Let me start by asking why would you call it a gift?
A gift is something you give someone freely without any work or job done. So this bounties are not gift, they are payments for job done.
From what I have learnt so far from this forum, it is the Airdrops that should be referred to as the 'gift' at least , the tokens are been given prior to the ICO.

bounty will always be there if there is a new company that is developing its business and need investors and promo, we as part of promo will get reward from their company, so in my opinion it isn't a gift, but paid them for their ad campaign

The obvious answer is as long as it gives a good ROI (return on investment). Particularly, signature campaings produce a very targeted marketing impact and that is valuable.

long as there is internet and people can access internet, i think bounty program will still exist, because company cooperate with us in terms of promotion their product, we get reward and company get benefit from advertisement that we promote

As usual bounty program is always thought to be free way of earning the tokens. But its not really the same fact, you have to always work for things to get done. The bounty programs always includes stuff like campaigns of signature, twitter, Facebook and all the blogs/video etc. For you to get the stakes or tokens you have to work on these projects and then what for the tokens qualification. :-) Nothing comes as free lunch box really.
You can get free tokens or gifts in your terms from the airdrops but they are always limited and its not enough really to grab some good profits.

For me until there so many ICO investor would trust the bounty campaign services and promoting the product of each and every platform they introduce into the market.bounty campaign is so useful to promote the value of the product of each and every platform into the market,by the help of bounty campaign and the camaraderie of each teamwork the ICO will become more successfull into there campaign.

I don't think if it can be called a gift since from the word bounty it means you have to do something for money. Though bounties are the common method used by project team to gather or attract investors. It will remain until there were new projects that are going to be available for bounty hunters. Bounties can be profitable on both sides the team and bounty hunters. But of course there were rules and regulations that a bounty hunter should follow whatever bounty program the project has. There also times that a project become a scam that lead to participants of the bounty left unpaid so in terms of bounty hunters they need to select a good and projects with potential that will be helpful in the future.
Until there is a Project! A projects or Campaigns need really an indorsers or let's just say Bounty Participants. Since some of the campaigns not really give the full appreciation to those bounty participants after they already succeeded then some of them are being left or change the bounty allocation. It really hurt for me since I know that I give all my effort just to indorse them or wear their code and do their rules, then they are not going to give the payments or the whole/Full payments(Not all of them but there are Some). So, I know that Those campaigns needs us to promote them and I think it will ends if the owner of this forum really stop it. So, praying that it will never happens.

Nobody can tell, but as long as businessmen believe in the power of advertising then bounty programs will remain. Many ICO wants their product to be known and the only way they could promote their product is to have bounty programs in it which includes the campaigns in bitcointalk forum and the bonuses they give for the investors during ICO. So if there are ICO there will be bounty programs.
I can not predict how long the bounty remains, but I hope the bounty is not lost because of the mutual benefits between promoters and business owners, so I feel worried if the bounty is lost.

You can say there's a ton of them and some of the projects did not launch their bounty program here on the forum so there's a lot increasing its population yearly probably because of the demand for cryptocurrencies, It will remain as long as the major countries who use and invest into cryptocurrencies has no official total ban against ICO's, you probably asking this because you heard some news about bans, some of them did not actually ban ICO projects, they want total regulation and strict law against fraud and scam projects. Yes this is bounty programs are not gifts, they are project which they want to grow that's why they are creating different campaigns for the success of this project. This bounty program will remain as long as there are new projects that will developed and there are people who is willing to participate to that project and work hard for it.

As long as the Forum provides Alts And Bitcoin to exist or be used in such a way we are good to go. This Forum i guess will have some regulations about the promotions in the future so hang tight for more crisis and opportunities.

As long as cryptocurrency lives, bounty program from different startups or ICOs will also remains. Many have been already become millionaires because of bounty programs because they really give a decent profit to everyone who participated in the bounty program.

Gift program? I think it is more like something you do and they pay you a good price for that in return with their digital currencies that is being sold in their ICOs. I think there are articles saying that it will be erased but only on some countries of the world, still some of them can join bounty campaigns and stuffs like that. I think it will not disappear easily like that since there are a lot of bounty campaigns that are being made to advertise their own crypto currencies.
The reward task is work, you work for them, they will pay you the reward, the reward needs to be able to get after the crowdfunding ends?
Now I also often follow the work of bounty to earn income, a lot of news that the gift will be lost but hopefully this gift program will always be there till later because I am sure many people who work with bounty, though not enough income but enough to meet my needs
