Indeed there was an indication from Bumface but we think his "masterplan" was not enough and next to that he calculated to low.

He assumed that he would go alone and only take part at the free invitation to give an speaker/presentation about chacha and Ultracoin. 

However, we believe that this is a very special opportunity in which we must promote UTC as much as possible and not only to give the speaker presentation.

We believe we need to attend also, for the full two days, with a promotion table in the exhibition hall to present UTC to the public and the visitors, to the other participants and to the press.

So to do this professional we believe, in our opinion, two people have to go to the convention. Steven and some other person.

If you see my message before than you can see all the type of cost we calculated.

Off course, if the cost will be lower at the end than our calculated sum of BTC, we will start returning the remaining BTC to the donators in an percentage of their donation.
Transparent, open and honest.


But, and there is always the but.... there are three points we have to wait for before we are 100% shore that everything can take place as we want to ;

1: Can we still take part at the convention and be a speaker/presenter with UTC ? Is our invitation still open and available ? 
(After last week hustle with Bumface he send an message to the organization of the convention with a wrong signal/advise. We have to wait how the organization will react)

2: Steven will take part at the convention as marketing/pr man but we still need a second partner who also will attend and will be the speaker for the presentation about chacha

3: And last but not least; we need to wait if the donation action will be successful and will raise the needed amount of BTC ? If the donation action fails we can not attend at the convention.


 

Hi all.

Great news regarding the hashers event in las vegas great that UTC will still be represented. Count on us for 0.5btc. We will send over as soon as the multipool is complete.

Regarding the multipool. some exciting things have happend the past few days and we are doing a low level test tomorrow with a few coins.
For any SHA asic miners out there on the last beta of the multipool we were around 400% more efficent than mining on ghash direct BTC that in turn allowed us to buy alot more UTC.

So the multipool we took back to the drawing board we have slaved all the shares to a single database on a mpos frontend with nomp at the backend of things. You the community wanted ease not total integration with the pool so we have undertaken this overhaul for the miners.

We are anxious now to get the pool up and running as we want to be buying the UTC up and to start throwing some volume buys everyday to show support for the coin.

I hope when we return for a new beta test we can count on the miners to help out again and maybe throw some real weight behind it this time.

Indeed. Ultracoins.info has 99% of the network hash rate...   I set up an unofficial, private MPOS pool, on a dedicated server, and have been mining away solo for the last couple days.  If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to share.  The tax is three times lower and I've been finding a new block about every 20 minutes with the hash rate I have from my own gear.

I've been watching this coin for awhile now and would like to see it take off.  It seems to have a decent potential.

Among the presentations/speakers is also Charlie Lee of LiteCoin  and a lot of more “big names” from crypto world.

The organization of the convention asked/invited Ultracoin to take part and do a presentation about Ultracoin ChaCha algorithm.

We as management team think this is a big honor for our coin because there are only four other coin creators asked to do a presentation:
- Litecoin;
- Vertocoin;
- Mastercoin;
- Etherium;

We belief it is very important to take part at this convention and belief it can create big benefits for Ultracoin’s future by taking part of de exhibition, the network events and to do the presentation.

If we want to take part with Ultracoin at the convention we need to do this professional and good. As mentioned by others before: We have only one chance to impress !

For taking part at the convention we calculated the following costs:
- Traveling
- Hotel
- Food and drinks
- Sponsorship at the exhibition includes space for a 6x3 ft table plus two chairs and incl. space for a pop up stand and listed as an exhibitor on the hashers united  
  website. Full conference pass for one staff member and 50% off for another staff member
- Making a new video and PowerPoint presentation about the UTC history and future and about the ChaCha scrypt benefits
- Printing flyers

It is quite simple, if we want to show and present UTC as an professional coin at this convention and we can impress the convention partners, the visitors and the media, UTC can benefit in the future of it. This is what we al do believe in. It can turn out in a big chance for UTC.

The cost will be at least around $ 3.500 to $ 4000,- (about 6,9 BTC).  This is a lot of money !!! Yes we know.

Our management team has a budget for taking part at this convention of 2,0 BTC.

This is the maximum budget at the moment because we have some other develop jobs going on which cost also some big BTC.

So now this is the moment we want to ask the community to step in.

We want to ask you to help the cause and do a donation.
Small or big, everything is welcome.

Please let us now if you are willing to help and donate, this so Ultracoin can take part at the largest global crypto mining event.

Total needed: 6,90 BTC to do everything professional and good.

Already available: 2,0 BTC from the UTC management team.

So rest us to find another 4,90 BTC by donations.

New coins are being founded everyday, and Ultracoin has been around for 5 months. We have a leg up on 90% of coins out there and we are young. Plus price doesnt mean anything (look at Dogecoin). It's all about value, and I want to help (along with the rest of the community) to raise the value of UTC.

Simple DUDE if you do not like what is done go do somewhere else there are many options out there 

are you kidding me , you are bothering about announcing pools and useless staff while the coin is dying once and forever ....the coin will be delisted from mintpal and cryptsy for low volume activity ..not to mention that the price is so low so the coin its not dying but it is allready dead..just stop the developing ..stop spending money and energy..everything is dead nothing can be done anymore..none can save this coin unless mr rothschild decides to buy some millions of ultracoin none will be bothering anymore with utc.
