same season. Therefore, even if Osimhen is transferred, he can't help Manchester United in the EL. Or am I misinformed? If so, please enlighten me!

That's how I know it. If Osimhen is in the Galatasaray squad, he can't play for another Europa League team this year. Because his name is in the Europa League registration section and the players who can be added later have the condition of not having played in the Europa League before. Osimhen is not suitable for this and will only play in Premier League matches at Manchester United.

I think If Manchester United were to sign another striker and had to go sell either Zirkzee or Rasmus Højlund, I would prefer Zirkzee to leave because he hasn't justified his transfer fee and has not consistently delivered performance that meet the club's expectation. Rasmus højlund on the other hand has shown promise and potential. His performance so far suggests that he could develop into a key player for the team with time.
