Well, keep hoping until he's gone. For now I don't even know what Manchester United would want. One thing is sure, they have to let go one of them strikers either Joshua Zirkzee or Rasmus Hojlund before they think about bringing in another attacking player in the squad. Not certain Juventus wants him, all Thiago Motta wants is to reunite with Joshua Zirkzee. Sad to see things go for icardi this way, I also saw a video of Victor Osimhen saying he'll stay until the end. We'll see if he's a man of his own words.
I agree with you. If Man United want a new striker then they should let one of Hojlund and Zirkzee go. Especially if they want to bring in Osimhen, they will definitely need a lot of money. I'm not sure if Osimhen will be able to make a difference, but I think he's still better than Hojlund and Zirkzee, so if Man United really does have that plan, I think it's worth giving it a try. I also don't think Osimhen will turn down Man United if the offer actually comes. Though it may not be the team he wants but it is still a good option for his career rather than staying in Turkey.
Manchester United can still use these two strikers if they want, but the new coach is not satisfied with their quality as strikers; he needs a big striker the team can rely on and a world-class striker that can help the team win important matches, and if they really want to bring any new striker, then they need to sell one of their strikers, which to me is like a waste of money because none of these two strikers has proven their worth to the club, especially Rasmus Hujlund, who has had no positive impact on the team since he was signed.
However, do you guys think Osimhen will come to Manchester United at this current stage?
I think he prefers Chelsea, and staying at Chelsea will be a good option for him because of his love for the club; however, they can be lucky to sign him, but I will recommend them to sign Victor Fyokores since I am sure he has a good relationship with Amorim, and the team has not been in good shape since Amorim left, so he might consider leaving the team for a greener pasture.
