Yeah, I guess Arsenal disappointed a lot of people last night. Even Villareal probably did, scoreless semifinals are not the most exciting thing in football.
That includes me. I hope the arsenal can win at home. They seemed unlucky, two kicks always hit the goalpost. It was painful to prove by Unai Emery that he was a former arsenal coach. Arsenal took it wrong. Unfortunately with this failure they will not compete in Europe next season.
Ever since Arsene Wenger had left Arsenal, I don't see any improvement in the team, imagine such a massive decline to the extent of not playing in any European tournament next season, Arteta needs to be sack, alot of us were disappointed yesterday with Villarreal results, Arsenal has lost a lot of home games this season, Wenger squad was not this strong and they still qualify for champions league spot, Arsenal needs an experience coach, Allegri won't be a bad option to redeem the image of the club
Arsenal is always like that. Their playstyle does not change at all whether it is managed by Arsene Wenger or Arteta. Other teams are getting stronger and Premier league is becoming tougher and more competitive than ever. Do not blame Arteta so much. He needs time to improve and find an adaptive formula for a whole squad. Remember that Wenger has more than 20 years with Arsenal
I saw Arsenal playing style was very different when Wenger was Arsenal coach compared to now when Arteta was coach. Arteta plays too carefully
and passes more to the defense, then the player's distance is too far, so it's very easy to be hit by counter-attacks. It is only natural that Arsenal
fans end up blaming Arteta, because in my opinion Arteta always uses the same strategy, although this proved unsuccessful. Actually Arteta could
have been given the opportunity to coach Arsenal for one more season, but provided that Arteta is given a lot of money to buy some of the star
players. But this is impossible for Stan Kroenke, who has never made an injection of personal funds to help Arsenal financially. Even Kroenke was
rated as cruel for allowing 55 Arsenal staff to be fired due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. So the best solution in my opinion is still to
fire Arteta and look for other coaches who can take advantage of existing Arsenal players.
