 Smiley Thanks Bluesman75

Sorry Bluesman75 all what I wrote was not pointed to you. My bad and my bad English.

I dont "believe" any mundane.

Bluesman75 says: "Well we are there, the worst price for UTC has been reached and it seems it still will keep getting down." For example this is FUD in my book (there was more also, not by you). Only making panic. Crypto is fragile and someones was repeating same FUD before.

Bluesman75 you are right 100 %:  "UTC still a coin that can be mined with old tech, and can give a return on mining or minting it, a high value point for the coin and the tech behind it. But this wont last forever, nor UTC is the only coin with this benefits." This is what is going to change. UTC will evolve. Work is going on in the background. You can "believe" as you are saying.

UTC needs community and its positive drive. Negative drive will only lead deeper problems. (sure negative feedback is needed and its value is high. But how you say it when you are respected community member ( Smiley this concern me also  Smiley)

Positive drive will get more people read and invest to UTC even if its old tech.

Its good that someone point out the problems, but dont spread FUD. Also whining continuously with same problems that all knows already will not do any good. Do you have any great idea or something what will help UTC evolve to next level.

Pool is sad story. Pool owner is MIA still. He was travelling a lot and always coming back  after couple weeks/months. I lost there +20 000 UTC.

Pool would be nice, anyone?

We have bought block explorer service from Presstab and it would be nice if they will be online. You can send email and ask them when they are online again.

Its natural that hash rate evolve with coin value. When I write this hash rate is about +/- 600 kh/s. So we have about 54 nvidia 1060 3gb mining UTC at this moment.  54 x 240 $ = 12 960 $ .. . I will say not bad at all.

"Connections have gotten down to only four or three in wallet." Yes, I have been 2-6 connections from the start. So nothing new and still working.

Usukan is still on business trip in the place where internet works not so well. He will be back in business mid to late July.

I dont "believe" any mundane but I still trust Usukan and UTC. Lots of coins are down now. It would be nice if UTC would be +400.

So I will still say: there is lots of coins to choose and if you dont like or trust UTC and Usukan, you can choose other coins.

Happy mining, its nice to see that we have lots of miners.

My intention is not te "spread FUD" or whine about the problmes. (Never understood what FUD is).

Hi Usukan, nice to see you are still alive. Hope we have any news as soon as you get back to civilization.

I have other coins indeed, but I started with UTC in the cryptoworld, that is why I would not dump the coin. That and the fact that if its price makes 0.0000000000001, I would have not lost a dime.

As for almost 5 years now, UTC have survived any way or another, and someone has mined and keeping thier wallets on line. Yes we "have been there" before.

But "been there before" is not nice or desirable.

Low hash + low connections + low price + no real fact of developing of this coin = less people interested in invest in this coin.

Business plan + roadmap + great tech = higher prices + trust in the coin by outsiders + a future for UTC.

(math)

I think Usukan is someone who tries to keep its word, and at sometimes he has been let down by those who work with him.

UTC still a coin that can be mined with old tech, and can give a return on mining or minting it, a high value point for the coin and the tech behind it. But this wont last forever, nor UTC is the only coin with this benefits.

The strong point on UTC is that Usukan haven't let down this coin, and that guys like you Valpe and even Jarod1231, on it own way, still "believe" in it. Don't get me wrong, even gold have a value because people believe it is valuable. That is why someone still is buying at these prces or mining or staking or holding at this moment, because they "believe" the coin still worth something.

But as I said before, it is better to got a great tech behind the coin, a good business plan and a roadmap so outsiders or investors can know what will happen with his coin and have some kind of certainty on the future of UTC.

And yes, it is a little frustrating to see people leaving UTC, because it became, once again, not a good investment. So Valpe, please stop saying to leave the coin as an argument, is not good for UTC.

So right now, we only have a promise by Usukan that something is being developed for UTC, great tech behind it (a promise), but still haven't seen anything about it (hollow promise). I still trust Usukan (Believe), but the market is not believing (low prices, less hashing, less online wallets). I think it is time to start developing a business plan for the coin, creating a raw roadmap for it, and disclosing some of the advances of the developing technology behind the UTC.

Well hope this settle down any disagreemts on my comments I made before.

And as Usakan always says, Cheers.

Well we are there, the worst price for UTC has been reached and it seems it still will keep getting down.  Sad

At these prices I don't know why someone is still mining, just buy a worthless bunch of UTC.

Also, at these prices, a manipulation of the market can be done very easy.

Sad I am writing this. But no real improvement on the coin has been done for years or at least a roadmap announced, just hollow promises.

And for the ones, like me, that never invested money, only mined the coin from the first day it was launched, it has been a sad walk, and the worst was when no pool was available for mining, and no one was interested in making one.

Well seems it is the end of the journey for UTC, keep the "good" work folks.

There is lots of coins to choose. This is not end of the journey.
And this is not all time low. 11.03.2017,  price was 31.
So nothing new.

Pool would be really nice, anyone?

If you dont like or trust UTC and Usukan, just go, choose other coins.
Sell, dump. Its up to you.
This is very good opportunity make some very good profit.

Well block explorer and presstab are down now for almost two days.

It is not just price. I will never dump at these prices, and again, I never put money on UTC, I only mined it from week one.

And if I highlight the problems of UTC is because right now, I don't have a fact that someone is doing something about this coin.

Remember also that the pool went down with our coins in it, and we never recovered them, they just disappear.

Connections have gotten down to only four or three in wallet, and hash has gotten down also.

So, the only thing to do right now is to hold, and "believe" in what we have been told that UTC would be great again.

BTW Usukan has been away a pretty long time now.

Do the math.

I have 14 connections, I don't know why you're only getting three or four. Here is my conf:

Sorry I have been out of contact.

I just happen to have internet contact tonight from a small town in Southern Philippines.  I needed supplies - food and rum mainly.

I am living in the jungle at present for another few weeks and have been for the last 2 months.

I will be back soon in another few weeks.

Hope this sends ok......

I believe Usukan is a mod or admin on Cryptopia. I think that he has every intention on seeing this work out. Everything is down right now. These ppl talking about prices. Ha! If you bought in before now and during Jan,. you're down lol. Unless you Tethered or cashed out.

I've owned this coin since it's inception, and it wasn't yst.

Here I am enjoying the fire sale...

Thanks for the info, it was interesting reading all of the post.

Well the price keeps falling and someone keeps dumping hard.  Sad.

The problem is that dumping twice the volume the price gets into the bottom.  Sad

Seems there are no good times ahead.  Huh

Let them dump, I'll buy their coins, my hands are made of iron.

There were countless examples of coins who sank a lot just to return to crazy heights. If UTC does the same, great, if not, at least it was worth trying. Crypto is lottery, just with much better odds.

Crypto is lottery when you invest in shitcoins and you expect the coin/coins you hold to go 10000x and get rich fast, if you invest in good established coins you are not gambling.

UTC isn't a shitcoin, its a coin lacking developer support. If Usukan delivers on the fork people will be kicking themselves for either dumping or not buying at the current prices. UTC is currently selling for the lowest satoshi price it has ever seen, 1% of total supply costs 0.26 BTC or $1,600? ... Coins with similar supply and developer support generally trade around $2+ each. You can do you own math on this shit, but I'll tell you I'm one of the people that keeps putting buy orders up

You have a point in here, but unfortunately this looks that will never happen, I am holding my UTC since March last year, still holding but with little hope that this will be going somewhere or the chain split will ever happen.

Well, Volume is, not so bad but price could be better. Lots of heavy though here now days.

UTC has been here long time and its have earned to be here. We have fight trough many problems with lack of devs. Still managed, community funding and update. We have been bad situation before without market place and leader. Still we are here. One or group of sellers will not destroys this coin.

Idont see problems here, yes price is low but still its opportunity to other  when some one panic sale.

Usukan is rare person in crypto wield. He keep his words.

Sure no one know the future but dont invest more than you can lose.

Iam not leaving.

I fail to follow your logic in why that matters as either an end user or an investor.

Start with the logic that there are no end-users or investors. Then study the history.
