May i specify pls, what "bump" means exactly?
I can just post a msg in my topic like "bump" or i should start a new topic and delete the old one?

Example :
You created a topic called : "my service"
In the first post you explained what's your service but you noticed that it doesn't take the proper attention so after 24 hours from posting it, you can create another post in your topic containing the word "bump" so your topic become the first one in the list again. Your topic doesn't took the appropriate attention again so you can after 24 hours create another "bump" post but you have to remove the old bump post.
Got it. Ty!

can I leave my referral link in the thread?

I suppose you can find an answer here (questions and answers about referral links from one of the ex-global mods):

Question #1:

You may use referal links under a couple conditions.

1) It has to be marked. Hidden referal links are often removed.

2) The context for posting the referal link has to be on topic. For example, if I was to make a thread asking what Bitcoin exchanges people recommended for my particular situation, and you responded with a constructive post that was on topic to my question, you could post your referal link, and say something like, heres my referal link if you want to use it.

3) Don't start a thread to post your referal link. If you create a thread, even if its multiple paragraphs and pretty much on point, if you have your referal link in it, more likely than not its going to be seen as a spam advertising thread that will probably get removed.

Referal links are not banned here, but the majority of users do exactly what I said not to above, they get their referal links removed, and the misconception that referal links are banned is created.

*edit* sorry missed a couple of your questions.

Question #2:

You are allowed to put referal links in your signature, the main concern with referal links is people creating spam to give out their referal links. You can put whatever you want in your signature as long as its not a link to malware, or if its a link to a NSFW site, please label it as such. Nothing sucks worse than getting into a bad situation because that buycoinsdirect.com link in your signature is actually a cam site. Different user groups, IE legendary/Newbie have different restrictions on what sort of formating is able to be used in their signature. For example newbie accounts can't have links, certain usergroups can't have styled signatures, etc. That is disabled by settings not something you can accidentally mess up.

Question #3:

The faucet rotator rules apply the same as any referal link, such are the rules that I posted above.

Question #4:

Invite codes are the same category as referal links, and the same rules apply.

Question #5:

When you write a review and include your referal link, its really a gamble. As I said in rule #3 above "Don't start a thread to post your referal link. If you create a thread, even if its multiple paragraphs and pretty much on point, if you have your referal link in it, more likely than not its going to be seen as a spam advertising thread that will probably get removed." It will really be up to moderator discretion how your review is categorized, based on how many other reviews are there out there, how high quality is the post, are you just making the thread to give out your referal link, etc. While you could do it, the chances of the thread being removed are rather high, so you may end up wasting a lot of time writing a good review because of how the referal link is interpreted.

Question #6

And yes, you can ask people to PM you if they would like your referal link.

Post with the Russian translation (if you need it).

Don't leave your referral link in the text since you will get reported (and suspended most likely).
In the signature space, it is +/- more tolerated but cannot say 100% permitted. It depends from the moderator afaik and how he see it. I remember badbear (previous admin) don't allow it at all.
Thank you very much for your answer.

And if I write this: "The referral link can be requested in private messages", that will be ok?

Hi!

I have a question about referral links.

I want to create a useful thread about OTC-trading in "Currency exchange" board.

At the moment I am cooperating with the https://hodlhodl.com/ (after I create a thread the official account of the exchange will be able to confirm our cooperation).

The question is -- can I leave my referral link in the thread?

Thanks.

using a translator (google now makes an acceptable job) is an attempt to show some respect for the local language

The issue is that in most cases it's the opposite: people don't care how such "attempts" would look - they just want to post.
Personally I don't see any problem with p.27. As you said most people can understand English, and there're many "local" users browsing the English boards, so, if something important is appeared, they can easily inform their compatriots.

27. Using automated translation tools to post translated content in Local boards is not allowed.

This rule should be subjected to some conditions. Some times one has to post on a local board, because of the importance of the issue (like a scam). There might be no other alternative than to use a translator. Most people can understand English, but using a translator (google now makes an acceptable job) is an attempt to show some respect for the local language.

And now that Jollygood using my personal photo for his scam posts. I think that is illegal. Admins, please do something.

This is not the place to make such request, go to the reputation board and open a new thread.
Thanks for advise, but it's done month ago https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5049155.20  and still no action

But what to do if moderators ignoring that situations when couple of persons attacking some projects with huge pictures of FUD, bulling other people, using really harsh words because nobody can stop that? Admins, could you please protect your forum from troll bulling?

That is just one example of the messages from one of couple of people which bulling Minexcoin and Republia projects. Actually there is Hunterwolfie, JollyGood and YuSK

Both the size of the backlog and the number of reports coming in every day is massive. To quote what I've recently mentioned in another thread:

Quote
A report might also linger around the queue simply because there's always a crap ton of new reports coming in, to the point that I barely even remember the last time my queue went down to less than a hundred reports.

If a report wasn't marked as bad or good, it's still in the queue. Sooner or later it should be handled.
Ok. Thanks, but what to do with persons which violating people on the forum? Is it possible to do something with him? That JollyGood attacking dozen of projects without any reason, probably just because he want some merit from admins.

I've often wondered if anyone reports posts for violating rule 3. No trolling. That JollyGood is definitely an example of a troll and I've had several persistent trolls in our service threads as well. It doesn't seem to be something that is rigorously enforced maybe because the moderators have much larger spam problems to deal with.
